So one please help! Spoiled child is charging my credit card after they did not send my July subscription. They are claiming they do not have my email or name on file. I provided them with my last four of my CC as requested. They terminated email communication. There is a charge pending on my CC so I froze the card.

The product does not work. They want you to give it two to three months so that means you have to spend over $150 in order to see any results. Also they give you 30 days to try on the 31st day they charge your account will that means you do not get a full 30 days to try it you only get 3 weeks to try it before you have to send it back. And then they charge you the $51 and some change. Also I changed my payment amount because I'm no longer authorized on the one payment that I put in and they still charged the first account. So if I was you I would have second thoughts.

Just found out today this company has been charging my debit card frequently I thought is was only once I wrote them to complain and nothing and here again my bank lets me know they have been doing it for a while love that they feel so confident to steal from people, we'll they are getting reported and thank god my back said that this company has been flagged before.

Was willing to try the "try now pay later"…was told the charge would be $5.33 today…put in my card number and they hit my card for $93.43! Good thing it was a card I transfer just enough to to cover a charge…so now they get ZERO and a true review!

Their "free samples" are never free. I'm going to be charged $50 if I keep their free product rather than return it within 30 days, and I have no way to cancel the order. Their customer service is a joke and constantly refers to their scam as "frustrating" without actually resolving anything.
UPDATE: My money was refunded after dealing with these people for the better part of a month, and they FINALLY unsubscribed me from their e-mails after a dozen requests for them to stop contacting me.
Will not EVER try to shop with this company ever again, and I strongly suggest no one even tries to shop with them in the future.
I spent so much money on the hair serum in hopes to stimulate new hair growth and increase the thickness of my hair. I used the product for about nine months and saw no change. It felt like a total rip off. The moneyback guarantee makes no sense, when they tell you that you have to use it past that date to see any results. I just kept using it in hopes that I would see some change. I feel like I was scammed.

As much as I can say the product helped my skin and nails and hair somewhat, it's not worth the frustration I have had to go through for the last two months trying to cancel. There's no telephone number that you can find anywhere. You email them and you don't get a response. I've emailed twice already and I am about to Dispute the charges since I now have proof that I have asked to cancel to no avail. I did not even sign up for recurring charges and recurring orders but somehow I have been receiving. Run the other way and find an alternative. If you are unable to have a telephone number to customer support, I would avoid. Buyer beware!

I received my order which was missing an item I purchased. As I communicated this with Spoiled Child, they not only reshipped my item but added another great item with it at no charge! Great products and great company to purchase from.

Don't trust them there is not a number that you can call. I canceled a week after the trial because it was a regular size bottle alright but practically empty. I canceled on their web site a week later and they still charged me. There is no number to call and you don't get a response back to know they received your cancelation. I found a product that uses African olives that is money back guaranteed after six months and they have a number so you can talk to a live person.

Took 2 payment out of my account after I told them to stop. Never got anything after 1st shipment that made my hair fall out. And keep never give refunds like they say they will. In my mind thieves and crap all around product not worth a penny let alone over 100 every time they hit my account I have already filled a report looking into further action against them.
