I had the full service - both packing and moving, and it was a wonderful experience. The movers were a team that had been together for a while, and you could tell how they worked. The packers ensured everything was safe and clearly labeled, making unpacking much easier.

They show up the last day of there contract with a old rusty box truck that the ramp on the back was missing and tells me the scan load what they can lift only that the company will contact me and schedule another truck at a latter date. I. said no you will get a truck hear now and load everything as the contract states including my tool box you charged me a extra 500 dollars for. He called his boss Eli and his boss said to just start grabbing what he could and he will figure the rest out. He told him I said I want all my house loaded today him and his boss got heated on phone he ended up telling his crooked boss to f---off. He then apologized got in to old rusty truck and left. I called SGMS back they said they apologize for what happened said they would have another truck and a crew out to my house. I waited all day they call back said sorry they can't get another truck out to my house but offered a credit for another move for a year. Crooks said we don't refund your money. I had to find a moving truck and load all night to get on the road to sagas as I starting a new job in4 days. So thief, crooks, con artist are who southern guarantee moving and storage is.

We found Southern Guarantee Moving and Storage to be fantastic, would definitely recommend them. They were very friendly and efficient, not complaining at all despite a very long wait for the keys. They dismantled and rebuilt our beds (including our children's cabin beds). We packed ourselves and they didn't complain about our pile of odd bits at the end, the weird-shaped and difficult-to-box items, and before we knew it they had packed it all.

I used Southern Guarantee Moving and Storage for my move and am very satisfied with this service from start to finish. The quote was very fair while still very competitive. On the day of my move, the guys arrived on time but my packing was still a long way from being finished. The guys not only helped me finish packing but I was also allowed to be in the van for the 2-hour trip to my new home. 1st rate service, competitively priced, friendly, and competent moving men. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.

This is the first time we've used this company for moving between KS and TX. They were extremely accommodating of all our needs, including getting our here with our stuff, and were friendly and professional. Highly recommended and made the move as worry and stress-free as possible with a big move.

I needed collection and delivery at short notice and found this company excellent. Some of the goods were very heavy and there were no complaints at all. Very helpful and friendly - and reliable. I will definitely use it again and will recommend it to others. I was interested to read that they will undertake both smaller moving and large-scale house moves. I only wish I had used them for my last house move and it all might have been less stressful!

Great service all around, nice bunch of guys, the price was agreed beforehand, and they stuck to time, and didn't break anything which is a bonus! They safely dismantled beds and dining tables and put them back together with ease. Transport of furniture from door to door was seamless. The guys placed all the good in the right place and manner. And even on a wet day, they managed to not ruin any of the floors or carpets. Definitely recommended.

There are so many negative reviews and rumors about moving companies, that's why I was nervous about my move. Luckily I found Southern Guarantee Moving and Storage, I am glad they exist. The crew arrived on time. The guys were professional; they definitely knew what they were doing. The loading was quick and later they reassembled everything back together for me and made sure that everything is where I wanted it. I was really happy with the end results and I will most definitely recommend them to my friends.

Amazing service! I did a good job getting things ready for them (unpacked drawers, so everything was lighter, sticky notes on what goes, etc.), so the entire move took 2 hours, including drive time! Hire them!

Robin and Scott were fantastic. They moved me from KS to CT. They also packed and stored my belongings for a few months. No problems, no breakage, and they were very helpful in setting up the larger pieces of furniture. Would strongly recommend it. A pleasure to work with Robin team.
