After 5-6 transactions from mobility scooters to seat cushions, I am very impressed with Spinlife. Their website is very easy to use and their phone support is excellent. I bought a portable power wheelchair and had a bunch of questions. They patiently answered them and helped pick the perfect one. That's impressive considering it was heavily discounted! Great Company to do business with. However their return policy gives me great pause. Restocking fee total BS. Customer pays to ship back. You could be out hundreds through no fault of your own. I am still making purchase and hoping it's not a mistake. Beware!

I bought a scooter for mom from Spinlife, but she never really used it. The battery died and no good from lack of charging & use. Spinlife helped me find the battery I needed for the scooter...about 10 yrs later! It's always best to deal w the pros!
