Checked to get a code for wireless internet, since i already bundled and pay 170.00 for cable, they say i owe more to get wireless internet... what a joke and a pathetic company. I moved my service business to another location and everything was suppose to be the same, set up and all,,, now they say i owe more money,. Scam professionals.

Where to start?
July 23, 2018

Lose sound all the time. Have to back and forth between pause and play until it comes back. Sometimes need to turn cable off and on. And sometimes sound does not come back for up to 30 min. Second, click on network movie and screen comes as unavailable. Even worse while youre watching one of those movies it disappears and that message comes up. Oh sorry cant watch that movie tonight. After we got our system installed we couldnt figure out how to turn it on. I guess the tech was in a hurry and couldnt be bothered to show. Called tech support- the rep did not know how to turn it - she was even stupid enough to tell us that. We are unfortunately stuck with Spectrum because we live in heavily wooded area and cant support a cable satellite. I hate Spectrum and every time I see one of their grandiose commercials it makes me want to vomit.

First, I ordered my pkg without the phone option. After everything I discussed with Spectrum they never mentioned a $12.95 fee for each TV that you would like a DVR. Most spectrum packages include DVR for up to 12 months. Spectrum cancels DVR after the first 12 months. Remember they have no contracts. My contract did not include DVR and now it with cost me about $26.00 for the DVR. There goes savings. I will be moving in about a month so I am having it placed on one TV with DVR. After that see ya forever. I was going to carry my Spectrum with me, but now can't wait to get rid of it. I don't know of any other company that makes you pay for DVR this was the first time, but it is their best kept secret.

My internet and phone service went down Sunday, July 15,2018, and I called Spectrum and was told that a repair tech would come out on Monday, July 16; they never showed up. I called and another appointment was scheduled for Tuesday, July 17 and again the repair tech was a no-show. Well, the same thing happened on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, the repair tech did not show. I guess I will have to wait to see if the tech repair comes on Saturday, July 21,2018 and Sunday, July 22,2018.

Even worst, the repair techs closed the tickets from Monday through Friday, and said they did the job. I could not believe how dishonest these people are.

I called customer service to find out what happened and the only information from Customer Service is "We can escalate" the ticket to dispatch and someone should call me back. Again, they lied! No one ever showed and dispatch never contacted me. Looking back I feel bad that I complained about Time Warner Cable. They were absolutely *******xs better than Spectrum.

Please AVOID this company if possible. I'm going to wait for the tech to show and have everything fixed and than I'm cutting the service off. I have already filed an FCC Claim on them because they still billing me, and plus they have a certain time frame to repair services.

Where do I start... a year and a half ago I chose Spectrum for Internet, Phone and TV. They sent out their installer, who promptly wrapped coax all around the front door to my house. It was a major joke. I complained and they sent out another installer, with supervisors, to take it all down and install it the right way. To date, they have done nothing about the damage to my house. I was supposed to get 60MB Internet, I got 30. I am now supposed to get 100MB Internet, I get 60MB... but pay for 100MB. Tech support does not know what they are doing... a few days ago I had trouble with MLB Network, a channel that I pay premium for. They sent out a tech last night. He tried one new box, then another and finally got the second box to work. MLB Network was now OK... for about 15 minutes. The box rebooted itself. TV was fine, for about 5 minutes. The box kept rebooting itself over and over. I called into tech support again. This time they told me they would have dispatch call me within a hour, which they did not, then told me they would send the tech back who never showed. During this time, the box the tech installed made loud popping noises, smoke was coming out of it until I unplugged it. That could have been a fire if I wasn't here. Finally, I went to the Spectrum store to pick up a new box. I get the new box home and low and behold now they tell me there is a outage in my area and I cannot activate the box. This outage is going on 6 hours now. I've had all of Spectrum, their lies, their garbage equipment, their promises of one thing that turns into another, their techs who are brain dead, and their installers who screw coax down around my front door. They said Time Warner was bad... Spectrum is totally HORRIBLE!

2 days of multiple hour outages. No phones, no internet, just I am sorry. We take your money, but do not provide what you paid for. I do not like AT&T, but at least my phones and internet worked

This company repeatedly lied to me about pricing, has the worst service that blanks out during live sports shows, worst internet that I've dealt with and the absolute worst customer service and return that I have ever dealt with. This is a company to truly be avoided. Do yourself a favor find a Wi-Fi provider and get fubotv, sling TV, DirecTV now or any other service. Spectrum is not worth it

I had Spectrum internet and was okay with the cost and service. Then I made my mistake, I bit on their triple play for $90 monthly. It was explained at the time that it was going to be a bit more, but my 1st bill with the triple play is $247.99 OMG. Called for an explanation, cannot get a straight answer from them, so asked to go back to just internet, no that cannot happen at my old rate of $49, if I want to go back its $69 monthly. So just cancel my service then. Another lady came on the phone, just mean and ugly tone, rudest person you can imagine. Unbelievable, so from a general inquiry about why Im paying $247.99 I have to cancel my entire service.
My advice with spectrum is run.

This company gives HORRIBLE internet connection. I swear they are just collecting people's money and putting way too many people on one internet highway so I literally have no streaming capability. We supposedly have hi speed internet. YEAH RIGHT! These internet companies shouldn't have a monopoly on markets. Spectrum is taking advantage of consumers. I hate this company.

Why is the bills so high and the internet speed sucks? Promised 200m and getting 20ish. The bill is to high, 170.00 a dang month for sorry service. I have never dealt with a company like this in my life. I just refuse to keep paying 170.00 a month for this sorry service. Calling customer service and trying to get them to help you where you can afford it is like pulling teeth. They are a complete rip off.

FOR THE 2nd TIME [2nd appt with Spectrum] No one has shown up or called... and the person on the phone was very confused and acted odd when I told her I had an appt verified twice today... that I HAD TO CONFIRM... and here it is.

My appointment was for 5-6pm... and it was around 7pm when I called. He is supposed to be coming to fix a problem that the original technician who installed my equipment left... a loose cover plate, with no screws attached. I didn't see it until the installer left. I tried to fix it myself to avoid another hassle with Spectrum. You see, the original installer was nearly an hour late, too! And he finally showed up after I made a call and a message was sent out to him.

Tonite was no different... after the gal I was speaking to figured out the problem... she hemmed and hawed... and ummm... ummm... let me see... kind of stuff and then finally said she had sent out a message to the technician... and hopefully he would be calling soon. So far... it's been about 10 minutes... and no call.

If there was another company that did installation in my apartment building, I'd go with them in a heartbeat!

Your company is the worst. HOUR WINDOWS. That's just HOT AIR. It's meaningless to say and rave about your 1hour windows when they aren't kept.

Where do I start with these ppl... My converter box constantly going out.On demand. When it does work which is about 30 to 40% of the time. No rewind. No pause... no fast forward cause they shove a billion commercials down your throat. How is this joke of a provider still in business... Switching to dish network as soon as I get the money... Screw you Spectrum... YOU SUCK!

They told me they were not going to debit my account until the following day and in fact they debited my account today cause me to be negative on three other checks paid... now i have 100 in charges from the bank for checkes that bounced. Thw best part is i called and talk to a so called manager and all she could say is i understand how flusterating... really! They offered 20 creidt seriously your not going to pay my charges that you cause... im so pissed off... im calling corporate and then finding another company!

Our on demand service cuts out frequently especially during peak hours in the evening and on weekends. They send people out, but the techs always say this is the best I can do, and leave. I believe there are too many people on the system and Spectrum does not want to spend the money to upgrade any part of it.

I was provided 2 program that included the cost of each option. I spoke with 3 customer service representices who told me the original options were not available and was provided an estimate that increased the original monthly quotes by $40-$50. Spectrum should be shut down, they offer nonexistent programs/prices.

The installers are idiots. They sent a tech out to install the cable and I told them I did not have a line to my house. They sent him anyway and he said you do not have a line to your house. He could not do any hookup. This tech knew where to run the line because I showed him where my existing service was. The installers installed the line 30ft on the other side of my house in a most stupid area. Call spectrum and asked them 10 times to please discuss the installation with their tech or please call me so I can show them. They are full of bogus apologies and stupid customer service techs. They refuse to call me. Just simply would lie about wanting to work with me or call me. They came back out moved the cable 5ft and still in a stupid location. Never called me, never talked to their own tech about the proper installation and now Im done with them before I even started. If they are this stupid I cant imagine what they would be like as a internet provider. Now Im stuck with a $100 modem because they suggested I buy it.

Spectrum = LIARS

When you sign up $29.99 for each service sounds great even though you have NO need for phone because EVERYONE has cell phones these days! What they don't tell you is that after one year the $29.99 for cable goes to $80.82; the $29.99 for Internet goes to $54.99 and $29.99 for phone goes to $19.99 which changes from $89.97 (plus taxes and fees) to $155.80 (plus taxes and fees) THIS IS CRAZY! I called in to find out what happened because when I see the commercials I never see that this is good for one year! What is wrong with companies the days and not taking care of the customers they have? This is why the continue to have such high turnover and people are leaving cable for good! I will be keeping my Internet and dropping cable from spectrum due to them not being interested in saving me as a customer. You call them and they do not care. Say goodbye to my $1600 a year spectrum! You suck!

Zero stars... my service was interrupted I called at 7:19pm a representative gave me a certain amount to reinstate my service. Then called back spoke to a different representative to make the payment of the amount she quoted. The representative did not honor what the previous one said. I asked to speak to a manager and she gave the worst customer service did not help at all. I asked them to hear their phone recordings as they say they monitor them but still did not care. Looking for another company... They rather loose a client than to help. Well May God Bless Them!

They turn their phones off when there is an outage. They will not comp customers due to their own tech problems. I hope these guys along with any other tv/internet providers actually find a big black hole and fall in for ever. Especially the executives who take millions of dollars a year for doing basically nothing to improve the quality of service. Go to hell you f***ing bas**rdsd.

On hold 12 minutes to resolve a loss of service (EVERY time it rains) and then was told I would be transferred to someone else who could help. Another 5 minutes on hold before he hung up. No call back. Problem not resolved. I can NOT recommend.
