I went to sonic one night to get a single Burger with everything on it. And they left practically all the toppings off. And when I complained and gave them the Burger back they did not even come back to the car. I just left without even getting a burger although I paid for it. Haven't been back since until today and the burger was nothing like Sonic of 10 years ago.
So I go to this Sonic on wheeler road and they are so nasty and cheap they gave me the smallest order of tots like really who yawl think yawl feeding a chile never again
If I could give it a zero I would but I can't so I give it a one. Gave me a nugget in a sandwich. Hoe. I don't have a picture bc $#*! I ate my nugget in a singular bite. Thanks for the bread I guess. (I purchased the chicken slinger which I've eaten many times) my friends looked beautiful mine looked like a turd between bread.

Waited in drive thru line for 16 minutes...only 2 cars in front of us...someone finally started to take our order then just stopped...I said hello several times no response...drove around to window a lady was standing at register she looked at me and then just walked off...someone else walked over to register but never once opened window or acknowledged me...I manage a restaurant and I would never treat or allow any of my employees to treat a guest the way we were treated...we have endured the long wait at this location before but to be totally ignored is a totally new level.
Went to drive thru and ask specifically if the 1/4 cheeseburgers were still 1.99 and the man on the speaker said yes for the rest of the month. Got my order and went home to discover he gave me hotdogs instead. Send my son back and the man would not exchange them so my son had to pay for a whole new order because the man claims that I ask for hotdogs. I will never go back. I cannot believe I had to pay again when it was Sonics mistake.

I went to Sonic drive in hamburgers last night and one bite I hated the burger I tried a second bite and threw the burger away. What ever they are putting in these burgers is ruining the reputation of a once good restaurant. I have been to Sonic for years off and on. I went last night it was TERRIBLE. We order Supersonic breakfast burritos and black coffee. There were so many pickled jalapeƱos on them that we couldn't taste anything else. My coffee tasted moldy and was undrinkable. Caldwell, Idaho Saturday midmorning.
On 11.13.23 I place an order at the Frayser Raleigh location, paid for my food, only for them to tell me they were out of the pickle fries. I asked to be refunded. Was told my money would be back on my card the next day this time from the manager, I called the 866 # on the receipt because the employees were loud inside and you could hear the manager hollering telling them to be quiet and because they should have known before I paid that they were out of that item! I was also told a manager would call me! As of 11:17.23 I did not hear from a manager at that location; however, I called him myself today to speak with him! He told me it was my bank that has not given me my money back! I've never had an issue with my bank when it comes to refunds! He was very rude pass the phone off to another employee, so I asked to speak back to him, he rudely said you can come get your money and simply hung up on me.

I used to love Sonic hamburgers, but today the hamburger I received was mostly soybean. I will never buy another Burger there.
Went to the Sonic on Frank Phillips Blvd in Bartlesville OK. Last night burger was hard on the edges and my shake was runny didn't even need a spoon also waited 20 minutes for my order. Won't be back
My mother and I ran through Sonic Neosho, we grabbed the 2/$7 burger and drinks. The carhop was great and the burgers were made correctly, however the meat had a really weird taste. We could not even eat the burgers. Not sure if the meat had been properly stored, cooked, ect...
I got a text on my phone to get mozzarella sticks for.99c today only at my local Sonic in Willow Grove, Pa. Limit 5 orders. I get to the speaker to order and get rung up for $35 instead of $5. I explain the text message I received and the person on the other end could not comprehend what I was trying to explain to her. I asked for somebody to come out and look at my text message. For 10 minutes I received no response at the speaker, ignoring my requests for an order taker. I was stopping there early before work to bring sticks to my fellow employees so I had time but I actually waited 23 minutes without anybody getting on the speaker to update me with any news of what was going on. I called Sonic customer service while waiting and was told they cannot even call the location on my behalf! Really? What kind of customer service is that? All he could do was have Sonic email me. Finally giving up I drive up to the window where the manager was unapologetic (he said "sorry" not sincerely). I did drive away with the 5 orders but will never return after getting no response from Sonic to my complaint
Asked for extra Oreo in my Oreo Sonic Blast and got 6 pieces of Oreo entirely. They robbed me. I will not be going here for ice cream in the future.

My mom and I went to the new one on Quebec St in Colorado and they didn't serve us for 20 minutes! Others just kept on going through the drive thru, while we looked like idiots cause of how we went through the drive thru and waited for 10 minutes, then we went up to the Walk-Up ones to order and no body came to help us for 10 minutes! We had to wait 20 minutes for nothing! And there was 4 people in there, doing nothing! Others were coming through the drive thru and they let them take their orders, but not ours! Not coming there again!
Answer: Imo, it has to be a front for something to still be in operation. Hopefully it's a front for something not as nefarious as serving people undesirable, inedible "food".
