Splash Wines has gone over and above to take care of their customers. Their wines are delicious and they always offer ways for you to get a great variety of wines at prices you can afford. They address any issues up front and make it better than right. I have been a member for over 5 years and have not had a bad wine or bad service. Highly recommend this to all of my friends and family all the time.

My sis introduced me to SplashWines.com recently so on her recommendation I tried it. I've had other wine companies deliver and promise outstanding wines. SplashWines SHINES, no, OUT SHINES its competition. The wines are worldwide, GREAT prices and selections I would never have even found, much less buy. I'm falling in love with South African wines and exploring Chateaus in France that make me want to travel.

If extra stars could be given, it would go towards SplashWines customer service. I love their availability and ability to resolve issues if necessary. I've tried the Spanish boxed wines offerings and had one unit damaged in shipment which CR promptly credited me so I could use the credit on whatever I chose.

If you TRY SplashWines, I think you will return again and again. BTW, I signed up for the "Founder" designation because of the extra goodies and even convinced my sis to do the same. What do you have to lose?!

We having ordering wines from Splash Wines for almost 2 years now. They are a great place to get wine from, in fact almost all our wine comes from them. They have great service, have always delivered on what they say the order is, have great prices. This is a solid place to do business with.We have ordered over 25 cases of wine without an issue. We had 1 bottle of wine that smelled a bit moldy, I sent an email to let them know. No questions asked and there was a credit issued to our account for the bottle. They live up to their word. Glad we are a part of them.

These are generally private label wines that you won't see at the store. That does not mean that they are cheap, or bad wines.

This is just what I wanted in a wine club. They don't insist on a subscription, though I think you can now have one if you like, and never send a box of wine I didn't request.

Are there substitutions? Yes, of course there are sometimes substitutions. But if you are not satisfied with what was substituted, customer service does an exemplary job of handling inquiries.

I have never received a bottle that I considered to be BAD, though occasionally one may simply not be to my taste. But that is to be expected too.

I entered into my membership (Founding Member) several years ago, after a trial period, and with realistic expectations. What I expect, and receive, is decent wine and a good price. This club lets me get that, and try new (to me) wines, which is always fun, while also receiving additional bottles of wines that have become favorites.

They do send a LOT of email, detailing different pre-selected collections. Some people may find that annoying, but I see that as offering the best variety of deals they can, especially in current times. If I am not in the market for a crate of wine, I just don't order one. Occasionally I do order, even though I don't really need any more wine, because sometimes the deal is just too good to pass up!

I understand that far a true oenophile, these wines might disappoint, but for an average wine drinker like me, they are just right.

I have been a founding member for several years. Their wine has been a good value, especially the whites. We probably drink a bottle of wine every night, and the hot Sacramento summers call for crisp, refreshing whites. Splash supplies them very well. I have enjoyed exploring wines from around the world. Their promotional cases always has some whites I love, and maybe some I'm not crazy about, but they have been great about crediting me for any wine I didn't care for. I have to admit I'm more particular about my red wine, and I haven't explored their offerings that much in the red category. But for what they offer, you can't beat the price.
