No better than McDonalds these days. I never considered it necessarily healthy but at least it was the better of quick options. Today it's just trash, empty calorie junk food.

I ordered through the app and when I got there no one came and brought me my order I waited 20 minutes and order was paid for so I hit the red button and nobody came had to leave so paid for drinks and didn't get them not happy

The chicken strips are flat and not meaty like they were the last time I ate here. I guess I will have to go to Dairy Queen to get some good chicken strips
I went in at 11 pm waiting for a burger with fries and a drink, waited roughly 45 min until i had to ask the employee where my food was. Apparently there was only one person in the kitchen excluding the cash register person. After I asked them where my food was, the immediately brought out half filled cold fries. The fries also had a weird smell and taste, it had clearish white stuff all over it, almost like lotion. The mysterious substance was sticky and bubbly. The burger came nearly 1 hour later around 12:30 pm. This burger bun was like eating buttcheeks and tasted like them too. There was no cheese and only a bun and the drink wasn't even served. The meat was hard and a bit squishy too. 0/10 def would not reccomend. Dennys has better customer service
We got to sonic, and tried 4 stalls to order. Other people were able to order with the stalls we tried, but every time we tried the button wouldn't work. We waited for about 15 minutes and still no reply. Terrible service and wouldn't come here again.
I just want to know are the Sonic employees told to not give people back their change I didn't realize until I got home and then I tip them on top of it. And they didn't give me a receipt
I used to love their chili cheese tots, so I recently ordered a large order. They had a bitter taste and tasted like they'd been cooked in old oil. They had advertised natural lemonade so I thought I'd try that as well. It totally had a chemical taste, not natural at all. I was quite disappointed with the whole meal and don't plan to return.
I just finished my meal of a cheeseburger with tots. I have never rated a restaurant before, but this was the fourth time I've ordered from Sonic and the fourth time i have been very satisfied. Their menu gives you plenty of options and I personally think their prices are reasonable. So, thank you to Sonic and its employees (and their delivery service). Keep up the good work and I will be ordering again.
Ordered a hot fudge Sunday after I paid for it they informed me they had no hot fudge and refused to return the money for it. Then while I was trying to speak to a manager they sent food out to the customer with someone who looked as if they hadn't bathed for months and there cloths not washed as long. Super gross and dirty.
The service at your Woodruff Rd, Greenville Sc is horrible. They are very slow, don't have sugar substitutes, can't make change correctly and are VERY rude! Totally incompetent.
I ordered my grand daughter a Hot Fudge Sundae - Picked it up and it only had Ice Cream and Hot Fudge
The Sonic app included the Whipped Cream and Cherry - only option was to tap to remove any of the 4 ingredients.
I asked and was told those are extra and I would need to ask for them as I would for a Blast. I told them they advertise the Sundae with all 4 ingredients. And the Blast with only 2 ingredients. So that did not make since to me. I did a search and came up with several confirmations that Whipped Cream and Cherry are included items for a Hot Fudge Sundae. So how would I know I need to ask? They did not try to fix the issue.
Not to mention earlier this week they wanted to charge my co-worker.42 cents for 1-wedge of lemon for her tea. She called the manager Bandy and never received a call back.
We work next to this Sonic at 2723 FM 521 Suite A in Fresno, TX... We go there daily and purchase Ice twice a week for the office. We will not be going to this Sonic.
Every time I get a cherry limeaid it never has one single cherry on it. How can you call it cherry limeade without the cherry? Stop being so lazy or cheap and at least put one cherry in it or do you have to order extra to get one.
Hadn't been to a sonic, but saw their new double cheeseburger toast burger on an ad so we drove 20 miles to try the sonic in Marion, Ohio. Went through the drive through annd saw the and for that sandwich going across the display board too and so ordered that. They said they didn't have that available anymore. So then we ordered a sonic blast and they said we couldn't order any ivmce cream either. SO I got a regular cheeseburger toasted sandwich. It took 13 minutes at the window waiting and then when we pulled away to eat, the toast wasn't even toasted. It was just sandwich bread with a burger in between!
I will not ever go back to sonic I waited for 15 minutes to actually put my order in and never got to order other people came in after me and got their orders so I left and went somewhere else. Don't go to the sonic in ashland ky. Add a video or photo? Lol oh no coz I never got to order!

Mozzarella stick are uncooked and cheap cheese is horrible. If customer buy a 8pc, then they should be given more than 1 sauce. Mem[his,Tn *******
A big waste of $7.
Tried to order a hamburger and fries three times with different credit cards. Each time the web site said the payment didn't go through (hence why I tried three times with the same order) so I frustratingly went somewhere else to eat. Later that day I noticed that I received three emails confirming the orders went through and then noticed three charges on my credit card in pending status. Figured they might be cancelled out since I never went to the store or picked any of them up but several days later I noticed that all three charges finalized. At this point I called the store manager and she acted like she knew that the orders had been picked up without even asking my name, payment information or anything else that would have been important in confirming the order. She acted confident in saying she couldn't help even when I pointed out her lack of knowledge about the transactions. In the end I received my refund by going to the corporate contact and submitted a complaint against her so the one item remaining is my complete lack of desire to every go to Sonic again.
Answer: Imo, it has to be a front for something to still be in operation. Hopefully it's a front for something not as nefarious as serving people undesirable, inedible "food".
