I purchased a few of this companies salt boxes 10x20. My shipment was jumbled as all get out I had to contact 3 + times for a tracking number since a random package with just lighting arrived and nothing else then was rudely given tracking info for 2nd package that actually had the product. Once arrived tried to set them up but apparently was not shipped two connector pieces to actually install the lighting aspect. Reaching out for the missing connectors I was finally answered via email and the unprofessionlism and rudeness for a mistake made on there end was baffling. I even have copies of every email and phone records for every attempt to reach out but extremely rude order now to actually use the items purchased has been weeks and now waiting another 5 to 6 business days for their mistake and mis packaging. Definitely look else where any other company will have better customer service and not belittle their customers with lack of information and accountability. I'm now thinking this company just pays for their reviews since a few chat rooms on reddit have other customers whom have has similar experiences with their products shipping and customer service.almost over a month since initial reach out.

I purchased a Sauna paid in full I called customer service if you call it that, an to make a long story short I was hung up on called back l was literally cussed out, an told the blank has not even arrived at there facility I was suppose to receive it a week ago now told when the blank arrives in 3 to 4 weeks they will send it, I'm not one to write reviews but I don't want anyone to experience what I did! To there only credit I received an email where I paid in full, after I called back I said just refund me an was laughed an told it would go to small claims, so please be aware I read reviews good an bad an several reviews with the same experience! They deliberately delay your shipment so you ask for a refund then they keep 25%. Pretty lucrative business they're in. Then they harass you by leaving bad reviews for YOUR business. They will not give me a refund even tho I have never received the sauna. They will not call me back. Check the better business bureau before buying. I wish I would have, hundreds of cases like mine
