I ordered a sauna almost 8 months ago and they will not deliver the product or refund my money. This is a fake business!

I finally received my Sauna after 6 months of waiting. I'm aware that there were shipping issues and the company moved from the west to the east coast during this time. However, no one returned any calls or emails during this time. At some point I felt like I was scammed and thought I was out $2000. Finally a couple mass emails were sent to customers waiting for products to ship with a promise to receive a $100 gift certificate. Finally got a call from Rick saying the Sauna was packed and ready for shipment. Awesome! Got my product and I will say it's very beautiful. One issue though, it was supposed to come with a foot detox himalayan salt dome and they sent a salt lamp instead and i didn't receive the $100 gift certificate. I emailed the company and got a reply (first reply ever) that they were out of stock. Ok that is great but COMMUNICATION would have been greater. I would have gladly waited for the product that was supposed to come with my sauna to make it a "salt cave". I ended up using the gift certificate that they sent after my complaint email to get bricks to adhere to the back wall so that the product was indeed a salt cave. The other issues I ran into were the instructions. The sauna came with an ionizer, which the manual is a joke. I had to look online to find out what it was and how to use it bc the manual is very generic. There were also zero instructions on how to operate the heating unit under the bench seat. The controls read O, A, B, C. I emailed the company again to ask what these functions do. Their response was, " a or b is the best ones to choose." This very generic response sent me on a mission to find on the internet anyone who may have a clue what these functions do. I feel the customer service for this company needs serious work. They need to have better communication and better knowledge of their products so they can explain how to use use them if a customer is confused.

Btw anyone (including Spiritual Quest Staff) needing clarity on how to use the bench seat heater:

1) A emitter (short-wave IR radiation): warms the body deeply, less the air and environment
2) B emitters (medium wave IR radiation): warms the body, less the air and environment
3) C emitters (long-wave IR radiation): heats air and environment.

After almost 6 month wait my sauna arrived. And I must say I do love it. Simple to put together (will need 2 people to lift). Some clamps were slightly off but it did not hinder the process, the wood is beautiful and smells wonderful. The product is worth the wait, especially because of the great prices. However, the customer service needs improvement. I had no problem waiting longer, but there needs to be updates on status at least once a month.

Spa Pack – Two Duet Salt CavesI just received my sauna and much to my surprise it exceeded any expectation I had of quality. The quality was amazing even for a professional setting! My friend, who is a contractor, assembled it for me and he was also amazed at the quality and ease of assembly. His exact reply was "This is Killer!" I have used the sauna for about 10 days now and every day I like it even more. I am planning to purchase another for my personal use. It is a valuable asset to my holistic practice that can be enjoyed by many and a new source of income for me. I will definitely be a repeat customer. In addidtion to the sauna I purchased 6 Buddha foot detox rocks and they are exceptional. I created an area in my office just for them so clients can rest their feet on them and have a few minutes of quiet time when they come in for treatment. An easy and affordable way to add more value for my patients. As we all know, added value means repeat clients! I ordered a salt wall in white bricks from Spiritual Quest (SQ). A worker made the next size up by mistake with $20 extra for the packaging and shipping. I was billed $24.99. When the wall arrived it was sloppily packaged. Also: the frame for the wall is made of unfinished wood – not what the photos on their site show (the customer is supposed to paint or stain it and while doing so not get those products on the bricks?) at that price, absolutely not, it should have arrived 100% finished and done professionally; two miter cuts are gap-toothed; wood is stapled, completely visible creating an unfinished look; the flexible LED strip arrived with no booklet at all to give some basics about the remote and my box did not have the cord that attaches to the adapter and plugs into an outlet so I cannot use it. Spiritual Quest's handling of my order has been abysmal. UPDATE, 6/6/22, call from SQ. Abusive, talked over me, told me I was wrong, as if I can't see, has no interest in doing business with me, etc. I hung up on them as a conversation clearly was never going to happen.

Merchant choice:
I purchased a one person sauna that has been fantastic for over two years.
I called and the staff was friendly and assisted me throughout the entire process.

I've spent over $10,000 for 2 units and this place is an absolute disaster. Rick, the managing partner, will call and yell at you if you hint at disputing credit card charges for non-fulfillment. My husband listened to him on speakerphone with his jaw on the floor. I still haven't gotten the units I ordered in February and they've stopped responding to inquiries. I fully expect him to see this and start yelling at me.

We ordered the sensory deprivation chamber the studio series it does take about 6 weeks to manufacture and it took about another 2 weeks for the shipping to complete however it was everything we expected and it's wonderful and a self dark business earn more money we hope everyone who has any questions can email us and we're happy to answer them for you in the meantime we stand behind the studio float and The service was excellent everything arrived on time.

Merchant choice: for me this was the only choice the have the best prices and they do alert customers to possible time frames.

Product choice: I chose the single sauna, and some extra salt lamps. Its not hard to see how much we like this stuff.

We called up the sauna company and we explained that our grandfather had parkinson's and they did allow us to get a sauna on the front of the line because of a bonefied medical problem so for those of you who are waiting for sonas if you have a diagnosed medical issue they do have a program where you can go to the front of the line.
Please no the team there email me a very detailed explanation of the delays but delays stem from their time in Los Angeles during 2021 there was a 6 month delay receiving products. A simple Google search about supply chain delays in Los Angeles does create create a list of hundreds if not thousands of articles about the issue. Anyways hats off to the team at spiritual quest my son is on route and that's because when I spoke to them I shared with them about my ailment.

I have to say it did take quite a while for us to get our sauna and I read a bunch of these other reviews here mine, this year my experience was that the company sent out multiple emails explaining in great detai. L why the Los Angeles seaport was so clogged and they chose to move to actually help. Regardless of all the noise our sauna came in

we have our sauna plugs into a standard outlet it's the single sauna we paid $999 for it I can see now on the site that it's now almost $1300 that's from obvious inflation I think that's some small percentage of people get very upset sauna. My wife and I have another story we went to a company that does blinds on a national basis for windows and they told us it would be 8 weeks now at 12 weeks we're not freaking out it's just kind of the way things are these days. I think if we were to think back to the heart beat of covid we didn't get our favorite toilet paper for almost 2 years anyways anyways while we were frustrated and very much so because we wanted our sauna we got it. I choose to come together with those people that work with me regardless of what delays transpire and only sharp enough to know that there is huge supply chain issues and that all we have to do is look at the cost of gas and everything else those are all supply chain, check out my photo.

Recently installed my executive one sauna. It's the best purchase I ever made for myself.

I am using it everyday after my workouts and in the evenings.

It provides me relief from joint pain due to Rheumatoid arthritis, and promotes good sleep.

My Wife and I Just got our two-person sauna it was extremely easy to set up we did have to wait because the supply chain (whatever else). When the driver arrived with the truck, he had a liftgate lowered it down at the end of our driveway and I had myself and a couple of friends bring it in. Once we brought it inside to setup it was easy it comes with six pieces there's a floor four walls and a roof and it couldn't have been easier to hook up! I got plugged into a 20-amp outlet we got the Savannah salt cave couldn't be happier we did have to wait multiple weeks, but we were made aware of the delays by the company on multiple occasions. This is the nicest sauna I have ever seen, and the prices and the quality made it worth the wait for us. Now its time to sweat.

I was one of those that ordered just before the supply chain issues in CA and other import ports of entry. Thank you for providing me udpates with regards to the delays and your move to the savannah area. Once you got there and started receiving shipments I got notified of my sauna being shipped. " it can't be i thought". It was true and my wife and I are happily enjoying it daily. We wish you the best in these time of chaos, keep up the good work and thanks for the extra thoughtful items.

After 7 months - excuse and delays we put in for cancelation only to be hit with a 25% remarketing fee. Customer service is horrible, never saw the product.

Your refund would be minus shipping 395 and 69 for pallets and minus 25%
Please note one can cancel, you can do that however there is a fee for cancelation after manufacturing.

I ordered a salt wall from these people 3 months ago, when I ordered the wall, there was NOTHING on the site that said it would take 3 months, nothing that states I could not cancel. When I decided to cancel, all of a sudden, the wall was complete and they could not provide a refund. I called and emailed over the past 3 months, and I was met with a sarcastic underwhelming individual who really wasn't customer focused at all. After waiting 3 months, he tells me I have one week to arrange shipping for an item I no longer want. When I asked him the exact date the item was complete, he replied by saying he wasn't doing double work and hung up on my face. Kinda feels like "funny business". Very shady! With all of the choices consumers have, skip this place. I wish I would have gone with other reputable American companies. Do NOT waste your money or time.
