I COULD MAKE THIS REVIEW VERY LONG BUT I'LL GET TO THE POINT TO SAVE SOMEONE FROM THE MESS I'M DEALING WITH.
If you value your time, money, and belongings, PLEASE do not book with this company.
First of all, know that they are a broker and do not move the items themselves so you honestly have no idea or control over what company will pick up your items until the day they show up.
The salespeople are great at selling you a lie. I told Kayden the contents of my 1 BR. Whatever system they use to gauge the amount of space your stuff takes up is flawed! The company that actually picked up my items basically doubled the estimated cubic footage and I was paying them 40% more than what I was quoted. And this is after re-confirming my items the week of the move.
If they tell you a delivery date, they WILL NOT deliver on that day. I was told my items would be delivered on a day and even set up a time. 1 month later I finally got a call from an independent driver that picked up my things and told me he was hours away. After having to call the subcontracted company every week and them telling me my items had not been picked up yet. Horrible communication from the company.
Finally, my items arrived A MESS. You can see in the pictures that boxes are completely destroyed, vacuum seal bags busted, and the corners of my metal TV console and wooden bar stools are worn. Nothing marked fragile was handled with care and they sent a random man with a truck to drop my items off. I also have to go and clean and sort through a storage unit now due to their carelessness. I'm stressed just thinking about it.

I wish I'd used a pod or honestly even done a uhaul on my own. It would've been $2000 much better spent. PLEASE BEWARE and learn from my mistake.

The movers were 20 minutes early on the day of the move! The two movers were lovely. They moved everything well. They were cautious yet quick. Southern Guarantee Moving and Storage IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Our movers were fast but very considerate. They wrapped our furniture and took excellent care of our things. Loved working with these guys and would definitely hire them again.

I used them to move my cousin. They came on time and packed everything well. Nothing was a problem for them. Everything went according to plan. I recommend using them.

Southern Guarantee Moving and Storage kept me informed at every step. On the day, there was a hiccup with transport, but again I was kept informed. The driver went above and beyond to re-accommodate our pick-up time. He was very polite & courteous. I Will 100% use again so quickly and with less stress! Strongly recommended.

Miller and his team did an excellent job moving my four-bedroom house to another four-bedroom home. The movers were punctual, polite, and helpful. They even put all the clothes in the closets. I would recommend hiring them.

I've used Southern Guarantee Moving and Storage thrice now. Each time they removed the stress of moving residences. They were highly excellent, fast, and came at the best cost. They took care of everything I was worried about and made the day easier than I thought.

I recently used Southern Guarantee Moving and Storage for a move from AL to KS. The team was quick, professional, and took extra care to make sure my items were packed/ unpacked properly, and they have come through and provided brilliant service, but this team was the best I've had yet. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

I am sending this message because even if nothing comes of it, I hope no one ever has to go through the horrible experience that I had with your business.

1. The sales person, Chris, who convinced me to contract with your company said they would be available for questions and to assist through the process. This was a lie. After I paid the deposit, they did not answer or return any of my calls.

2. When I called customer service for help, you either did not answer or I talked to someone who did not address the issues I was having with the movers.

3. You contracted out to a company without informing me that you were not the actual movers. You sent people to my house who held my property until I paid over $1000 more than was agreed upon.

4. The mover who came said they worked for a company called Logistic Movers and that the money I paid you for a deposit did not count towards my price. If this was not true, you offered me no support when I called to ask about this.

4. The movers charged me $375 to crate my television without telling me and then my television was returned with only a blanket around it and completely cracked and broken.

5. My furniture was not reassembled upon return as promised in your contract and the screws to my bed are missing.

6. I did not receive any of the updates or phone calls that you promise regarding my delivery and the dates kept changing with no prior notification. At more than one point, I thought I had been scammed and my belongings had been stolen.

You promise a service that you don't deliver. Your customer service is Bahamian non-existent and the way you contract out to unethical businesses and leave the customer with no support is also unethical. I pray that no one has to go through the experience that I have had to go through with your company. It's just not right.

I was really impressed with the job the three man team did for me. I moved from a one bedroom apartment to a house. They were on time, they worked quickly, and they made sure my belongings were taken care of. Their pricing was also very fair. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in need of a moving service!

I was very impressed with the work done, they moved all of my 4 room apartment into a transport POD in the scheduled time. Everything was safely placed and organized, they were very professional and efficient.

Amazing experience with these guys. Super friendly and did everything! Done all the lifting and maneuvering. Helped to dismantle things and went above and beyond. Very reasonable price too. Would highly recommend and use again.

Amazing experience. I had to move up my move date and they were so accommodating, customer service was great. The movers were very professional and kind and they did a wonderful job. I will definitely use them again when I move next.

Our cross-country move was flawless. The level of service from Southern Guarantee Moving and Storage was amazing! Steven did a fantastic job managing all the moving pieces and walking us through the process. His excellent coordination and continual follow-up were great, and they exceeded our expectations.

Do not use this company. They are not movers. They are brokers geared to take your money and deliver zero service or guarantee. They only mention they are brokers in their (several) BBB complaint responses. They only claim to be movers on their website. The fee they charge is only for them to arrange sub-contractors to pick up your items. They do not have your best interest in mind and have a zero refund policy no matter how terrible your experience is. They charge a fee based off the moving quote, which is nowhere near the true cost of the move (even with specific and accurate estimates), and all customer service is based in India - making communication extra difficult. Upon pickup of our things our driver missed the window twice with little communication. Upon the first attempt of delivery they arrived with the wrong items and no idea on the location of our actual things (tip: add a GPS locator to your things when you move). Southern Guarantee did nothing to help and offered zero refund or discount on my move, even though they subcontracted the work to a horrid mover. I was left alone to deal with the subcontractors they hired to remedy the issues. It took them 10 days past the original delivery date to find and deliver my belongings and offered zero discount. This company is as close to scam as it can get. Please do not use this company. I wish I had done more research and gone with someone else. Terrible experience.

Lane and his crew members were awesome! The Team was on time, assessed our furniture and packages to move and laid out a plan to maximize the team to make the move efficient. They worked extremely hard, were professional, friendly and treated our stuff as their own. This is my 1st move with Southern Guarantee Moving and Storage and plan to use them again! Great experience!
