Waited for over 40 minutes while customers came and left waiting for them to take my order…. Then they bring me someone else order first then when I get mine of course it's completely wrong what else should I expect

Slushy and slow service me and my husband always goes to the one in Layton but we've been experience poor employee being slow or making excuses that they didn't get an order from the app and plus when we do get our order it's very slow and when we even order a drink holder they forget from all of that we're thinking not going to sonics no more because of poor service and plus when there isn't nobody hardly in The drive-through or the parking lot something has to give because it's ridiculous when you're there for happy hour and we haven't been to sonics in a couple of weeks and I don't have proof but something has to give to change

They changed pickles and now you have to specify mustard which you may or may not get. Too bad,I used to eat there a lot.

First of all, I want to say the purpose of this is not to attack the workers, some of which are very polite and respectful. I would be interested in knowing what kind of food they cook well? Their chicken fried steak sandwiches are not edible at all IMO. Their hamburgers are marginal at best. Dairy Queen makes a better corn dog and chicken fried steak sandwich. I really don't know why they have an "app." It has never worked and never will. Most are extremely slow about getting your food which goes against their name "Sonic." I am not a fan of sweet stuff in soft drinks. Their so called happy hour is the same price as every other restaurant minus the refills (500 percent markup). Their Unhappy hour to get a drink with a meal is higher than everywhere else without a refill (1500 percent markup) and some would say price gouging. If eating there, bring your own drink from home. They sell crushed ice for $2.98 when you can get it at other places for less. It is not any better. They always have some kind of fund raiser that they make you feel guilty if you do not donate to it. I have seen people wait for up to an hour for their food at some Sonics. I knew somebody who used their app and ordered. The app. Said that it was ready, and when they drove up, the place was closed all day. It was a headache trying to get a refund. Half the time, my lid is half on my drink. I have visited a Sonic where half the stalls were not working and there was no sign to indicate this. People were pulling in and pushing buttons, but nobody was responding because the stalls were broken. I guess they stay in business somehow. The workers work very hard, and on the outside looking in, it appears like some Sonics don't have enough workers.

When you order ahead and it's the first order of the day and you ask for an iced coffee that is NOT available, but you also order a HOT coffee but then get an iced coffee... How complicated is it? Is it rocket science? Is it Sonic science? And don't get me started on the 2 orders of cinnasnacks without the said described icing?!?!?! Really disappointed!

I was eating and I found a piece of gum in my onion ring. I dont think ima order that again but I will definitely come for fries

They took for every thing come back with nothing but they give the other people the same the we had order

The food tastes good just make it to where I have diarrhea like cmon I practically pooped my pance cause of you

My husband and I had lunch from sonic today. Worst hamburger I we have ever had. The meat tasted funny, cold, overcooked, dry, and had been sitting there for a while. The fries were not warm and old. Didn't eat most of our lunch. This Sonic has been going down hill for a long time. Who ever is managing it does not take pride in it. Sonic used to be good but not anymore.

I ordered a drink and there were ANTS IN IT. The ants were everywhere and it was so gross. Just ew….

Ordered BACON, burger on Texas toast. Only ask them to leave off the BBQ sauce. What I got was Texas toast, meat,cheese and onions. Also my drink tasted like colored water and my cup had a small hole in the bottom that leaked in my cup holder.
Notice the bacon? NONE!

I just went through my local Sonic Drive In located in Murray, Ky. I ordered a large blue coconut slush WITH strawberry topping ON THE TOP. (I first enjoyed this drink during shark week.) I have ordered and received this very drink multiple times since at both the Murray, Ky location but at other locations of Sonic as well. When the young girl brought me my order, I commented the slush was ordered with the strawberries on top. She rudely replied, "They HAVE to STIR them in. It's a rule!" I politely informed her the fact I had not only ordered this before but also RECEIVED it with the strawberries on all the other times I had ordered it that way, again she rudely replied "it's a rule!" (Sidenote: So what do you do when people order sundaes? Stir it up cuz it's a rule?) I received my change and (I did tip this rude little girl despite the fact, she did not deserve and or earn it) I looked up to see her talking about me to another employee about me! Really?! Does this rude, disrespectful, and dishonest customer service reflect you as a company? I hope she enjoyed it because I will not be returning to Sonic. I work too hard to be treated that way by some rude girl! I will also share this experience with my friends and family. They don't want to be treated like that either.

Can't never get order right and took forever caused me to be late then eye rolling cause they got my order wrong

I saw the commercial for the grilled cheese double burger on TV and it looked really good. The very next day I went to the restaurant and ordered the sandwich and tots. To my surprise the sandwich was horrible a waste of money.

In a parking lot with only 3 cars ordering, I was made to wait extensive periods of time for the workers to respond and take my order. I was left sitting for 30 minutes before I decided to find better service. I believe sonic as a corporation needs to have More of a strict hiring policy, or at least workers that aren't negligent towards the job they have been paid to do. Thank you.

I will never buy from Sonic again! $14.72 for a Med slush and Med cheese sticks that were cold. The prices on the menu were wrong or I would not have ordered anything. If you are going to gouge on prices at least update your pricing on the menu! Do better Sonic! If I could have left negative stars I would have!

Food is absolutely terrible! Especially the hotdogs, the relish is neon green and tastes like mold, had to throw out. When I ordered a large fries with added onion there were like 10 tiny fries in a bag with mostly just large pieces of onion. The burgers are kinda edible but taste like plastic bags. The slushes are gas tho, a limeade slush with mango worth it somtimes.

I went to the sonic in Conroe, Texas and ordered my kids dinner on the app. Waited quit awhile to get my order, then got home and my sons food wasn't in the bag. I called and was placed on hold, then the person asked if they could call me back because they had a rush and didn't have time to talk to me. I asked for the manager as I had already paid for food I didn't get and shouldn't have to continue to make my don wait for his dinner. She said she was the manager. I replied that calling me back was inappropriate and I would call district. She hung up on me. I called the customer service line and they offered an apology and $10 gift card, That didn't even cover his meal! I told her to keep it and I would call during the week to speak with someone above her. She then offered a coupon for a drink. No! She finally refunded my order and I will never go to Sonic again! Worst service ever! My son is getting Whataburger for dinner.
