I would rather rip my foreskin off, than deal with their bull$#*!. Why are they able to advertise 100mbs internet, if I can't even get it? Their $#*!ing website is an actual laberanth with no rhyme or logic to it. Why is there a. Com and a. Net address for Spectrum? Why can't I see the plans that I can upgrade to, because I've been stuck with the same $#*!ing plan since 2006, and we can't upgrade, because you can't navigate the $#*!ing website, because you click on one thing and it sends you to the place you just were, just with one small change that you weren't even looking for.

My internet has been crap for 3 months now, we were paying for 100/10 but got 20/3, had my service upgraded "complimentary" were f*ckin paying for it, still bad, got on service, 1 week to actually get them to schedule a tech, he does a little and it looks good, crashed 30 minutes later, had him back 5 days later, your wire is corroded and nast ill schedule a construction crew, 5 days later, same wire, and they just took 65 bucks out of my account for the really nonexistant internet bill. Add that getting to support on the website takes me about an hour each day and not even offering to lower my bill for compensation... In six words F*CK YOU SPECTRUM

Awful

Your service is complete terrible, you raise the prices for what? Basic cable is almost $200, bit much dont you think. And you guys wanna be top notch in the business, I would never recommend you to anyone! Internet is off line but can tell me a reason, such crap! Keep raising your prices for junk equipment way to go! Sprectum cable sucks! Very disappointed, so here we sit with no internet for the next five days, thank you very much!

HORRIBLE IS ONE WORK THE REST I CANT SAY... SO TIRED OF DEALING WITH THIS BULLCRAP THEY NEVER CALL U BACK BROKEN PROMISES... AND BULL$#*! AND OVER PRICED BILLS WITH MAKING U PAY FOR CRAP U SHOULDNT I SO WILL BE GOING BACK TO DIRECT HOLY CRAP I HAVE NEVER CAME ACROSS SUCH A CRAPPY PIECE OF NON QUALITY ORIENTED PLACEIN MY LIFE... GOT MY SECOND BILL ITS $400... BTW ALSO ALL I HAVE IS LOWEST Cable phone and highest internet package... not really just found out i have been really getting the lowest grade trickery for sure... speed test constantly bouncing up and down cant even watch a youtube video on my tv... shuts off with in the first 12 seconds..

Blows my mind

They took us back to the 90s with their digital box no dvr wtg r u kidding me now u want me to pay more a month for DVR service witch I was already paying for really cable should not be 175 a month then they want more these new box r what I used in 90s no clock at all can't pause rewind record this is BS I was not going to do this but I am going back to direct TV way cheaper and now better service. Not only is your customer service the worst of the worst but your services are down right crap I've been with you since Time Warner to Bright House now you and you suck the worst. Good bye you will not see another dime from me ever

Everytime i call spectrum for anything they are rude non compassionate and don't care about their customers. We are in a financial hardship due to a lay off and i asked for our bill to be extended until next Friday which is 4 days past the last date and i would pay in full they denied it, I'm having major surgery the day before Friday I'm in school online and we have two babies... complete bull$#*!... i was with time warner for a decade and if i needed help they helped me really considering switching to DISH... at this point i have had spectrum for a year and hate it... the commercials are lies... rude customer service... not willing to add a few more days really... not happy with them... so sad

A Waste Of Life

Come on now id rather have an antenna than stupid spectrum. Like OMG. I AM SICK AND TIRED of a bunch of internet cutouts every hour and sometimes channel unresponsiveness. This is straight ridiculous. Never had these issues with Direct TV. So spectrum commercials how about you get your fat 2 minute lying commercial self out of here because I am switching from spectrum. Right now I'm using my hotspot because my Wi-Fi went out again. I DO NOT AND NEVER WILL RECOMMEND THIS SORRY EXCUSE FOR CABLE AND WIFI. Never will I ever come back to the miseries of spectrum town again. Peace out! *drops the mic*

There is an issue at least once a week with Cable and Internet service from Spectrum Charter Jacksonville NC. I just don't understand what the problem is. You don't get what you pay for. I'm currently looking for other services. I would never recommend this cable company to anyone.

Spectrum's customer service is terrible. It is worth looking somewhere else just based on who you will have to interact with. They increased my monthly bill significantly and refused to work with me. Their representatives were rude and ill-mannered. Save your time. Shop elsewhere.

Stay away from them

My internet has been out now for a week. Every time I call tech support they are no help. I called to get a credit on my Account considering my Internet was out for a week and got nowhere. I feel if I get 3 weeks of service I should only pay for the 3 weeks not the whole month. And for what Im paying I can get better and cheaper service elsewhere. Just for internet and home phone my bill is over $100 a month. This is what happens when a service provider has a monopoly on service. $#*! customer support and inflated prices. Oh almost forgot the have rudest people working in the billing department.

Terrible rude customer service regarding roku wifi spectrum. woman just became immediatly hostile when i said i found it unacceptible she wouldnt help me with my access problem. Said there was nobody higher than her eccept for the fcc when i wanted to talk to higher level help. I thought att was bad.

4 to 5 weeks ago between 12 am and 1:30 am Spectrum pushed out a update that
Started their system to have the same issues that Time Warner was having. Time Warner had volume issues such as a large differents between the volume on different channels. You would go from one channel to another and it would either be so LOUD or so Quiet you had to change the setting to enjoy watching it. Also some commercials when they come on would BLAIR so loud that you had to watch tv with the remote in your hand to adjust the volume all the time. This issue did not happen on the spectrum network until they did the update. One of the loudest commecials is a SPECTRUM COMMERCIALS FOR INTERNET! Spectrum acts like they never hear complaints but I know others have the same issue. It is against the law since Dec of 2014 for them to make commercials louder than the program. We all need to do two things call Spectrum *******112 and file a service complaint about it with them. Second is to get on the internet and file a complaint against Spectrum with the FCC which regulate this issue.
It bad when you pay for a service and can not enjoy it without a remote in your hand to hit the mute button or change volume settings every time you change channels or certain commercials come on blaring at you and your family!

I have been in line for 20 minutes and there are only 2 people working and only 2 people have been helped. I was at the end of the line and now another 8 came in. Maybe they could invest in more counter help since they are make a fortune off of people. Glad I am leaving this company.

Unreliable Service

Terrible installation service. Had to schedule installation service twice. First time, installer came an hour and half late but could not do installation because it was too late in the day. Second time, installer dispatcher called and said installer will be two hours late but nobody show up. Canceled contract.

I went to them in person and asked what was the cut off date the representative told me the 13 and they cut me off on the 7. I get paid on the 8. I think that they could have worked with me for a day if that was the date. I went in person. The young man said the 13th. No other conversation was given. He said you have nothing to worry about. Finished and my husband and I walked out.

There is leterally always an issue with our connection. They have come out to fix it about 30 times in the past two years. Not working again and they are charging us to send someone out to see why our wireless internet is cutting out at least once an hour. They also told us that they cant guarantee good wifi. This internet company just flat out told me they dont know what kind of internet they are giving me or how or if it will even work. Yet they are harming us more money. Also we canceled our cable with them 2 months ago. A month later we called hen with another issues and hey told us we owe them $300 dollars and they have no record of us cancelling. I am literally choking when I am hearing these people talk. I have no idea how this company gets away with this stuff for so long. It is robbery.
