They helped my wife and me move into our apartment. We decided to give Southern Guarantee Moving and Storage a go because we had poor experiences with other moving companies; they tried to rip us off. Southern Guarantee Moving and Storage did not let us down. The movers are really kind to us, patient, and careful with our belongings. On top of that, their pricing is fair. If we could give more thumbs up and stars, we would.

Best moving company! I called at the crack of dawn to ask for a move estimate. The move was scheduled by Mark that morning, and the price was extremely fair. When they were 15 minutes distant, the moving crew dialed their phone. All team members collaborated well, and were kind, professional, and effective!

When the five movers came, they each introduced themselves by name. They did not waste any time during the entire relocation! They discussed every move and carefully handled every box and piece of furniture.

Got an immediate response; the team showed up on time and was VERY careful with the antique furniture they were moving. Highly recommend them and am going to use them again! Southern Guarantee Moving and Storage is the only way to go.

Great working with these guys! They were early, extremely eager, and excellent at communicating what they were doing. They went above and beyond and had such a positive attitude the whole time. This was my first time using Southern Guarantee Moving and Storage, but they just gained a future customer.

If you value your belongings DO NOT HIRE SOUTHERN GUARANTEE MOVING. My $3500, 00 dollar move ended up being $6300. 00. They contracted with Marshall Van Lines. My pick up was June 26,2022 I was told my delivery would be 5 to 7 days I got some of my belongings August 27th. When I called Southern Guarantee, they told me to file a claim. No one wants to take responsibility for the mess. And the belongings I have missing are the most valuable, so I believe they were stolen. Southern Guarantee Moving are liars, unprofessional and unethical. BEWARE I wish I had read reviews prior to hiring them. Hire a U-Haul and ask friends and family to help you won't regret it and it's a lot cheaper. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY SCAMMERS.

They will contract a small unprofessional company like "WE pack Valines" that company is arrogant and rude. They will charge you almost double upon arrival, or threaten to cancel your delivery. They lost and broke half of my stuff. After contacting them via Email, I received a call from Mr. Anthony, explained the situation and was suppose to hear back from him. Never called back.

I went through few reviews and found out that all real people had the same issues I had.

The selling person was very nice and friendly. After this point, the experience went south.

When they arrived, right away they were trying to increase the estimate price on 55% the day I needed to move out, and after I refused they didn't take half of my stuff. I needed to get rid of my mattress, Nice office chair, office table and figure out how to deliver 15 boxes to my destination.

No one answered me from the company carrier service phone. All you can do is just hope for the best. Please don't choose this company for your own sake.

I hired the competent team of Southern Guarantee Moving and Storage. They did the work efficiently and without incident. The total cost was significantly less than estimated. I appreciate them and will use them again.

They were punctual and very efficient. They accommodated me for a last-minute move. They were very professional & careful with my things. Recommended.

Bronson and his crew did a fantastic job. Extremely prompt, thorough, proficient and friendly. I was astounded by how quickly they packed and relocated an entire home. My mother and I were greatly taken care of by them. They are reliable people.

Very pleasant experience with them; I will hire them again when I move next time. With other movers, the costs add up very quickly. With Southern Guarantee Moving and Storage, none of that is an issue. The costs are simple, easy to understand, and overall efficient. Additionally, the team was very fast, careful, and efficient. Professional guys with good skills. Happy that my friends recommended that company for us. Used 2 trucks for our moving with 4 people... so fast and operative work, well done! All operation and scheduling had been done with Colin, such a good guy, and can give you advice with all moving stuff.

I got a quote for a long distance move from FL to TN. I called Southern Guarantee Moving & Storage. I was given a quote which is not the actual cost for services I was getting. The quote from Southern Guarantee Moving was just an expensive fee for them to charge me before transferring me off to another company (subcontractor) that did the actual move. Well not the actual move. The middle man Handle with Care Co. Added their quote to the list of quotes and hired individual men to pick up my belongings which tried to add $850 to the quote for gratuity and added another $1,000 on top of the quote from Southern Guarantee Moving. Then for three days I didn't know where my belongings where until finally I was called and told they have a truck to put my things on and deliver them in 1-2 days. Then another two individual men made the long distance trip to deliver which I was ask to pay another generous gratuity at the request of the two men because Eli at Handle with Care told them I would pay them a generous gratuity :/ I don't believe the company Handle with Care is responsible for paying their workers. At least they don't appear to be. They rely on their customers to pay their workers on top of paying for their very expensive services. I would never recommend anyone to choose Southern Guarantee Moving company or Handle with Care Movers to move my belongings long distance ever again. If you don't want a huge headache and to end up broke and not knowing when your belongings will arrive at the destination then I would advise not to use either of these companies to move your things. Do your homework before committing and don't sign a quote with either of these companies because a quote doesn't mean anything to them. It will change that is the only thing guaranteed.

Richard and his team were absolutely fantastic. They were easy to communicate with and professional. My move was slightly complex with multiple locations but they were a joy to work with on a long day. I highly recommend their team to anyone, thanks so much for making a stressful time so easy.

These guys were great. The love was really quick and efficient at both places and worked around a lot of the obstacles smoothly. Also, customer service was really friendly and responsive with setting up the dates. Would highly recommend them.

All of the guys were friendly and upbeat the entire time. Helped to lower the stress level of a very stressful experience. The bill turned out to be exactly what I expected based on the quoted rate from day 1st. A++++ moving experience. Recommended!
