Website says discreet packaging and this mf showed up on my doorstep and my moms bf had to bring it in! At least the product was good and it came in like two days, but the packaging thing was really not good i could have gotten my $#*! beat fr lmfao
Been shopping there for years, but was recently kicked out for not having a mask while other people walked around without a mask guess adults with money is not welcome, but broke teens are welcome to walk around with no mask and spend no money, thanks for ruining a cool place to shop
Terrible terrible TERRIBLE! They shouldn't have an online website if they don't know how to process things.
My brother was shopping for tshirts minding his own business and this little worker girl came up to us and just stood there standing like we were in the way (WHILE WE WERE SHOPPING) so my brother being the nice guy he is was like "do you need by?" and backed up while i stood there waiting for her to say excuse me like most people with common sense do. Well no obviously she was never taught manners or had no home training because she then proceeds to snatch/jerk the tshirt out of my brothers hand and said "if you're not going to buy it give it here" and at that moment i had to debate on if prison food was worth snatching that b$tch up right then and there. We then told her that he was looking and was going to buy that shirt. After she made that rude remark she threw the shirt on the ground and my brother and i were so upset and shaking we had to walk out. After stepping out of the store for a second i ended up going back in there to inform a manager of her actions because karen mode triggered me after she had the audacity to disrespect my brother. I found someone with a keychain because hell you can't really tell who works there and who doesn't. I said "is there a manager here" and the lady was like "whats up" so i told her what happened and she asked who the employee was and i described her. She went over and chatted with her for like 3 seconds came back and seriously said "ohh she's new and this is her first job." ummm no ma'am wait right there. I don't care if she has been here for 10 years. If she doesn't have enough common sense or hell even enough training to know that you do not snatch something out of someone's hands then this might need be the job for her. In conclusion, absolutely nothing was done about this and my brother didn't even get to shop, we actually ended up leaving the mall after this incident. So yeah spencer's idk what y'all finna do about this but we're waiting. Thanks for the time to vent. By the way she was like 5'3 white or hispanic couldn't tell, had glasses and brown hair with blue tshirt inside the parks mall in arlington texas.
I ordered online and paid more for shipping than I did for the item so I could have my pkg on time. Still have not received my pkg when I chatted with "Jackie" and ask for a refund of my shipping charges since it didn't get here in time I was told that they are only an estimated time. My items where shipped on the day I was suppose to receive. However, nothing said estimated and I can not get a refund. Photo below shows what I saw in website at time of order. It should have been here in time. I cannot get a refund and this was for a party tonight. Very disappointed in the online store and Spencer's for not making this right
I just spent hundreds of dollars order in merchandise they asked you if you want overnight shipping for 1999 you pay for it three days later you're reaching out to customer service to ask where your order is and no oneās even answering the phone the message says that they have a power outage you sent multiple emails and no response how professional!
I like the product but bought the wrong batteries bc im kinda dumby thicc in the head ya'know. So i bought the right ones online it said discreet packaging. Low in behild it shows up in a box with $#*!ing tape that has "Spencer's" written all over it and the batteries bouncing all over in the box not secured at all. (The reason that matter is it could've gotten broken and i couldn't lie n say i got a shirt or something) I'm an adult still living with my parents and my parents know what Spencer's is so they knew exactly what i got. Dispite there prying questions the way my mom laughed then told my dad ik they ik which i just wanted to avoid. If it didn't say it had discreet packaging i would've gone back to the store but it did which was a $#*!ing lie. Also it cost like 20$ for 4$ batteries bc of shipping, thats insane.
Tltr: if you live with someone and don't want them to know ur getting kinky $#*! either have a better lie b4 they see it or make sure they don't know what Spencer's sells
I still have not gotten back my money from my 3 orders from them which they did charge me for and toke the pre authorization holds off my account so that when they asked for screenshots of them since I didn't get my funds back they wouldn't be there it's very sad that they rip you off and have horrible customer Service I've been ignored by the customer cervices many time when inquiring about my funds and they don't respond and at this point I'm going to take legal action and sue the company
I ordered something on Thursday paid overnight shipping and won't get it till Wednesday so I called and they gave me 5.00 back most likely won't be ordering online anymore with them.

This is my first time ordering from them online. I ordered some uhh. Toys. Because I was too embarrassed to go inside the store and pick them out. I chose to pick up the order in store, and I ordered this stuff at like 11pm. The next day I woke up at 11:30 and, Spencer's in my area opens at 11. So checked my email to see if my order was ready and instead there was an email from 10:30 saying my order was cancelled per my request, or because I didn't pick up the order in time. Wtf? I never cancelled it, and I just ordered it last night. It said all the items were available at my local store when I ordered it, why the heck would they cancel? And it said now I have to wait 3 to 5 days to get my money back too ugh.

I'm honestly very disappointed in this store, I've been going here for ever and because of medical reasons I've been using a wheelchair (which I didn't do before, and also I've never had to use a mobile aid) the day I rolled in first with my chair the employees followed me everywhere and kept getting me very mean looks. They would be very short and rude with me, and made me feel like I was a issue. As more background information I use my wheelchair on longer days, one day I felt ok walking and went into the store with no issues the employees. I later went back in my chair, I got my same disrespect from the employees as always. One of the workers can up to me and accused me of faking and asked me why I was using a wheelchair. Also I've been ask to leave after having a hard time moving around tight corners and asking for help. They always are mad when I can't reach the card reader or the desk. I can't help but to be mad, I don't even want to go into this store again, the ableism is unreal, things need to be fix.
I recently visited the Spencer's in parks mall, one of the ladies was extremely rude for no reason. I asked her a question about a product and she ignored me. She let me know I was unwelcomed in the store. I will no longer shop at Spencer's.
Bought two t shirts that added up to 40 dollars US (without tax). I was ok with that because I get free shipping after 20 dollars but I still had to pay shipping even though my order was 51 dollars with tax!. So not happy. On top of that my order ended up being 71 dollars for two stinking shirts. *dont shop here*ok

I recently paid for Express Shipping that said delivery on Tuesday. I track package. It is not going to be delivered until friday. I email. They refund half and give me some Amazon mumbo jumbo about Saturday, Sunday. I look and they did not pay for express, they paid for priority. I got full refund on shipping. Shisty Shenannigans. Watch for the bait and switch and promo code manipulations. 2 words, Business Ethics.
If I could rate a negative, I would. My spouse and I went as soon as the store said it would open online, 10:00. The store still had no employees, so we shopped around at other stores, an hour later came back, still dark and no employees. My son and I went back later in the day, working in retail myself in the past I knew someone would at least show up at lunch. With all that being said... In our county mask mandate has been lifted. I get it stores can require it, but if your store requires it, you should provide it! Today I went into a Spencer's store with my son to get a gift. I was told the store requires a mask. I said "ok, can you provide a mask then", she/he said no, but the starbucks around the corner has some! I said, " if your store requires it, they should provide them, we only had 1 mask for my son. I have a medical condition. She/ he replied, we only have the cloth ones. (they wanted me to buy one instead of furnishing me one. I was told by another employee about the required mask and I stated I have a medical condition, she/he stated it doesn't matter it is a store requirement. I said "we only have one mask." I continued shopping. Another employee comes up and at this time I see a mall security guard. I kept shopping and then in an angrily tone another employee told me that "if I don't put a mask on they will remove me from the store", the security guard was right next to her/him. During this whole time I noticed others entering the store with no mask and no one said anything to them. Can I say targeted! Just sayin!
In December of 2020 I was allowed in the store with no problems however I notice that the lady working in the store berated a customer who had asked a question who pull her mask down long enough to asks the same question before pulling the mask up when the lady working started getting very rude and shove the customer out of the store and no one said anything. I went in January of 2021 looking for a shirt when I was approached by a tall lady walking up to me intimidating way who rudely started yelling at me in a hostile tone of voice before she begin screaming at me. She asked me where my damn masked? When I explained that I didn't have one due to my hearing disability and my asthmas it doesn't apply to me however I was wearing a face shield the sign said face covering it doesn't say face shield prohibited. She rudely told me to get out.
In March of 2021 I came in with a hoodie that shows that cover the entire face and was told that I was welcome when I was approached by three female employee and a male employee who formed around me in a circle making me feeling threatened that I would be physically harmed rudely told me to get out of their store in front of customer who were staring completely mortified by what has had happen. Spencer needs a lawsuits against them for harassing hearing impairments. Hearing people need to realized that deaf people have rights as well and we shouldn't be treated horrible, treated like a criminal because of our hearing impairments we didn't asked to be deaf. I left the store in tears and feeling humiliated, hurt, discriminated against by hearing people's. I was treated like a criminal because of my hearing disability. Someone need to be trained to handled customer better and consequently need to be held when their employees become extremely hostile, violence and violate the ADA law. I have the right to be treated fairly equally without being discriminated, harassed in any way. Those employees at McCain Mall need to be fired.
I ordered some things off line. Thinking everything would be shipped normally. Nope after charging be more then what I should have paid for $#*!ting I received half my ordered when I called they told me the store refused the shipment so my ordered would not be shipped and I would have to go to the store and repurchase it. NEVER AGAIN will I order from them. If I wanted to go to the store and repurchase what I've already paid for I would have went to the store in the first place... HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

DO NOT SHOP HERE! IF you have mental health issues or wear a face shield I was not allowed in cause I had a face shield I told the gentleman I have PTSD he said I couldn't come in I needed to have a face mask with my nose and mouth covered
Where are companies getting off making up rules? There is no signs stating how you should wear your mask or what kind of facial coverings are allowed all it says is facial coverings reguired. Saddens me they are all for saving the boobs or f-cancer but when someone has a health or mental issue your gonna turn them away? Hypercritical in my opinion! The CDC does not state you HAVE to have your mouth and nose covered nor does it state what type of facial covering you should wear.
It's been 5 times already where I go into one of the stores and purchase a set of stud earrings. Now this are the ones that look big but still have the regular needle. The minute I'll put them on one half will snap into pieces or the screw needle won't even screw on so if I leave it on eventually it falls off. Honestly don't recommend buying some of their earrings.
