I've been ordering from Splash since 2016, at least a couple of cases a month, sometimes more. I like that I know what I am getting and it's not a wine club where shipments automatically show up on my doorstep. As with any wine, there have been some that were just ok, some that were really good, and several that were great. And of the few that we didn't like at all, a quick call to customer service and we received a credit to our account, no questions asked. The price point is very reasonable and the wine is of better quality for the $$ than anything we could purchase locally.
Now, if you are a wine connoisseur or looking to impress someone with a fancy brand, these wines might not be for you. But if, like us, you drink a lot of wine and don't want to spend $10-$15-$25 for that daily bottle, definitely give Splash a try.

I've been a customer of Splash Wines from the beginning. Every step of the way has been exactly like you would want your own business to be run.
Their customer service team is very courteous and willing to assist in any way possible. The quality of the wines purchased over the last number of years is also excellent. There were some shipping glitches when CV-19 first started, but you were updated on status virtually every day. Today their shipping rates a solid "10" for speed and no damage.

I've tried many over the last decade, and by far Splash Wines has been the best company I've come across. The varieties, the promotions, the value, their shipping process, and their unbeatable guarantees are by far the best! I'm such a fan that I tend to call the toll-free customer loyalty agents to place my order because of the excellent service and personal care they provide.

I love Splash Wines. I have been ordering for five years now. I always get what I ordered. If I am not happy, and I have been a couple of times, I let them know and they issue me credit on a future order. I am happy with that. Once I even had an order arrive with broken bottles that they gave me credit for as well. I love the option to try wines from all different countries or right here in the states. I have tried other services only the stop them, but I keep this one no matter what. I have rack that holds 60 bottles and it never seems to empty. Great Service. Great Wine.

I've been buying wine regularly on Splash for about two years. I started off using Groupon to get curated cases and then started buying the bottles I liked directly from the site. I really like their variety and the fact that you earn "Splash Cash" with each purchase. The Splash Cash can be used on future orders for a few bucks off, which is always nice.

They will also refund you for any bottles you tell them you don't like and will make a note to not send you that wine even in future curated cases. Their customer service is really excellent.

I have been a member of Slash Wines now for many years. They have amazing wines at truly remarkable prices. We generally lean towards the refs, but once in a while we order a custom case to include a couple whites. All have met our needs! You never pay for a wine you don't like, but I've only had to request a refund for a bottle once! They are consistently good wines! You can't go wrong with splash wines. I recommend them 100%!
