We were dealing on pedicure chairs with this company, they made us setup a customer profile including business information and credit card information. As we were figuring out the order they went and processed the order without consent from us. Charged our credit card the full amount and then we were told we could cancel the order for a 20% fee. We are now out over $2000 because of this and would strongly suggest not working with this company. Trying to resolve this issue i have gotten hung up on the phone numerous times, they do not reply to emails. Horrible company to deal with.

I had a great experience with Spa Salon US. After reading the negative reviews I am a bit shocked. All of the terms and conditions are clearly stated on the invoice that you receive when you place your order and the cancellation/ refund policy is on their website as well for you to review before placing your order; that is what I did by the way. The customer service was great and I got my order in the time frame promised. I RECOMMEND Spa Salon US! The pictures on their website does not compare to what you actually get and the prices are affordable.

Spasalon beat the cheapest price with other wholesales. I really satisfy with both quality and price. The package deal brings easily choices for me. Because I am a new business; Spasalon.us is right option, that is the first advantage step to choosing the supplier in long term. Thanks

I was hired by someone with the company that used the name "Chuck" of course being Koreen its doubtful this was his real name. I work for Spa Salon US for over a week, doing something completely disconnected with what I was hired for. This man was rude, abrupt and gave no direction concerning the job in which I was never assigned to do, then on the day before payday I was told to do some legal work for a customer that refused to pay them due to a defective product. I informed him via email I was uncomfortable doing something that had nothing to do with my so called position.

Well, I never got paid and I continually sent him emails regarding my pay that was due to me from working from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM for five whole days. Needless to say he wouldn't respond to my phone call nor my emails.

In regards to their products they over bill and don't shipped the product bought by call in customer, this happen in more cases than not, and the reason I know this is by the nature of the calls I took for the 5 days employed. Again, I worn "Beware of this company".

I called Spa Salon US looking for the Lenox GX pedicure chair. I searched the site and could not find it at all. When I called them I let the sales rep know what chair I was looking for and I was informed that they did not carry the chair but I was promised that she could get it for me. Well, she did. In less than 1 hour I got a call back from her telling me to check my email with the link for the chair that I was looking for. Not only did she find the chair but she also beat the price of other companies that I called. I just received my chairs today and they are beautiful, exactly what I asked for plus the delivery time was quick. I would recommend Spa Salon US to anyone.

I needed shampoo backwash to fit into a small SALON. These chairs are comfortable, and well-priced. I looked in MANY places to find something like this, and could not beat the price. Turns out not only do they look good, but they are comfortable. I was very happy with my purchase.

They sent you the wrong Item and don't want to refund the money back refused to answer their phones. You need to pray before you order from them because they always screwed you. If you don't want any problems with your order, please order somewhere else. Spasalon.us they don't have any warehouse, they don't have any products at all they just have the website and advertising other companies products, when you order from they website they reorder that product from other companies then shipping out to you. And get the percentage of the whole sale price of that companies and sales you back with the retail prices and some times they jackup the price, most of the times they not updated on their website and they don't know the inventory of other companies what they're have so when you're order from their website it is always wrong and they try to send to you the similar one with cheaper price, but still charge you the same price that the items you order, if you trying to return it to them forget about it they're give you to hell, with terrible services and never see your money again until you pay by credits cards and keep all the documents, conversation, and dispute them with the credit cards company hopefully your credit card companies take care for you, but not them. After much research and shopping, I recently included two of these chairs in the design of an executive salon. Upon their arrival, frankly, I was stunned at how classically beautiful they are and how remarkably well two of them fit into the salon. They are very well made. Compared to other chairs I shopped, the value and beauty can't be beat anywhere! I truly made an excellent choice and will definitely include them in my next project!

I never write reviews about products. My wife really liked these chairs and I was a bit skeptical because they were back-ordered. Eventually they came back in stock and we bought 4 of them. Shipping was very quick, and the packaging was excellent. Everything was perfect. I am extremely happy with these chairs. They look awesome as well. Construction seems to be very good as well. As far as compressed wood products with finish are concerned, this is an excellent product... instructions were easy to use and the actual wood pieces were well manufactured and easy to put together... it is heavy but that is a good thing... highly recommend

I think that for the money, the table is stylish and attractive. Just the right size for my small space. The packaging took a beating in transit and some of the bolts which were supposed to be inside to assemble went out through a hole in the box... Spasaloncustomer service is always great to deal with and replacement parts on the way.

Nice table for the money, nice quality, easy to put together. The table wipes clean easily. I found that it was less expensive to buy the table separately and the chairs I wanted separately rather than buying a table and chairs set. It totally fits into the small space of my salon. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Please do not order from SPASALON.US. It look legit but it's a scam. I ordered items on SPASALON.US and they send me the wrong items. They tried to charge me 30% stocking fee and return fee on they mistake, and finally admit that they send me the wrong one BUT I have to send the item back to them and send them they bill and then they will refund my money. They should be taking care all of that because of their MISTAKE instead of making the customer do all the work for them. I will fight them with my bank and BBB. For all the salon owners out there, do your self a farvour do not order for SPASALON.US. IT IS A SCAM. ALL THEY WANT ARE YOUR MONEY. I bought two of these for our master bath. They have proved to be attractive and very functional, providing plenty of storage space I suggest avoiding placing anything wet or damp in or on these cabinets as this will leave smudges on the glass shelves. Overall I am pleased with these and do recommend them.

I am very happy with this cabinet! I bought it to go in an empty space in my newly remodeled salon. I had read several reviews that mentioned it was small--but it fit perfectly in the space I had measured it for (based on the spasalonus description). The most impressive part was the speed with which spasalonus got this item to me! Thanks spasalonus!

This is a solid table and I am very satisfied with my purchase. The assembly was surprisingly easy. I had expected some trouble after reading other reviews. All parts were in the package with easy instructions and everything lined up. Before I began, I separated the parts in a shoe box and noted their corresponding part number to help with the assembly. Five Stars for Value!

Generally, they will try to make you tired and agree to change to another product

We ordered these chairs for our salon and they look great, we already have a couple from a few years ago and these are better. The seat is more comfortable. These are easy to assemble and they arrived in two days! These chairs look good and are comfortable for a very good price!

There was only one review of this product and it was a negative one so that got me nervous. I really needed some backwash and these ones are the perfect color and they came in a 4 pack-- so I bought them despite the negative review. Once I figured out the hardware, putting them together was easy. The color is true to the picture-- very dark mocha. The backwash look great, they are simple and classic, and you CANNOT beat this price!
