Order was placed early January. If you are used to receiving concise communication afterwards, you can forget it. We were promised 6 week turn time, after finally reaching extremely rude and angry Rick, who informed me that it will be yet another 8 weeks, i requested cancelation. He told me that I'm not worth the time and hung up on me. Customer service is truly dead in this place. WTF Rick!?!?!? I'm in customer service, and would never treat clients like this! You wasted my time, and truly need some help in being a good person.

As a note there was a 6-month delay due to a combined covid closure, Los angles ports (still clogged), and moving to Savannah to a port that is actually functioning.
A related note the port our saunas ship from is in Shanghai it is closed again one can google that however we have saunas here and will have more arriving in several weeks and more several weeks after that and so and so on. It seems we simply need to work through orders and we do that by the date of the order.
If there is a medical emergency or a medical reason we do have a font of the line program please let us know thank you?
Their response to my review shows exactly how disgusting they are. They claim I threatened "a young girl trying to help me." All of that is a straight up LIE. I am a former police officer, I don't need to lie and I don't need to threaten anyone on the phone. Let me be very clear this is exactly what I said and repeated it to Rich when he called and threatened me:
"I just received an email that is so rude and I professional that it makes me want to punch someone in the throat. Why would someone send an email so disrespectful and unprofessional?"
Rich's claims in regards to my actions are false just like his claims they contacted local authorities (I know I called, I was a cop). I actually contacted authorities and I suggest all people do the same.
This company NEVER contacted me, not once to advise me of any delays in shipping due to the supply crisis. I even gave them a chance and said if they could prove that they sent even one email that I would not cancel my order. They can not provide such proof, they never sent anything, ever, for months. That is unacceptable, I don't care what shortage there is in a supply chain.
I have never in all my years had to go as far as to report a company like this due to complete inappropriate and unacceptable behavior from its employees. Read his response he continues to call me a coward. He did the same thing when he called me and started swearing at me. At which time I stopped him and corrected him as to what was said. He continued to threaten me and call me names like a child. It was the most disgusting display of adulthood I've experienced and I arrest some of the lowest of society on a daily basis.
DO NOT buy from this company, read the reviews, look on Facebook too, they are disgusting company and this (Rich) character is appalling. If you were scammed by them or treated as rude as I was conact the Better Business Bureau and if he threatens you like he has many others contact the Attorney Generals office. This man should be collecting unemployment or he should learn some real lessons in customer service.
They did refund my money though after Rich was so inappropriate that I'd never keep my business with them.

Bought a product in June no communication from the company on any sort of delay, not a single email, phone call nothing. October comes around I finally ask to cancel my order and am treated like shit by the employees and told I'm threatening people. What a joke, these people are scamming the system. The website doesn't say the products are on back order or that they are waiting for shipments due to a back up. An employee called me and threatened me and cursed at me. I have never had anyone in business be so unprofessional because I asked for a refund. I'm contacting the BBB and the AG office about these peoples business practice. DO NOT buy from them!

I ordered an Infrared Sauna back in October. They charged me right away and I never received my product.
I kept calling and the lady kept pushing back the date. She stated that there are 1,000 people ahead of me and I wouldn't receive my sauna till later in 2022! I asked to cancel and receive a full refund. I received an email stating that they were going to charge me $150 for shipping!
My product was never even shipped! I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company. This company is a fraud. I should have checked BBB website before purchasing.

Mam, we refunded your money minus the cancelation fee as your items were manufactured, we also shared on multiple occasions that the saunas were delayed due to the PORT situation in Los Angeles. We offered you two options simply wait for the item to arrive and or a refund, The latter was chosen. This is not a personal thing it was delayed due to covid, port closures, and another worldwide issue out of our control it is not personal. Thank you money was refunded of course.
I absolutely LOVE my salt wall! It came shipped very securely on a pallet, customer service was impeccable with answering any questions I had (even the ones I thought were dumb), and install was straightforward. My pedicure clients really enjoy the ambiance it brings and I feel it helps with the atmosphere! If you're on the fence, just get it! You won't regret an ounce
I wanted to say thanks to the young lady at spiritualquest she did a great job calming me down the sauna of course was delayed and that delay was because of many different factors not just covid but also the shipping supply quagmire that is Los Angeles Harbor and I only know about it because they educated me.
Regardless my thanks are because I got the sauna today it is the 2 person sauna I bought it on sale and I've got to be honest this is one of the nicest things I've ever done for myself. The 2 person executive sauna far exceeded my internal vision. I'm so glad I stuck with my order thanks guys thanks Kelly that's best wishes to you all.
I don't know if anybody ever reads all of these reviews however please note that supply chain delays are massive and Los Angeles Long Beach Harbor and that spiritual quest will not desert you and they will come through my patience paid off.
What you're looking at is a solitaire in the Box it's the 3 wall salt cave system which brought from spiritual quest took several weeks for them to manufacture. Is rapsody tickled pink with this we're located in Santa Barbara California and this is our health and wellness center we use this room for a meditation and yoga it's exactly perfect for what we ask for. The people at spiritual quest on us and know exactly what they're doing they don't mess around to get right to the point so if you're looking for a very serious people to make you very serious high in products we do recommend them my name is Amanda and I hope to see you at my location in Santa Barbara

Hi there just wanna let you guys know that we purchased a salt wall from spiritual quest sauna Zen and that we were local and the gentlemen were nice enough to show us their manufacturing facility we got a 5' by 2' wall and a 6' by 2' wall here are some pictures of how they were doing when they were manufacturing we were able to pick up a day after our visit. It was wonderful the wall works perfectly and to be honest these things are incredibly fragile. So if they're not handled properly somebody could Absolutely break one we didn't we had help loading it help unloading it and help setting it up up as suggested by the great gang at spiritual quest I spoke to Robert.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I had talked to this guy about these saunas twice the last two days. Both times he had an attitude and was EXTREMELY rude! Even cursed at me. It took forever for him to get back to me so I could attempt to order and then when he did completely talked down to me. I wouldn't buy from SpiritualQuest if it was the last place on earth that sold these booths! I was ready to purchase one of these booths that day and sooo glad I didn't!

We received our salt wall. It was tightly wrapped and delivered by Forward Air their shipping partner. We had a construction project related to the room the salt wall was being delivered, so we waited to have it unwrapped until we were to install the new salt wall it respective room. Once opened the salt wall was delivered cracked down the middle with a missing electrical component. After numerous calls to the company they took no blame for the crack and filed an insurance claim with the delivery company they utilize. It's been over the 90-120 days since the claim and haven't heard a word. The owner is very dismissive with no offer to help in anyway. Buyer beware. Better off looking for another company. We acknowledge issues with any company but when you receive rude backlash from the owner and no offer to help it's very concerning.
The damage was claimed by the shipping company as soon as we got the notice, the issue is now with them and they will pay out in a few weeks in most cases. Please note once a claim is made, as with all insurance we simply have to wait for them. They will send you funds directly. Thank you hope this helps.

From Sedona AZ we are blown with away the 6x4 salt walls, our contractor created a great support system to mount the walls. We had ordered the very first of this kind and finally we took some images. They had asked us for prints so we could share. We are a healing center and we had this size made custom, boy oh boy the walls are huge, and impressive. Thanks again to the Artists at SpiritualQuest. If you could see them in person there no way one could explain how intricate the manufacturing is, however the packing and shipping itself was masterful. I purchased a $4,000 outdoor sauna from them that came with a joke of an assembly manual and a 14-page online manual with zero directions/diagram as to where to plug everything in. When I asked for help as to where everything plugs in, the "manager" person belittled my request for a diagram and told me he needed photos of the "thing" (his actual term). Then he proceeded to be rude to my electrician who I needed to hire to help me due to insufficient instruction materials, by calling him "insignificant dude." When I posted this review, he threatened that bad reviews work both ways—seemingly indicating that he might in turn, post a bad review for my business? Really? This man Rick has lost both referrals and future business from me. I will gladly amend this review once the sauna is in working order.

Please note Kaera there is a sad situation that bad news does go both ways.
For some reason its hard for you to understand that we are not at your location and are simply asking for images to help the staff at the factory to help you
The sauna is not set up correctly that is clear - we know you don't want to hear this but it is true.
The mistake will need to be pinpointed and the images will help the factory to do so
So far you have sent an (1) image of a cord that does not reach the sauna does not need an adapter or another cord it is something in the set up.
We have asked for images not three times and so far you refuse to provide them here is the 4th request

Something is not set up correctly we will need more photos - of the walls inside and a more full view of the box inside and out thank you
And we will have to send them to the factory, this unit was tested and working in totality
So the short answer is this is somehow connected improperly the snapshot we have is not enough to figure out the issue
We do suggest having a qualified assembly person there to execute the assembly as well
Unfortunately, the image provided is not enough for me to see the next step and we will send to our engineer at the factory once we have a little more perspective.

All the sauna needs is a 20 amp outlet for power
Troubleshooting: the process does take the help of the factory representative and the items we have asked for are simply the next step
Try to be patient as troubleshooting a setup is not very hard but is a day or two situations.
Email sent to the factory within 1 hour of our last call
Factory support is one day turnaround and they generally do require more information of course.

Please note this is the sauna we had set up here for the images on the site, it was fine, worked perfectly, with no short plugs or missing items.
Please provide a directive of how to correct the setup issue and or the cord alignment issue.
We have also explained to her that support engineers reply in about one day -this is our confirmation we are sending the one image to you.
They are refusing to send more images we will do our best to get more thank you
The customer thinks the cord is too short we did try to let her know that the cord is not too short it is simply set up wrong. (this caused a serious negative response)
They are not trying to listen and is just doing her best to damage us now. Thank you for your help.

I'm a owner of the studio series float tank I've had it for about one year now and I've got to say I really really enjoy doing floating if you've never floated this is a Ave to a higher level of relaxation and creativity than I've ever had before.
The flow tank actually goes together very easily it shows up in three pieces there is the the pump and the filtration system and then the tank itself has two parts it's super easy to figure out it's super easy to have a plumber put it together which is recommended all of that was very easy to handle.
Where I ran into trouble was I was too anxious to use the item and I didn't fully dissolve the salt I don't know if everyone knows this but it uses Epson salt and if you don't dissolve the salt it can cause problems with the filtration system I of course had some problems with the filtration system.
The problems were not fatal were able to work around it with our plumber and the engineer that spiritual quest took a little extra work but once we got it dialed in everything's working fine it has constant heat which is wonderful so you can stand there as long as you like and it's really good looking unit so from my POV take your time when setting it up make sure all the salt is dissolved and don't try to take shortcuts I love the studio series flow tank

You may want to rethink buying from spiritual quest. Took 6 months to receive our "2 person" sauna.( more like single person and cheap quality at that). They wash their hands of you once they ship it out. Tried to set up a scheduled delivery from the incompetents of their 3rd party shipping company. Said I'd get a call to do that. No call, no text, no messages. The sauna that spiritual quest even specifies must have help to move just showed up at my massage therapy practice unannounced six months later. When I called SQ I was told "sorry once it's on delivery it's out of our hands. Call the shipping company" which I did several times. So the shipping company sent SQ a bill for having to redeliver my sauna because no one was available to receive the sauna that I didn't even know was coming. And the California rep from SQ had the audacity to call me and TELL me it was my fault it had to be redelivered and he was going to have to charge me for their incompetence. What an absolute joke of a company and their customer service. Also threatened that he'll send me to collections. Ha! Go ahead. My business has an impeccable reputation and credit. You'll never see another dime of my money. Do yourselves a favor and shop around for a better reputable company. You may have to spend a little more, but I would have gladly spent more to get a better quality sauna and better customer service than I did with SQ.

The gang at spiritualquest was extremely patient with me, I called early and found out they are in CA so it was even earlier there. I asked a lot of questions about the 2 person sauna on sale. We must have asked everything from the plug, the size, the bench and much more. Anyway I did not order while on the phone however I did try to order online later. The online order would not go through for some reason. Later a day or so I called and the nice gentleman took my order and it was easy. If patience is what is needed they had it in spades. Good work.
It would be an understatement to say that I've been treated with unprofessional service.
To begin with, for as long as I can remember I was looking for a Salt Wall. Multiple friends of mine requested that I get one and place it in my room in order to help me with my severe allergies as it did with theirs. I finally listened to my friends and I purchased the Himalayan Pink Salt Wall of 4'x4' which costs an estimate of $1,400 plus shipping which rounds total to $1,700. When the wall was finally on its way to being delivered, they delivered it to the wrong address on file and then I called and told them that there's been a mistake.
The guy who answered the phone call was extremely rude to me and told me and I quote " that he can't just shake his magic wand and change the delivery" I found this to be extremely unprofessional. Clearly, I know that you can't shake your magic wand and change the delivery on the same day. However, it is your responsibility to make sure that you have the proper information from clients and make sure their orders which are of great monetary value are delivered promptly and in appropriate manner.
Moreover, once they finally delivered the the wall to the correct address, I went ahead and called a couple of my friends to help me install it because I cannot lift it on my own. Once we opened the package we noticed how the entire left side of the Salt Wall is cracked and shattered as well the top corners. At this point, I was completely appalled and devastated with my purchase. However, what happens next is even worst.
I decided to document my experience with videos and images that I sent to the business by email, asking them for some sort of refund to my order because its beyond unacceptable that they
1. Deliver to the wrong address and then I'm disrespected by their mistake.
2. A package worth $1,400 is delivered shattered.
However, as any unprofessional business would do, they ignored all my emails and phone calls and blocked my phone number in order to avoid taking responsibility for not meeting the needs of a business transaction. I'm very much hoping that they will see this post and take responsibility for the bad service that they've provided and for the shattered Salt Wall in which they shipped to me.

No one should be purchasing from a business that refuses to provide the needed service for their clientele. Spiritual Quest needs to provide me with the refund necessary and needs to take responsibility for their actions as any LEGITIMATE business would do.

So sorry to hear about your item, all items are insured until delivered, sorry it seems like it was not inspected until some months after it was delivered and opened by a group of friends. We are so sorry to hear of the issue.
We did at the time in order to let all parties know that this is not to be hung by a group of friends it is a very heavy and impressive piece of artwork.
Again it was mentioned we can send a part for you to repair on that end.
There was one cracked brick that could have happened during shipping, or after it arrived in your location the issue is the question of damages was not presented until several weeks after delivery. We have offered to send you the part to fix it but you wanted to make us make another item that is 1500 plus shipping and to do it for free. Sorry if you are upset however we do suggest one hire a contractor for the hanging of the walls and the replacement brick to be placed.
We have offered to send you the parts and we have offered to consult with a contractor of your choice. So our staff has offered to help, we do note you're angry and we are sorry however the repair parts can be sent thank you

Appointments are necessary so please arrange a time with our support staff. Assuming a lay person can build a large wall is not a best practice. AND our engineers provide one on one introduction happily. I am sure our staff has already shared that and offered support via a licensed contractor.
