Hello Rick this is Robert you had sent me a whole bunch of replacement bulbs and a replacement cord even though I had ordered from you several years ago it turns out it's very hard to find the correct wattage on the bulbs and it's very hard to find the cords for these things so we came back to you and you were very gracious or should I say your support team was very gracious. I'd like also say that you did provide me with a free replacement and all you asked is that we paid the postage I think that was more than fair. Please note it's very important for me to have people like you to do business with even though we don't buy a lot of salt lamps I just wanted to share that receiving the bulbs and cords we needed to keep using them was a very nice touch. If ever I have a chance or a need to buy more salt lamps we'll buy from you for sure thank you

We ordered a single person sauna which was on sale for $9.99 90 it been about four to five weeks without hearing anything and much to our excitement we received shipping documents the same week as Christmas The son is on its way and we got a great deal we can't wait to start using it

According to package of mini tea lights or Himalayan salt chunks that are drilled out with a tea light hole I got six of them for about $20 I think they arrived package really nicely protected all in one piece and they made the great greatest perfect little gift for my close friends and it fit my budget during the pandemic. We literally got six tea lights for about $16 plus a little teeny bit of postage and they arrived when I expected not mind-blowing or anything just got exactly what I ordered when I expected it.

Excellent service amazing product fast arriving just in time for the holidays or should I say the day after the holidays these products showed up it's amazing that FedEx does deliver on Saturdays for home delivery I couldn't have been happier the family was here for the holidays I picked up a salt lamp for my nephew nothing major just a medium salt lamp he loved it and it arrived the day after Christmas just right on time thanks again they did a great job

I was so excited to get my products from spiritual quest I ordered six of the large salt lamps they came packed beautifully this is about a 60 lb package I couldn't believe how heavy it was these things are real deal and they also shipped them for free my God how does that possible I know that it was a special during the holidays but we got them we're thrilled and we're going to be giving them out as gifts right now thanks guys

I bought 1 person sauna and always turned off at 80 degrees. No ser/mod or inspection tags! Rich is rude!

Hi there we ordered a infrared sauna from spiritual quest and saunas and we got the single sauna which was on sale awesome deal I came with a 20 lb of Himalayan salt bricks I didn't know where to put them so we actually called up first we left an email for support then we called up and the support person was very kind and described where the stack the salt and how they worked was very nice of them at the same time the delivery was through freight so we had to make sure we were ready for it when it came in and they did provide me with the phone number for the freight company and the tracking number so it all went really smooth and they're in California and we're in New York so I don't think we could be further away we're very happy with how everything went we're going to start enjoying it today thank you spiritual quest

I bought a set of 60 salt bricks a couple of weeks ago from one of the sales people over at spiritual quest number one is the salesperson walk me through how many bricks I needed for my job and he did so scientifically using several different formulas in addition to that when they shipped they had included two or three extra bricks because of possible breakage or miscuts on my part after I received them of course they do provide consulting I didn't know what that meant at the time but consulting means they'll walk you through the steps of how to build the salt wall within reason when you buy the materials from them so not only did I get great bricks individually wrapped all safely delivered but I also got some great direction one-on-one direction with a qualified professional blown away by the service just blown away

I stumbled upon the sale on what they call the single salt cave sauna after reading the product information pages and watching the videos and doing a little research on multiple companies I decided to choose spiritual quest and saunas and which is the same company just two different websites and what I found was is that there was a tremendous amount of information already provided on the websites and there's a tremendous amount of information that made this the easiest choice after I called and talked to a couple people clearly they were very very busy because of the holidays but they took the time to describe the size the accessories with the boxes the benefits the EMF levels man I can't even think of all else they told me about so shortly after my first conversation I ordered online and I'm looking forward to getting it I would say the situation with covid-19 makes it very important for us to get something like a sauna for a health and wellness while we can't go to the gyms one thing that they explain to me is that it's very important for vigorous sweating and the person they're called the sauna guy explain the vigorous sweating something our forefathers did quite often that we never do now or never do quite enough of so that sweating is really critical to the detox of the body and the overall health and well-being after that conversation it was done I had to buy I recommend you buy one too I'll be back to show photos and an update on my son once I get it

Just wanted to let everyone know that I ordered a lamp on Monday of the holiday week and it arrived today Friday it had to be here for family that was visiting for Thanksgiving just wanted to say thanks for spiritual quests who got it out on a priority basis. The lamp I got is much better than the ones I seen in stores this is a very nice evenly colored lamp that is all kinds of discoloration rutilation lines and you can see where the salt formed over millions of years it's a gorgeous lamp I got the gigantic lamp it's about a hundred pounds

The sauna I purchased is just fine so far, but their customer service is the WORST. I have called multiple times with some simple questions and was just belittled and yelled at when I was trying to make the suggestion that they might want to add another page to the instructions to cover how the MP3 player and installation of the salt blocks. I am deeply unsatisfied with this company. They need to be able to take feedback and listen to their clients if they want a good review. If I could return the sauna, I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Had made two orders for salt lamps. First order had no problems. Second order rhe owner of the company, Rick, cancelled without telling me then refused to refund my money. Well that is fraud and theft and then when questioned where the order was he said PayPal cancelled the order. Of course that was found to be untrue and it took even longer for Rick to answer to Paypal. BEWARE OF THIS Man and company. He has been reported to the BBB multiple times from many customers.

I LOVE my lamps... I ordered the Everest... 2 were for me, I am a massage therapist, one for home, one for my office, one for a gift. And now I want one for another gift and one more for home. The lamps are sturdy, and each uniqinely beautiful. My lamps offer me so much peace and serenity! I will unfortunately add even though each box was sealed with packing tape the boxes looked older and used. I was not too happy with FedEx, while I realize these boxes were probably 70lbs, they left them on my sidewalk versus taking them inside my fenced yard to the door. For all I know FedEx could be the reason the boxes looked the way they did.

The salt lamp I finally received has a corroded rust covered plug in, the rock shifts and doesn't set flush with the small wooden stand it's half screwed to. The whole lamp itself rocks when setting on a flat surface. The black power cord has split openings & cuts in it. Two bulbs were sent (which I thought was nice) but neither worked. The lamp doesn't light up even after purchasing new bulbs. The packaging was not enough to protect the lamp. Box was in a thin paper/plastic type mailer. This may be why the unit is damaged & doesn't work. It took a long time to receive this lamp & one order was lost in the mail. At this point it is not worth paying postage to return & keep hope that a new lamp will work or arrive. I will enclose a picture & video to show rocking of unbalanced lamp & some of the rust on the plug in. A tried to remove some of the rust with a paper towel. Customer service wasn't helpful or eager to help as of to date. (Took a video of the rocking, unbalanced lamp, unfortunately it will not up load).

This company is discusting! A disgrace for being any type of honest business. And it will have the worst reputation after I file complaints with any possible advertisement and review site on the internet. And news paper publications. They havent even responded to the better business bureau after being reported over 3 weeks ago. I was told on the phone that I was on a layaway plan. And I was harrassed 2 weeks later to make a payment. I got no call back to make any type of payment. Then I got an email stating I had 1 day to pay the full amount. I was threatened that I would also have to pay storage fees. And my credit would be ruined. Now I am told I wont get my money back of $1,800 that I put down for a salt booth. I have a lawyer looking into how disgusting this whole issue has been. It has caused anxiety and depression on my part. How can a company just lie and steal that amount of money from someone?
