AS a repeat customer for over two years and a Founders Member, Splash Wines is a "no nonsense, " honest and trusted service. The company provides a wide selection and behind it's products, all of them no matter what the reason. When shipping was damaged due to carrier issues, Splash either expedited credit immediately or a new shipment of wines to me. I like the fact that even in their low end case selections I can specify a wine not to ship. Now that's service. This is not a subscription type service although they have one available. I say: "Have a sip!" of Splash Wines.

Splash wines is like a shining beacon of hope in these dark times. I have been purchasing almost exclusively from them for several years now. They run promotions that are downright evil- I shouldn't be able to buy wine this good for so cheap. I have had 3 bad bottles from Splash out of almost 150 bottles purchased. When I told customer service they immediately apologized and credited my account. It's a no brainer, why would I buy from anywhere else?

We have purchased at least 1/2 dozen cases from Splash Wines. All the products are very good to excellent. The value is absolutely incredible for such high-quality wines

My wife and I drink Cab almost exclusively, so finding a wine club/subscription that doesn't have lots of wines we don't want was hard. I've now ordered the Premium Cab box 4 or 5 times, all of which we enjoy. Saves us money vs. buying wine locally, and we get better wines! When we tried a variety box, we had one wine we really didn't enjoy, but Splash quickly refunded us for those two bottles! Great customer service, and used the credit toward our next case. In total we've had the Premium Cabs, Memorial Day Vineyard Reds, Most Expensive Case reds, Cyber Monday Red pack, and Hunt for October Reds. Highly recommended!

Splash has the best customer service, they've always helped me with any questions or concerns and stand behind the wines they sell. Just let them know if you didn't like your purchase and they will take care of it. There are so many varieties, I am especially fond of the Portugese wines. Splash has given me an opportunity to try many varietals without breaking the budget. They always send confirmations of your order and an email when they ship. Have been ordering from them for more than a year and find them to be very customer oriented. The photo is one of my favorite Portugese choices.

Great wine delivered right to my door. My experience started years ago with a Groupon purchase. My case of wine still needed shipping, but while I was checking out, I saw an option to upgrade for $50 to a premium curated case. I stepped up into a new tier of wine that I hadn't experienced before. I tend to buy somewhat regularly, typically leaning towards value on their premium curated cases. It always helps seal the deal when I have some of their Splash Cash in my account, combined with a promotion!

I've been ordering from Splash for probably 4 years now & have only gotten 1 wine I disliked (and it just got turned into sangria!). I prefer Splash over other the other wine subscription companies because you're not defaulted in to a monthly or quarterly box - you simply order a box that looks good to you when you want it. They've always been quick to respond when I've had issues before too - like requesting a different shipper with a more convenient pickup location.

I've been a customer for years now, and love Splash Wines. I just received a new case today. I've never had any problems with a shipment being delayed or wrong, and they stand by their promise to refund you for anything that you don't like. My sister had a case delivered that had several bottles broken in transit, and they sent her a whole new one. I've tried so many different wines that I probably never would have if it were just me in the store trying to pick, and while obviously I like some better than others, overall I have been very pleased, and have learned a lot more about what I like and don't like. The prices can't be beat.

We are so excited when a case of wine arrives from Splash, especially their assortments, because it's always an adventure and a chance to try grape varietals or producers that we might not otherwise encounter. The shipments are prompt, I've never had a broken bottle, and have enjoyed every encounter with their extremely knowledgable and friendly support staff. Calls are returned promptly, and information is transparent and accurate. I recommend them to all of our friends and no one has ever been disappointed.
