Hello,
Tonight my family and I went to sonic to have dinner. It was around 9pm when we went. I order 2 kids meals with corn dogs, fries, and a sweet teas to drink. I also ordered number 7 with no mustard, fries, and a sprite to drink. The last thing I order was a toaster with tots and sweet tea to drink. All that came to $27.99. I paid $30 in cash and the change was $12.01. When we got home the food felt warm. But the food it self was not good. We could tell right away that the food was made hours ago and not fresh. My kids didn't seem to like it that much and either did we. The food felt like all they did was warm up the food so it can seem like it done right then. The lady's that were working there didn't give me a receipt either. We tried eating the food but it just got worse and we think anyone shouldn,t go there to eat. If people knew how bad the food was they too won't come back. We went to the sonic in Quinlan Tx. Would like my money back because I know that my family and I won't come back again. After paying the amount we did i would expect the food to be fresh not leaftovers. I won't rate the sonic in Quinlan Tx it's 0 for me.

I ordered a #6 crispy chicken with tots and a cherry limeade plus another crispy chicken. Next I ordered a #10 an all American dog with mustard and onion only with onion rings and a cherry limeade. This is what I got. Two chili dogs and a corn dog with limeade. Next I got two crispy chicken sandwiches and a cherry limeade. Even the receipt was wrong that I paid for..

Poor customer service

Ordered a #1 fries was too salty and medium drink that was filled to the top with ice not paying for ice. Manager stated that they are trained to fill the cup with ice.

Shut down. Negative 10 this is my rating

I whent to sonic drive in Henderson Tennessee 6 stalls actually works this sonic should be shut down they get orders wrong and when I said something about this sonic. Catching an attitude about them losing costomers because they don't have enough stalls and stuff to complete orders 30minits you have to wait to long to order and get your order the food is cold and barely cooked. Shut this sonic down I will never come back to this sonic drive in Henderson Tennessee avoid go somewhere else.bad attitude sarcastic so why they have 30stalls only 6 actually works this sonic drive in fells avoid this sonic or you might get food poisoning and when you order a sonic Bacon cheese meat and cheese only they actually ask do you want bacon on it. Bacon is a meat prove me wrong so this sonic drive in negative 10 don't go to this sonic drive in in Henderson Tennessee

Never again

We ate at Sonic in Lenoir NC Today 9/12/2023. We ordered I
1 sonic burger combo, 1 Hot dog with slaw & 1 sm. Strawberry shake. We got 1 burger combo, an extra burger we did not order, the hotdog and a shake. The burgers were still cold as if taken out of the fridge and not warmed. The hotdog had slaw poured on it with liquid in it and the bun was slushy. The shake was vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. Over $20.00 worth of nothing fit to eat. Don't pretend to serve food if you can't do better. You don't deserve not even 1 star.didn't give us a receipt.

HORRIBLE SERVICE CONTINUES
September 10, 2023

I stopped going to Sonic all together, especially the one located in Raymond, MS. My decided he wanted a Oreo blast so against my better judgement, I went to the local Sonic. HUGE MISTAKE! We sat in the stall after several minutes after pushing the button and no one answered. So I ordered from the app. We waited several minutes longer and the young lady came with our order. She pushed the cups and spoons in my hand and then had an attitude when she walked off. I will milk the cow and make my own yogurt before I go back there! It's not even to the top of the cup. JUST HORRIBLE!

Poor Customer Service
September 5, 2023

I've tried for 2 months to get a receipt for 51.41 from Sonics. The corporate office sends my complaint back to the drive-in where I have the issue. Supervisor won't call or email me back. I am so disappointed with this franchise. If you don't get a receipt at the time of purchase you won't ever get it.

You mean when I sent you a picture of the receipt it wasn't good enough. How about no.
A hockey buck that's been sitting on ice for a burger and something nasty scraped out of the bottom of the fryer for chicken forgot my drinks told them never mind them when it was all so nasty and left

I went to Sonic on 8/30/2023 at 6:53 pm CST, located at 4880 Mountain Creek Parkway in Dallas, TX. I was eager to try the advertised Bacon Pepper Ranch GC Burger and Tator tots for $3.99. When I opened the package, I immediately noticed that the toasted slices of bread looked very small. I opened my burger, and the ground meat patty was smaller than a breakfast sausage at McDonald's! I'm very disappointed in Sonic because the burger I purchased does NOT look like the Bacon Pepper Ranch GC Burger advertised all over TV. This is highly misleading, and I would need to eat 3 or 4 of those burgers to actually get full. I should have returned the burger to the restaurant and demanded a refund.

I go to several sonics based off customer service and I can honestly say that the young lady Jasmine (Jas), and Richard make me want to eat out everyday I'm very impressed with how they handle a parking lot full of angry customers keep it up you guys.

Long wait time

We ended up waiting for 25 minutes but no one ever came to our stall. We had to leave because the wait time was literally so long. Worst wait time ever. They literally need to re-hire workers and make the rules stricter.

Sloppy burgers

We had been out all day to 9 football games and the kids wanted sonic after. Well we placed the order got home and missing a whole meal! The other meals seemed like they were made during breakfast and just slapped some cheese on it and warmed it up. Super sloppy mayo everywhere. Fries were soggy. Drive thru was busy so we thought we would have fresh food yet disappointed again. The time before they were out of CHEESE for the burgers and then out of FRIES! DO BETTER SONIC!

Would give zero stars if it was an option

While I was at work I recieved an email notification about an order I did not place in a town I do not live. They took my money via my gift card on file in app. I called the store and they had the food waiting and nobody picked it up. They told me to call the number in the app to get a refund. Wow! Those people just kept giving me the run around telling me I had to call my bank to dispute. I again explained it was a gift card, why would I call my bank. He told me there was nothing he could do and to call the gift card number that of course was closed. Do not expect help if you get ripped off. They are useless and do not care. Hope it feels good for this company to rip people off. May seem petty, but I live paycheck to paycheck to support my kids and this is a luxury to them. And now it's been taken from them.

Lg Sonic Blast. Advertised regular price is $6.19. Actual price is $7.49.
Longtime Sonic fan, but they've really gone to seed. The service is extraordinarily slow. They now serve rewarmed burger meat instead on fresh-grilled meat. My last tots were rancid, as if cooked in really old oil. My last hotdog bun was beyond stale. Almost half of the drive-through kiosks are inoperative at ours.
