They offer me the new Samsung s23 ultra that was not available in Metro and I decide to add mobile and switch my account to spectrum but in three days I realize my bill was too high and then I realize they were
Charging $19.99 for land line that (I NEVER order) since February, I spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone in order to get my refund ( 6 months) but their response was only one month refund I feel they STOLE MY MONEYS. NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY always lying in order to get customers
They really deserve NO stars at all.I'll be back with Metro ASAP and close this contract also the internet

I always pay my bills on time and I payed my cable bill on the 6th of July and yesterday I received an email saying I needed to pay my bill! What kind of company can't tell when someone payed their bill? I have lived from New York to Florida and now I live in Ohio and this company is the worst I have ever dealt with! I'm probably going back to Direct TV and would advise you to also!

Haven't had consistent service for over two weeks. Numerous visits by techs, no results. Worst experience in my lifetime, and I've been around awhile. BEWARE!

Absolutely horrible! Don't try to watch TV! Horrible connection, buffering constantly and glitches!

Nobody likes Spectrum. You must be one of the biggest $#*!s in the world if you use spectrum. Why pay TONS AND TONS of money to a budget company with trashy wifi. I bet you they use another carieers wifi based on how trash it is. Honestly, pathetic, like it's a "wifi provider" so if it is then PROVIDE WIFI I do NOT understand why it also goes out all of a sudden. It don't matter if someone accidentally cut the wifi cable, it will always be Spectrum's fault no matter what happens to the internet. Never use Spectrum unless you want to waste your money and give it to a budgeted company with horrible internet

I recently moved from San Diego to Oregon. My house closed escrow on 6/23, unfortunately Spectrum billed me for the entire month into July and they argued that this is part of the contract and referred me to the legal language that no one reads. This is monopoly behavior as they were the only provider in my zip code. It would have been easy to issue a credit given that I no longer used their service; instead, they were rigid and lost a customer for $79.99...

I recently got spectrum internet fiber lines and it is the best I have ever had but decided to get their tv service as well. You have to download an app to get it and this app is only usable on certain tvs like Samsung but not Vizio and only works on Roku but not Fire stick. If I'm paying for the service it ought to be available on whatever I have! So now I have to either buy new tvs or new sticks. Pain in the a**!

I was with Spectrum for many years and their service was always RELIABLE but Expensive! Their customer service wasn't great either! If you called about your bill, it was take it or leave it! So, I left it and went to another carrier! Me, if you live in Lexington, KY, we now have excellent options! But, the provider I moved to while providing great pricing, the discount didn't last and Spectrum finally sent me a price with a two-year rate guarantee I could live with, so I'm back at Spectrum. Receiving great service as always and an Excellent Price of $39.99 for 500 Meg a month which includes all taxes and fees and it's locked in for 2 years! If they go up and won't budge, I will just go back to Metronet! Spectrum's customer service is friendlier now too, which matters to me! The only problem is you have to leave Spectrum to get the better deal. If they want to play games, than you can too! Leave and come back! Good Luck Folks!

Spectrum doesn't care about their customers!
Their business model forces customers to pay for service they don't want in order to get services they do want. If I had another option I would take it. At some point this will catch up with them, I am quite sure.

Spectrum is a SCAM

Ever since signing up with Spectrum I have never had the speed that I pay for. I have called several times and all they do is send people who test the lines. Always get the same response that everything is fine and must be on my end. I just found out per one of Spectrum customer service representatives that I have been using the wrong modem and router which both were provided by Spectrum. Now I cannot get any response from Spectrum when I try to contact them about this. All they do is pressure and bully the customers and never provide services that are paid for. If they would have made sure that I had the correct equipment I would not have to keep calling them from the start of my service. I also have 4 mobile phones with them, been loyal, and never missed a payment. This is how they treat me

NEGATIVE 100 STARS! Spectrum is trash! I don't get how Gardnerville Nevada doesn't riot and storm the offices with pitch forks. I've never seen anything like this S H I T SHOW! The internet cuts out several times every other day, sometimes for more than an hour or 2. They have changed out equipment and come to check our connections several times. Each time the guy tells us that they don't know why. And never does anything to fix the problem. But the only thing they can do with great effect is blowing smoke up our@$$! Maybe Spectrum should get out of the internet business because they are absolute garbage! 3rd world countries have better and more reliable internet service than this!

Got promised the same speeds for home internet as our previous provider. Ended up with less than half the speed, only 30 percent less price, and constant issue with internet connection. Absolutely bogus internet provider. Do not do anything with them. They are terrible.

I paid $99 for medium speed internet and a lane line phone. I then switched to Buckeye Broadband. When I called Spectrum to cancel, OMG they got into a debate about why I should stay and all the special promotion with Spectrum. Everything and all but wanting to do what I asked them to do which is cancelling the service. I finally asked for an escalation to a supervisor. That's then Carolyn disconnected me. I called back and went though all of that discussion again with another man this time. He said she actually switched me to another plan instead of cancel my service as I requested no less than a dozen times. So after 55 mins later (from my first call to the last call), the man confirmed that my service is cancelled. OMG. I will never go with Spectrum again even if it's a free service. I was terrified that a giant like Spectrum resorted to this strategy. What they don't understand is that it completely turned their customers away. I for once thought I was dealing with a company out of India, China or somewhere outside of the US. OMG. No customer has to go through that. NEVER AGAIN!

Take a look at this picture and tell me why we have issues with service?
Worst customer service. Cable and internet in and out EVERYDAY.
They say they keep track and credit accordingly don't you honk so. Also have next to fastest internet and see pictures below for speed at computer hardwired not wireless.

I hate it when a business lies to me. I tried to reset turn a receiver last year, and they told me that I couldn't. You have to keep that receiver for television service. This year after the service technician came, he told me you didn't need the receiver. So I went back down to Spectrum and found out. I could turn it in by taking it to UPS. I took it to UPS, got my receipt proving that it had been returned and continued to be charged for it. I got up with Spectrum through their chat And didn't get it resolved. I called the customer resolution center and didn't get it resolved. So I went ahead and canceled TV service and was told I had to get a new modem and that they would send me one. I said I didn't want any equipment That you would be charging me for. And the agent said oh we have to send that to you. It's free. I called another line for Spectrum to inquire about my refund for their receiver. At the end of that call, I asked what equipment am I being charged for? The agent said oh it's five dollars a month for the router. Once again, I've been lied to. I'm returning the router through UPS. Let's see how long it takes to get this one off my bill. Spectrum would like your business but I'm sorry it's hard to deal with a business that continually lies to you. Buyer beware.

THE WORSE!

We've had spectrum cable/internet/landline for over 3 years. Not only have they gotten ridiculously expensive, but were constantly losing service, whether it's cable or internet (including mobile app). My husband needs reliable internet cause he works from home in the digital industry but says they're the cheapest. I say you get what you pay for! We're about to cut the cord inspite of my past resistance just cause I'm tired of paying these prices. We've lost at least some, if not all our services, 6 times in 5 months. I'm old school and frankly I'd be happy with old ways, at least things were more reliable. New technology isn't always better.
