I ordered some products over spencer app and showed that It will be delivered after a week. But it was not delivered which were already paid for. And the *#customercare not receiving any phone calls. This is the wastage app...

I ordered a toy from them and paid for two day shipping and got it 5 day not including the weekend and when I finally got it... the box was empty and filled with trash, instead of the toy... I just emailed costumer services, hopefully they can help me...

I ordered a toy in a box. When it came there were no plastic seal around the outside of the box. The box was not taped all I had to do was lift the flap. That's it. I ordered from other companies and all their boxes have a plastic around it and the box is also sealed shut. Not this item and it had a smell like it was used so I just threw it away. I paid $27+ I know that they will not return my money. Don't buy anything from this company. What they did was wrong. The USPS plastic bag was sealed shut and the purchaser receipt inside the box was not in my name it had someone else's name. So I don't even want it around me. Plus the box had two different bar code. I ripped up the box to throw it but I took pictures of the two different bar code. One was physically stuck on the box. And another one was part of the box. I tried to upload the other bar code on the box built in but it would only let me upload only one. This one is separate stick on the box.

Went to the Macon Spencer's there to purchase some body jewelry but the rings were just to small etc I was told by the guy in there name cam that it was 100% return able if anything things doesn't work out. So I was like ohh okay cool I can return my other one that didn't work out so as I go up there to return the lady name pat wasn't going to give me what I paid for because I didn't have the other jewelry. As I told her I didn't have the other jewelry I was told I can return it an get my money back. She basically told that wasn't the case she didn't know what she was doing at all so basically they didn't give me my money back at all it was over all bad customer service an there very expensive etc. They ended up putting my money on a gift card then telling me about the Policy.! I'm never going to use because I'm never going back there ever. So ended up losing $35.99 in I'm very very upset about it.

I ordered 4 things online, only two of which have been delivered. After I submitted my order my card was charged successfully, then I had ANOTHER charge the next day for $40 and another after that for $17. I cancelled my card but I still have no gotten that $57 back or the other two items I ordered. I emailed customer service TWICE. Have not heard anything back yet. Terrible that you guys don't care about the customers who buy from your store.

I tried to order a couple things for Christmas online. I waited several days after i ordered and i never got a shipping email. Continued to wait still nothing i got my money back but no email explaining why. I tried again ordered different items same thing happened got my money back. Never got an email explaining why. At Spencer's in Prien Lake Mall Lake Charles La a gentleman named Kameron assisted me the moment I walked in the store. This sales associate was both helpful and charismatic. The cashier #******* was also extremely helpful and assisted me in an up beat manner. I will most Definitely be going back to Spencer's from now on rather than Hot Topics!
Spencer's charged my card, never shipped my order and then when I wrote to customer service, they didn't respond to my email, they cancelled the order. Will never order from them again.

So i pre ordered a chucky doll from yall Month & a half ago for $97 since then Spencer's keep charging my card ever week 97. So far they have charged me $500 I have ever Transaction from my bank account pics to prove it, I want my money back cant even pay Bill's bc ever week keep taking money out. If I can't get this resolved I will contact the better business Bureau

It wasn't there before. Pre order status came up after i succesfully placed the order. Asked online support if its a technical problem and they said it's not. "it's the way the physical computer system works". I asked since the item was pre ordered and i have not been charged yet if they could cancel the order. They said if i don't like the item just ship it back. Bunch of hassle they really gotta work on this

2 weeks after my order I'd heard nothing. Phone # was not accepting calls, "live" chat was not accepting messages, email went unanswered. Finally I messaged via Facebook & someone replied very promptly. Said they were having some system overhaul or something. When I told them I needed the item for my son's bday party, they very kindly offered to expedite shipping, and the item arrived on exactly the day I told them I needed it by. And it was awesome.
I bought an item that was broken, they sent a new one and that one was also broken and they won't refund my money for a BROKEN item just bc it's an intimate item. I emailed them the day I received it.

I made many shopping in Spencers. But when I tried Spencers Online once for the last 2 times it gave horrible result. Each time one or more things becomes out of stock. But while buying in the ecommerce website it never gives the update. Very much unsatisfied.

I use to like going to Spencer's since I was a young teenager, but lately, I've been uncomfortable with the message like, "Let's Summon Demons!" t-shirts that they also sell on mugs, blankets, like if this was a "successful merchandise", meaning I won't visit as frequently as I use to in Spencer's. They think it's all "cool" to expose this horrible message to the world. Not only the captions make me uncomfortable, but that the cartoon characters are children. WHAAATTT?! Spencer's thinks the message "Demon Cat" and "Let's talk to Strangers" is so "positive" (sarcasm), they support this kind of thing. It's sending a non-helpful message to kids, teenagers, and adults as well. This shouldn't be allowed, in my opinion. I'm a teenager, by the way. Go to the store and find this, I don't really need to prove it on a picture.
I ordered and item and then emailed to cancel when I realized what I had ordered wasn't at all what I thought it was. Literally 60 seconds after placing the order I emailed to cancel. I got an auto response that it was well into the process already and too late but to refuse the item and I'm a couple weeks when it gets back there and they process it, I'll get a refund minus shipping. I have never experienced anything like this. 60 seconds and the process is well on its way? On a Sunday at 4 am smh. I'm sure. Never ever buy online with this company. They get your money and they don't care whatsoever about the consumer.

Bought a $100 backpack for my niece online that she had seen in-store. She used it about a month and the strap broke. Contacted customer service and they basically said their 14-day return policy had expired and couldn't replace it but instead offered me a 20% off on any purchase what a joke. I told them I wouldn't be buying anything there and definitely would not be recommending to anyone. I bought it when there back to school sale was on so I was only out half the hundred. Buyer beware. Stick to reputable stores. Spencer's does not stand by the quality of their merchandise unless something goes wrong within 14 days after purchase!
I went to a Spencer's store and saw a t-shirt i wanted, they didn't have the size i wanted, they told me they didn't have any in stock and suggested i look on their website for the size i wanted. So i did, they had my size in stock online, i ordered the t shirt and got an email that they would let me know when it ships. Well two weeks of hearing nothing i contacted them and they told me that the t-shirt i wanted wasn't in stock and they would give me a credit, I replied and said that it was ridiculous of them to let weeks go by and not let me know it wasn't in stock and i didn't want a credit, just my money back.
They told me that wasnt their policy.
They are a total scam.
