Excellent Customer Services untill you Paid. They have no return policy, sent wrong pedicure stools color which does not matxh with pedicre chair, i called in to exchange. Son Nguyen said can not return. WTF this business. Will report to Local Authorities

I bought a lot of things here from last year... some products either they didnt have or delayed... so I call to canceled... the money they said they will refund but until now... still don't see it... when I called either no one pick it up or refused to answer my questions... I guarantee... this company will be close soon. Will see how long they will be survive... good luck too them... I would give them O star if I could

Payment seemed sketchy and it was! Was going to place an order in Jan 2017 decided I didn't feel secure with payment options because of not excepting pay pal and charging a 3% fee to use a credit card so I decided to not continue with the order after they said my business and statement addresses had to match and couldn't complete order so I decided to cancel it and not continue processing the order. And still 3 month later in April 2017 they are still sending invoices and charging small amounts to my credit card and saying it is a cancellation fee on a order that was never suppose to be placed to start with! Take my word use another company! Save yourself the hassle!

Spasalon is a rip-off

We have had a horrible time with this company. No delivery, lies on the telephone, and no refund. We paid 10% down with our business credit card and have filed a claim on that. The remainder, more than 2.4k we (STUPIDLY) transferred directly to their account from our account at the bank.
Our only recourse now is to file a claim with small claims court.
Has anyone had this type of experience? We are not familiar with how to go about this.
Does anyone know if this company actually exists in Lawrenceville GA?
I believe the entire thing is a scam from start to finish. The girl we dealt with has been "sick" and now is "in the hospital".
Any input or contact with a similar case is sought and appreciated.

This company sucks

I order some T4 Chair from SpaSalon.us. They lost the payment information, then the shipping fees just increase 3 times! Crazy! If you want to buy T4 Chair, go directly to www.t4spa.com and order then. They are willing to work out a deal with you.

This company is just a middle man only!

People say honesty is the the best policy
But these guys are tricky and sneaky are their best talent. They try to get your card info and tell you that they won't charge it but you'll be surprised what they do and if you want to cancel it they will try to charge you cancellation fee. Beware of this company.

Frustrating

Don't ever order from these people. Every basic step was ridiculous - payment methods, then lost payment- traced with accountant - shipping charges magically increase! Basic business practices and customer solutions fail miserably. Then after all that they agree to finally ship!

I spent almost $6,000 with them! They took over a month to deliver it to me because they order it from other stores. When it got to me some of it was damaged (which is how I learned that it's a middle man company). They then had me get in contact with the actual suppliers. One of the suppliers was Hollywood nails & beauty supply. They fixed the issue very quickly by sending out replacements. I ordered another manicure table DIRECTLY from them since they were sending out replacements anyway. I received everything in about a week and a half! The other supplier, they didn't give me the name, but the # is *******634, they would not replace my nail dryer table that came with the marble AND wood cracked down the middle because it had been over 7 days! That dryer cost $705 PLUS S&H! So now I have to buy another one! Spasalon.us then tried to get me to BUY the replacement for $207 PLUS $300 Shipping! NEVER WILL I EVER SPEND THAT MUCH WITH A COMPANY WHO CANT GUARANTEE THEIR PRODUCTS WILL COME TO YOU UNDAMAGED! They are also hard to work with when you call them. A lot of transferring you to the next person!

NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH

This company is a joke! They took my money 3 times before I got my chair, and had a hard time getting my money back. Now 5 months later, they are saying I didn't pay and they are taking me to court! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I bought furniture from spasalon.us. They took my money before we could receive our furniture. A week after our payment was processed, the sales rep told us they didn't have the pedicure chair style I wanted, it was no longer in stock. RED FLAG (it is considered false advertisment and is illegal to promote an item that you don't have).

The sales rep, Son, promised that we will not have to adjust our order again and our order will arrive the week of January 25,2016. On January 26,2016, he called to tell us that his manufacturer does not have the manicure tables we ordered, therefore we have to make another adjustmemt. None of the furniture choices they proposed complimented my salon theme. I did not want to continue business with them after this situation and decided to cancel my order due to their lack of customer service.
I called the manager, named "Chuck," to make a complaint and politely asked for a refund because they do not have the furniture that I ordered. He told me I will not receive a full refund, it is a company policy to hold 30% of the the total cost of my order when cancelled, which is $13,962.70. They have not been cooperative and have not made any refunds.
I asked them who is the company's CEO, they refused to tell me. I had to do further legal research on this company and found out that their Organizer/ owner is Chinh Vo. According to Gwinnett County in Georgia, this company does not have a business permit.
