Chicken sandwich

Chicken sandwich needs to be changed out to a more better quality chicken Patti...I still can't believe I paid for this kind of sandwich when other places for the same price has way better quality...need to step ya game up cause I won't be ordering that again

My husband and I recently went to one of the many Sonics in Colorado Springs. He ordered a Cheeseburger and I ordered the Chicken Strip Basket. When our order came 20 mins later, it was incorrect. They gave my husband the Cheeseburger meal vs just the burger and my basket was supposed to include onion rings which it didn't. When we told the girl about the error, she acted like it was an inconvenience. She said they were out of onion rings and they don't do substitutions...and what, she couldn't tell me that when I ordered? She offered to give my husband the difference back for the Cheeseburger vs the meal but we HAD to give the fries back. When we did, she threw them in the trash that was in front of us, like she wanted to make a point. Why couldn't we have kept them since I didn't receive my onion rings? The service was lousy, the server was even worse. Sonic needs to send their people through customer service training. When I talked to others about Sonic, I found out that this is typical service of Sonic in general. So disappointing!

Aweful service

The Sonic at Pine Island, North Fort Myers, Florida has depriment service. Starting with the wait time. I started the drive-thru line at 5:10 pm and left with order in hand at 6:20 pm (I had to order at the pickup window).
While waiting to place my order after 45 min, I asked a teenage boy why was it taking so long. He replied taht 'they were very short staffed'.
Then, the young lady that takes the orders: rude young teenage girl making fun of my accent. You could hear all the them in the background giggling with her. I got pissed and advanced to the window.
I placed my order right at the pickup window.
Meanwhile, I could see all the employees (all teenagers) standing, talking, kidding around, drinking sodas (free of course)... Behind me... A long line of cars. Driver's faces very upset.
Those employees were having an awesome time in there while the customers were being mistreated by their lack of interest on giving a good service.
Another observance.
While I was waiting... A young woman with a ponytail in different colors parked, went inside the premises, talking and having a good time with the employees. She left with an order in hand within 15 minutes. Attached is a picture of her car. Just in case, the grey SUV tag is 07D ATQ. Maybe she is a friend or an off duty employee.
Meanwhile... We were all waiting...
I will never go there again. And for as long as I will remember, this will be my review of this specific franchise location.

THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN AND THOSE EMPPLOYEES NEED TO BE FIRED for being so ungrateful for their jobs.

In Topeka I go to the sonic on 21st Avenue South in Wanamaker. Whenever I come here the service is wonderful and the food is great. The people deliver in the food to your vehicle come with smiles and a wonderful attitude. Good job sonic

Buyer beware... Sonic Drive-In now charges fees like.05 cents for a pack of ketchup or.15 if you want chocolate in your chocolate. They do not list these fees on their menu or any advertising I could find. They just quietly are putting them on everyone's bills and hoping no one will notice. As a customer it's not a matter of being cheap it's a matter of I getting a burger and some corporate policy is in place to literally steal money from people. The manager I talked to went as far as trying to blame McDonalds and Chic-Fil-A of doing the same. When I checked on that false accusation I saw now signs of extra fees charged by either competitor. Sonic Drive-In if you need more money just charge the same honest, standardized way all the other fast food places charge their customers, just raise your prices. Please stop the lying and I will start the buying again!

Sorry Service

I love the food choices but their service sucks, their people who work there are straight up rude and a few days ago my son ordered a medium tot, it wasn't room temperature it was cold as I ate 3 and some of the workers are now bosses and they act like they think they are it. I am not happy, and I will be going to the Sonic in town. I have noticed how the management treats their staff and workers.
This is the Sonic on West 2nd Street I am referring to...

Just left sonic in Creedmoor NC. This is what we got. TERRIBLE! A complete waste of time and money! Why would they put this crap in a bag and give it to someone! I'm at a loss for words, wasted $20...

Low quality food & price

Have tried Sonic on 3 different occasions in 3 different states.
On each visit the food was horrible.
Hard buns, cold French fries and the cheese was cold & not melted. Burger was just "warm".
If this chain is going on "consistency " they achieved it at least 3 times!
Will not give a 4th chance.

Closing early

On the website it says sonic closes at 9 pm. Multiple times and multiple complaints of closing early. Went tonight to sonic on FM517 $#*!inson, tx and it was closed again.

I went to sonic 10-29-2022 and I ordered a large chili cheese tot and about an hour later i was sick puking my guts up all night long while trying to take care of my 2 year old and 4 year old while I was sick as $#*!. I got food poisoning from them I do not reccomend going there! It's not worth it, they have always been $#*!ty butthis is over the top.

We've stopped several times while on the road in northern Arizona and have never been able to put thru an order. They're always "out" of whatever has a sale price. Out of cheeseburgers! Really? Not to mention how slow the service is just to find out they can't take your order. And only one outdoor restroom is not sufficient.

Ever again

My order took over 30 minutes to get to ius. After we had pressed the red button twice. Then when it did get to us it was wrong and cold. I called the store asked for a manager told her what had happened and she pretty much blamed us said the car hop couldn't find us. But that she would remake our food. Then the car hop came out said what did we need. This is not the first time orders have been wrong or have had slow service. There is another sonic in Huntsville and from now on I will drive the extra distance to get friendly service.

We stopped at our local Sonic for lunch. My husband ordered the Cookie dough bites. We received three bites each about an inch and a quarter in diameter, and a small container of some type of dipping sauce. We paid a total of $3.24 including tax, which made each of the small bites $1.00. Way overpriced and not very tasty.

Horrible Food

We asked at the drive-thru for lettuce and mayonnaise on the burger and they didn't put it on there. The burgers were both burnt and the tater tots were cold. We waited awhile for our food so there's no excuse for any of that. I'm very disappointed and hate we spent $20 on food we couldn't eat. We also never received our receipt. Very unprofessional.

I haven't had Sonics food in a long time.
I want know WHY you want my card information?
Honestly that's my personal information I don't give out.
I haven't had any apps for other fast food restaurants (McDonald's, Burger King, Popeyes) do this.
They never ask for my private information.
Why do you need it?
I won't be downloading your app.
I don't even know if I'll be coming to your Sonic in Everett
