You can see from my screenshots that this lady was very unprofessional and uncaring You need to train your people and not have people that don't give a care about your product as employees! She wasted my time tremendously And mind you had it been an accident that our connection was lost she would have gotten in contact with me again because she had all my information.

I dont understand why you are forced to have autopay and not able to pay at a store, when i called spectrum to ask for a extension of 2-3 days they inform me they cant change the time. Very poor service and yes i should have paid it b4 but things happen in peoples life. I did not ask for autopay they just signed me up when i started the service. Now my service will be interrupted and i will look for a comparable provider for both mobile and streaming service..

I've had Spectrum alittle over 2 years now. Originally the service was excellent. These past 6 months, have been nothing but problems. Lose connection, maintenance every couple days, still have problems. For the cost of internet being $90ish dollars a month, I'd expect better and consistent internet. What are they maintenance on? Service seems to get worse. I'm going to look into a stable internet company. This is ridiculous anymore. Don't use Spectrum if you don't have too.

I discontinued my service with Spectrum and returned all the equipment per their policy. However, they insist that I only returned the modem and not the router. Refusing to believe it could possibly be an issue on their end, Spectrum is charging me $76 for not returning equipment that I actually did return. For the one-time price of $76, they have lost a customer for life. It's hard to wrap my head around such a stupid policy that assumes the worst of customers.

I had a job working from home but found another job April of 2022 so I had a guy from Spectrum to come change out both the modem and the gateway and cancelled my home phone service. Last month I looked at my bill, I know, my bad for assuming Spectrum did what they said they would. I was STILL being charged for home phone! I called and they said all they could do was give us a credit for the last 60 days because 'we didn't notice their mistake in time'. Ya we out of money because of their mistake and they don't feel like fixing it so they'll give us a few bucks back and that will be that. Poor service and they don't really g af about their customers. Go w/ another provider!

I lost my phone last June. In a panic I went immediately to the closest Spectrum office.
The sales rep told me that in order to replace my phone I would have to purchase an IPad.
When I protested that I didn't want an IPad he told me that in order to replace my phone I needed to get the IPad. I relented as he told me it would only be an additional $20 per month.
When I got my bill Spectrum was charging me for an additional phone line and an additional gig of data.
I called and the person I spoke to said he wished they'd stop doing that.
I've been fighting for a year, they eventually stopped charging for the IPad's phone line they insist that I'm stuck with the payment for an additional gig of data each month.
Everyone I've spoken to since has been rude and demeaning. They constantly blame me for my situation.
If they didn't have a monopoly they would lose all the customers they so rudely dismiss.

My internet has gone out now AT LEAST 6 times in less than 5 months. I can NEVER get a live person to try and help me understand WHY! I only get the useless virtual assistant...useless just like their garbage service! I don't have any other options where I live. If you do, go with the other option! Below are pictures of their "fix" to an outage a couple of weeks ago...cable running above ground from one building to another. They're a joke!

I am extremely dissatisfied with poor service ansdever inflating charges for service. When you call Spectrum to take advantage of lower prices you as a customer will be told that the lower prices are for new customers only. There are poor quality upgrades if any on phone equipment, which makes it hard to remain a customer when other services offer so much more. I say try another provider before using Spectrum..

Writing this using cellular data because my internet is down again, for the 5th time in less than a week. When signing up was PROMISED by the slimy sales rep that this is the most "reliable, high speed, amazing" internet plan. I believed him, my bad on that. When I call for more information on why exactly it is down literally every single day, I am given the run around with ZERO information. This company is one big scam and have almost cost me my work from home job. As said in the title, wouldn't even recommend to my worst enemy, truly, it's THAT BAD.

If I could give less than 1 star I would.
On Saturday June 11th at 3pm, the internet went out due to bad weather (which it always does with this provider anytime it rains "too hard").

The last time this happened the technician was negligent and didn't turn my Wi-Fi back on for my building's unit, so I went a WEEK without internet (as a work from home employee). Extremely unacceptable.

Today, Monday June 12th at 6:30am I called to see why my building still has no internet (again as a work from home employee) and no updates on what's going on are in the system. Technicians have supposedly been working nonstop since but I was told it's just my building without internet again and that they have no idea when the internet will be working again. Then at 7am today (Monday June 12) they sent me a text message saying if my internet is still out after 4 hours they will credit my account as if my internet hasn't been out since 3pm Sunday (June 11) while they have been "diligently working to restore my internet" for WELL over 4 hours…

I've literally never dealt with a provider that had as many issues with providing internet as Spectrum does. It makes no sense.then they try to push more services on you as if they are efficiently able to provide the one internet service you're forced to have with them if you live in an area like mine where they are the only provider.

Terrible service

I wish I could leave zero stars! The service is terrible. It goes out multiple times daily and it's expensive. When you call they act like it's something your doing wrong. Took me multiple calls to even get a tech out here. Unfortunately they are all we can get in our area. At this Pont I'd rather do without than pay for internet that never works. I would not recommend Spectrum to anyone. HORRIBLE!

Spectrum has the absolute most horrific customer service! Their employees speak in a very condescending manner to you and they could care less if you do business with them or not. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!

Hello, this is Indra Dhungel would like to inform all that this internet company has some customer-related problems. I had connected with this company when I got a better price from the other company I called and canceled the service with one of the customer representatives. He said everything looks good and cancellation was done. I got bills after two months of cancellation and I called the representative again. At that time he said the cancellation was not made instead there was negotiation with the same price as before and charged two months. One of the representatives told me to call the next day regarding the issue but did not call me for two weeks. When I called again representative told me he don't know the person even though I provided the name. This is awful please be aware of this company before connecting or disconnecting the service. I am shocked by such customer service

My daughter signed me up at Sr. Living. The internet is good but the cable tv is horrible. I do not know which channels she "chose".They said they would only show those but they don't despite repeated phone calls.Half the channels say upgrade and most of the tv shows are old reruns. They say they have so many channels but most of the shows are duplicated on 3 or 4 of the channels and so many channels are on demand and cost extra. And most all channels are repeated on SD and HD so that accounts for a lot of them.Usually when I turn on the tv it says NO SIGNAL. You have to use two remotes. It is just very user unfriendly and I plan to change to something else as soon as possible.

I moved to an Area that only has Spectrum. Before I had xfinity. So I needed internet and TV. Didn't have a choice so this Horrific Experience Started! Constant internet outages, at least 5 times a day that I was awake for! Tv guide didn't work half the time and very glichy! I would call the company to talk to a representative which told me all they could do is send out an Techican! This guy was on the phone with his buddy employee telling him how to fix my problems. I the end everything was working but if my problems start again, take my tower and cable box to the store and get new ones. He stated that he did not have any on his truck. I was his First job that day 9:00 am. I never had this much problems with Xfinity! These problems still exist! All I get from caring about my problems is that, I can send a Techican out for you! You don't need these Problems! Stay Away!

I love the monopoly this company has...and has everyone by the ba**s when it comes to being the only provider available per community. Not only are they ridiculously overpriced so they can run TV ads every three commercials, they won't pro-rate their bills and screw you to the end. I disconnected my service because I sold my house and only had the service for 8 days into the billing cycle. They refused to pro-rate the bill or give me any kind of discount whatsoever on the final bill. This company is truly a piece of sh*t and care only about numbers to make sure their top execs get their multi-million dollar bonuses every year...disgusting, They are everything that is wrong with corporate America.
