I ordered and received a Splash Wines shipment a few months ago. Out of 18 bottles, only a couple were what I would describe as "good." The majority were "just okay," and some were actually so bad they were undrinkable. I hardly ever pour out a bottle of wine, but two of these went straight down the drain. When I informed Splash Wines of the latter, in hopes they would honor their supposed "100% Satisfaction Guarantee," they did not respond. All I asked was that they replace the two bottles I had to pour out with something better, or provide a partial refund to my credit card, but apparently their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is just a marketing ploy they never intended to honor. Due to my experience, I will never order from this company again and will discourage others from doing so as well.
I ordered a 15-bottle "Connoiseur Collection" through Groupon. Of the 15 bottles I received, only four were as listed in the ad, the other 11 were substitutes. I contacted Splash Wines customer service and was told that because they buy from small wineries, they are often out of stock and have to substitute. Interestingly, they are still listing the original package on Groupon as of today 9/28/18.
Answer: I was a member of WSJ wines and they were more expensive and not as responsive.

Answer: VERY EASY, JUST CALL THEM, NO LONG HOLDS! OR EMAIL!
Answer: I received 7 bottles of White wine by accident. Within two days they sent me 9 bottles of Red wine to make up for the error. I drank the White wine as well.
Answer: Very easy. I call their 800 # and I get a customer service rep almost immediately.

Answer: Definitely a legit company. I've ordered over 30 cases of wine from them and all of them have been received no problem.
