Internet sucks

Spectrum can come and get there junk! I've had it with spectrum! Can't even get on the internet! I'm ready to throw the equipment out the door! Where we live at we can only have spectrum! Landlord is being a $#*!tator! I want my direc tv! Never had any problems with direc tv! Loved it

We had Spectrum in Georgia and now my friend has Spectrum here in Florida and is also using the TV Software and all I can say is this is the worse cable system I have seen. There were times in GA. It acted like Satellite and pix would break up and freeze and sometimes just go out. I would change channels and I would get msg.:"Please wait, channel will be available soon" more often than not. I had Dish where I used to live and the only problem I had was when weather was really bad with thick clouds or snow covering the dish.

I pay for the highest tier of service that Spectrum offers. Still I receive messages on some channels that this channel is not available on your package. When I call Spectrum they tell me that shouldn't be happening, but they NEVER fix it.

I have issues virtually weekly. If I could give negative stars, I would. I have customer "service" on speed dial. I regret ever doing business with this poorly run business.

Worst Company Ever

I don't think I've ever even written a review.
That being said, I felt compelled to do so for Spectrum. My internet always needs to be reset, my TV service hasn't worked in 2 days and the customer service is subpar at best. This is literally the worst company I've ever done business with. Unfortunately, there are no other options in my area so I'm stuck with the $#*!tiest service. Ever.

Horrible

Have called constantly about my internet not working and after they finally replaced my modem, it still doesn't work right. Honestly for the amount of data I'm having to use in my own home because their internet is horrible, they should be giving me a refund.

Awful awful awful

Twc for 10 years never an issue. Nothing but problems the service is totally unreliable goes out at least 5 times a week. I bundled cable just to watch sports, and opening weekend NFL the cable has been going out at least 5 times a day, now in the middle of MNF its out again. On hold now for 30 minutes waiting...

Week of Hell

First time ordering a bundle, first time using Spectrum. They talked about how much money I would save by going with Spectrum for phone, TV and internet and quoted me a decent price. I scheduled a service call at my new address to install cable in 2 rooms. The guy is great, comes out on a holiday, sets up my TV. Wait, it's supposed to be TWO! Oh, the order doesn't say that. So the price is going up. I'm a little annoyed but ok, so he sets up the 2nd room. Over the following few days, as I'm moving, I can't figure how to record any shows! So I finally bite the bullet and make a call. They say, well, you didn't order DVR. What? I didn't know cable packages came any other way! Directv never asked if I wanted a DVR! Why didn't Spectrum say? OK, well someone will come out to set it up, but it will cost more. OK, I say, and while you're on the phone, it's been 7 days and my home number still hasn't been ported. They say next Monday, which will be 13 days. Ok, only then something changes and no one can call me on the temp number I was given. Forget it, I'm not even going to bother trying to call Spectrum again. But there's a serious problem with the TV. I have to fight it every time I turn it on, sometimes taking 10 or more attempts to get past the blue screen and NO SIGNAL box. When it does come on, it's likely to be on mute and I have to change channels to get volume. (The installer said it's a common problem with the brand new boxes). Plus, once the DVR was hooked up in the living room, I have TWO channels I can view on the bedroom TV. TWO! What the heck happened? It worked before they hooked the living room up with DVR.
I got out the booklet the installer gave me and tried to research, only the booklet diagrams don't match my remote. I look up the service number in the booklet, call, and it's a bad number.
Really, how much more could Spectrum do to send me back to Directv? There is absolutely NOTHING that worked the way it was promised, and I am now about $35 a month higher than quoted. Not worth the money, not worth the aggravation, especially during the stress of moving - it really could not have been worse. And the mess! I can't believe this is what a cable install is supposed to look like?

Where do I start? We're watching TV and screen goes blank (all except the ones you can get with a coat hanger and tinfoil) This happens at least twice a week. We call, "Outage in your area, techs are working on it" Outage is out all damn night or all damn day.We are still required to pay the same amount monthly for piss poor service. The incompetence is amazing. I think they must hire from the local grade schools.It says below "add credibility to this review with photos. If I did it would show two very disgusted customers with four middle fingers extended.

Where do I start OMG from the beginning I have had service with spectrum for 3months and have had techs lol ya right out to my home 4 times and have had to call 38 times you pay for 100 Mbps and on a good day get 30 but only if you're standing 6" in front of the router I have heard so many different lies from representatives about what the problem is and they are all different and if I hear one more time "I understand" and I know it can be frustrating" I'm gonna lose my sh@t and now I call yet again because now the phone isn't working and the recording says "we are experiencing higher than expected call volume and cannot take anymore calls at this time" are you fuc@#ng kidding me right now!

Half of the time nothing is working I really don't understand what I'm paying for, and to have one of the representatives explain it to you is mind-numbing! Not only are they rude, talk down to you like your stupid, but everything that one representative told me a few months ago the one I spoke with today told me that that was all wrong. 95% of the time my guide and cable are not working correctly, my Wi-Fi sucks even though I have the"upgraded" version. I truly don't understand what the hell I'm paying for, so not worth it at all and the worst customer service I've probably ever dealt with not just once, not twice, but three times I've spoken with people.If I could give a lower review I would.

Spectrum Cable

I had Brighthouse/Spectrum 15+ years and was paying around $170.00 for internet and cable. When I called to ask about discounts available they said I wasn't eligible. The same week I cancelled my cable and got an HD antenna (which is fantastic) I began getting discount offers. The company has no idea how to treat good long time customers. I installed an HD antenna in my attic that gets us about 30 crystal clear channels. I'm done with cable and their poor customer service/customer appreciation. Save yourself a bunch of money and get rid of your cable there are many other options available.

I pay $200.00 per month for sub-par service. My WiFi was out of comissiin for three months the straight, I had multiple device calls to my home during that time mind you and then had to fight for a refund of the months my service wasn't available! I am currently sitting in my bedroom ready for a relaxing night when, what do you know? For the millionth time my cable service is unavailable. They should be legally prosecuted for the ponzy scheme they have masked behind a corporate name. I absolutely DISGUSTED!

This company oversold and does not have the broadband to give what they promise. Don't bother calling because they are trained to lie to you with false promises. The only reason I keep it is because there is nothing other than the full package, which is ridiculously expensive and they are the only serive in my area to give me my local channels - even though half the time it disappears on me.

Slow and unreliable, this service is not ready for prime time. My tv is hard wired to the modem and it only works occasionally. Works on a pc sometimes then crashes. At its best it still freezes occasionally. I'm not impressed.

TERRIBLE SERVICE

The service is ALWAYS mediocre... I rarely have a good connection and when we try to contact the business their customer service is always terrible and inconsistent. DO NOT PUT YOUR TIME AND MONEY INTO THIS BUSINESS!
