Ordered three size large compression type T-sorts. It took over four weeks for the shirts to arrive. Shirts were much smaller than typical large sized shirts. Sent emails to their customer support address to exchange shirts for a larger size. Although their web site claimed you could get a refund or an exchange, their customer support essentially stated "You got what you ordered. No refunds or exchanges". And as of this morning, their web site can't be reached. Avoid After We Speak!
They sent me pants they are no where near the size their suppose to be they are super small still had tags on them couldn't even get them on but half way contacted them 3 times for them to tell me I can't return or exchange them what a joke this place is do not buy
WARNING! Do not buy from this company! Once you order I believe they then order from China. I had to wait 5 weeks for the shoes and paid $54 for them. They were of poor quality, too small and not worth what I paid. Definitely came from China, although I made sure Speak was an American company. I asked to return and they suggested I find something else from their "store". I want none of their cheap crap. No Thank You! I was then told to return the shoes at my expense, which I did and paid $14, and guess what? Today I got them back! So now I am out $70. Post Office said the address I got from their wedsite doesn't have a shipping drop off!
I ordered a dress that was too small and sent an email to their customer service email address. I was given an address to return the item to and was told when they receive it I would receive a full refund. Their website says they will send you a postage paid return label but that is a lie. After 6 weeks my item was returned to to me as undeliverable with no forwarding address. I've since sent several emails and they are radio silent... no response whatsoever. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS RIP OFF PLACE!
I did not get my goods. May 2020 I ordered 4 pieces, its October 2020and I only received 2 item and the daisy sweater I ordered large, they sent me a small. They took my money and did not ensure sending my goods.
They take up to 6 weeks to deliver your order I never got mine and sent them an email. Hopefully I get it this time. I will not shop with them again!
My grandma, who is about to go any day now bought an outfit for me from this shop and it never arrived. There's no actual way of contacting them after you make a purchase on their site speakshop.co. This is advertised all over Pinterest ripping off the original cashmere sweats and sweatshirt produced by Palo TM. I am informing everyone on every social media platform possible because this was a rotten thing to do!
Never recieved my items and they won't refund my money. Spent over £60 on their crap and have nothing to show for it. The customer service team were rude and completely unhelpful and had me going around in circles. Currently having to go through my bank to get my money back. Do yourself a favour and avoid.
We ordered a premium blend cotton 'giant knit blanket' for £120.
A bundle of acrylic arrived (not even a blanket) that we tried to return to the address SPEAK Customer Service provided: 6612 Northampton CT, Harrisburg, PA *******-6931
We tracked delivery and USPS were unable to find their address so they were unable to deliver it. Non-delivery means they can claim return wasn't made and no refund given.

Huge scam. Avoid.
One of the dresses was made out of tablecloth material. Nothing fit right and it was all cheap looking. Do not buy from them. I can't get an address to return anything and two of my items never showed up
Do not waste your time and money on the website. It is so ridiculous. Very unprofessional and they don't even have a number to call. I ordered a jacket beginning of September and it's mid-October and I still haven't received anything. I then emailed them and they said they hadn't even shipped it out. I asked for a refund and they stopped emailing me after that. Don't buy anything from this website. I am very frustrated and this website is so ridiculous.
Provided 100% satisfaction guaranteed. The blanket we ordered was wrong and they refunded us the total amount without having to send the blanket back (it came directly from China). Thank you very much!
I ordered sandals online, and found out *after* I ordered that this company ships straight from overseas because the ONLY mention of this business model is tucked away in the FAQs, which I think is a little bit sketchy and misleading.
Finally got a completely smashed up box from China, and not only are the shoes *not* what is listed on picture the quality is so awful, I'd probably get better quality shoes at Walmart. The heels of the soles are also stamped "FASHION".

I order some shoes took about 6 weeks to get, they didn't fit sent a few emails, Michelle would not send me an address so could return the shoes and get a refund. I would buy from these people they aren't honest.
Ummmmm... what is this? The material is some weird silky type thing when the site said "ultra comfy." I look like a princess in her nightgown from the 1900's! I didn't have anything to wear for graduation and I thought this might be great. But I'm not so sure now. It may work out... but we'll see. But I am still very very very disappointed!
Yep like I'm just finding out - weeks to receive complete piece of junk shoes, falling apart with one wear, and no substance anyway. Plastic with a block inside which should be a heel and soles falling off with one wear. Total scam - no replies to requests for refund.
Shoes were s as id to be leather. They are paper with a plastic heel. I once bought a pair made of this material in the market in Beijing when visiting. They cost 6.00. These were 90.00. Same quality.
I ordered two items and they NEVER came! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU GET NOTHING! I'LL DEFINTIELY BE CHECKING REVIEWS BEFORE I EVER BUY ON A WEBSITE AGAIN!
I can't even rate this but couldn't submit the review with out at least one star. What a disappointment! Truly disgusted! I ordered 5 things, one never came, and every piece of garmet was made from the worst fabric I've ever felt, pretty sure Barbie clothes are made with better fabric. I never order things from online but truly thought I was making a good investment. What a joke. DO NOT ORDER, total scam!
Well they did one better with me. After waiting 3 months and constantly complaining for a bracelet I ordered, they sent me... an EMPTY package! They where very apologetic and are replacing it ( yeah right), and asked me to confirm my address for the 5th time. I paid through PayPal so I will claim back from them. How can this company be stopped? They advertise on Pinterest, Facebook and lots of big sites?
