We usually get our food very hot. Today we went to the Sonic at 5501 S. Cooper, Arlington, TX. The food was slow to come out and it was not very warm at all. The cheese was not even melted. We were disappointed in the food and the slow service.
Wife just went to sonic drive inn in west valley city and brought back 2 cheeseburgers with fries, this is the worst food I can remember getting in the last 65 years of my life. Were seriously wondering if this is even beef, has a very funny taste, I won't even give this to my dogs. Im seriously considering taking these hamburgers over to the board of health and have them tested. This is Ridiculous I was starving and this definatinly ruined my appetite. I really hope i'm not getting sick from this, I'm thinking maybe they are cooking rotten hamburger and selling it now. I would avoid this place at all costs
The service is good. The food is terrible. The chicken is 80% breading. The fries are pastey. I have to say most of the fast food places have cut overhead by serving poor quality, "food items".
Ordered online just to find out they were closed when I got there at 8:39 am. I was charged for an order that I did not receive. Attempted to call the restaurant for a refund about 10:30 and no one answered. Got a fax tone. Called customer service and was told it would be 7-10 days to process a refund. I said that was not acceptable because it didn't take them 7-10 days to take my money. I was placed on hold. After a 16 minute call the call was disconnected. I called back to speak to a manager but was not allowed to speak to one. I was told about their "policies" when I asked questions. They have a lot of them and none are to help the customer. A manager is supposed to return my call. Yeah, right? I will NEVER return to any Sonic!
The service at the sonic on Baseline Road and Power in Mesa Arizona is the most ridiculous fast food restaurant I have ever been to. It's not only been one time it's every single time. Always hiring posters everywhere and they never ever have enough staff. This place takes 20 minutes to get a bag of ice or an ice tea. Customers are leaving throughout the entire time I waited in line. The amount of business you are losing must be mind boggling. Someone, or your horrible management staff should look into your practices and figure out someway to correct it before you go under. I for one, would not be disappointed. There are way too many better choices out there.
The last three times I went to get food I never got help. I had to leave and go somewhere else. So I think I won't waste my time to get any food again.
The Sonic on Summer Avenue, Memphis tn. Food served there is disgustingly nasty and thrown together. The burgers there are served regularly without lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles. There is never any onion rings. They do not put limes and cherries in the limeades. Pure laziness! The servers never offer you ketchup or even a single napkin. Thanks Sonic smh
This review is for the Sonicdrivein com/ feedback survey.This is the most messed up jumble of survey sites I've ever tried to maneuver. I never actually was able to complete a survey due to the ads, crossing of survey sites and time. Wish giving my feedback would be as easy as using their app!
Ordered online get there Stalls closed drive threw wait 35 mins food cold shakes had no whip not likely to recommend!
I was given cheese sticks that were cold in the middle. I was told they are timed and there was nothing they could do. Apparently they are the only sonic that cannot cook cheese stick. I left with food i couldn't eat yet paid for. This was the Benton Tenn location. I would not recommend
I ordered the Sauced Jumbo Popcorn Chicken and when it got to me and I took the first bite it was cold, so o pushed the red button and told them and they brought me more but it was cold also. I thought your food was suppose to be greasy and hot it also had way too much sauce on them. Very unhappy with my food today,
Don't order on the Sonic App. They will steal your money. If they do not have the item at the store they will not refund your money. Did not have most of my order (including burgers that I ordered). Store told me I'd have to call support. Called support. They offered a $10 gift card, which was less than the amount of food I did not receive. They said they could not issue a refund and had to escalate it to upper management. We will see if anyone reaches out. If not I will be disputing the charge with my credit card. They take your money but don't want to give you the food or your money back. DO NOT ORDER IN THE APP.
Update, after reading one of my reviews Sonic contacted me to call them again and now a refund was processed. Still a pain that it was such a hassle to get refunded for food I did not receive but at least I did get a refund.
Itasca texas... not much here so sonic it is. But no more. Food is cold tater tots taste a bit fishy like dirty oil. My breakfast sandwich look like someone sat on it and sausage was over done. Breakfast burrito was dry with no flavor. For 2 orders of tots 1 ketchup. I'll not be returning. And from the other reviews the problems are all the same.
Paula at 2945 Buckner charged different price than menu stated and told me that the prices are changing today. Liar! If she needs tips this isn't the way by being dishonest to customers.
First n last time here
Sonic on waterloo in Edmond apparently premakes some menu items, resulting in cold stale ingredients. Wilted lettuce, unrecognizable tomato slices, stone cold fries. Food was tasteless. Very unfortunate choice of restaurants.
Ordered and waited 40 minutes for our food just to find out they never put it into there system. But the button again and ordered again just to wait 15 more minutes for our food. We got it and it was cold.
Steak,bacon n cheese sandwich good flavor skimpy on meat and cheese and bread poorly toasted also ordered tots with cheese and got barely any cheese service was awesome foodxguality poor
I didn't receive my blast from door dash so I called the manager of sonic to see what they could do and he immediately blamed it on door dash and to get my money back from them so I told him it was probably their mistake, he basically admitted it and said there was nothing they could do. What a very sad person and business. The store is on 81st and University
Answer: Imo, it has to be a front for something to still be in operation. Hopefully it's a front for something not as nefarious as serving people undesirable, inedible "food".
