It seems like every time my husband and I want to just go to sonic and get a burger they can't get the order right I didn't want tomatoes come out with the tomatoes so I threw them in the parking lot. My husband also ordered a number one and it was sold indescribably made. All sonic hires are children. No supervision with these employees and we won't be going back anymore and that's the gods honest truth.
I am tired of you not accepting my forms of payment, because one card decl ined. Who makes these decisions after numerous phone calls to fix the issue and being told that it may take weeks because you receive over ******* complaints daily. I see why
Our order was wrong 3 times tonight. We finally requested a refund. Gluckstadt, MS Sonic is a joke! That was our last time!
Sonic is one of my wife and myself favorite fast food restaurant but we visited the one in South Hill VA not only it was the worst Sonic but the worst fast food restaurant ever we got our usual the number one burger was cold and nasty she got fries which didn't even have an inside just grease and dry I had the tots I squeezed mine and grease just ran everywhere we spent over twenty dollars plus gave the server a nice tip but we will never ever stop there again discussing nasty!
Will never be coming back. Ordered my food with buffalo and ranch sauce packets on the side. The lady came out with our food not much later and took my card inside to pay. She dashed to give me my card back hut before i can talk to her she dashed back inside. I pushed the red button and explained that my order was messed up. She dashed back out, i explained again the issue. She touched my burger with bare hands, took it while it was inside the box back inside. Came back with the same burger and even confirmed it was the original. Gave it to me and dashed back inside. Cant eat the burger because of poor hygeine. Tota were greasy and old. Drinks were really watered down. My husband burger wasnt good at all is what he said. The only name i have would be a Andrea thats from the receipt. Contacted support spoke to Anne who wouldnt give me a refund for the sandwich at least but offered a $5 giftcard and coupon for free drink with a purchase. Knowing the sandwich cost more than $5. Why would i want a $5 gidtcard when i aint coming back again? Also the stalls and sidewalks from what i can tell are dirty. But yeah i had to throw away my sandwhich
I came in ordering a supersonic burrito, no sausage, cheesey fries were a free item, but still on the order. It stayed 5 mins until ready. Thirteen minutes went by and they had no other cars in the lot, only my order with 4 people working. The only female working came out with cold, gross oil burdened fries and cold cheese. And my supersonic button was eggs and cheese only and it looked like there was only 1 egg there. I asked for a remake, she said ok. But after 23mins was still waiting. She finally came out with it, it was half the eggs, no cheese that wasn't melted on the previously used flour tortilla so I didn't even get a new one of those. And it had an excess of onions and jalapenos on it. It only had about 4 tater tots that were cold And old. The tortilla was so sloppy and wet it was disintegrating as I held it. I only buy burritos anywhere at all from Sonic. I.know the standard as well d proportions used. This was the worst food I've ever eaten in a long time and absolutely the worst from Sonic. I expect better quality and consistency in the food I buy from them. I won't be back for a very long time. This was a horrible experience tonight
EVERYTHING! The smashburger was ordered without sauce, and I specifically asked the girl if they left it off and she said YES. I almost drove away, but something told me to check before I left. THank goodness I did because there was sauce all over it. Then she got mad at me because I had to take it back. This is the 3rd time IN A ROW that I have had a bad experience with SONIC. The other 2 times they didn't even give me a Smashburger - they gave me a regular burger and charged me the extra money for a Smashburger. When I wrote a review - it's been radio silence. Like being ghosted! Because of this...I WILL NO LONGER GO TO SONIC. And, because of that, my husband will no longer eat there. He was with me on one of the trips to your store. And now, my mother-in-law will no longer eat there either. If I get the chance to tell anyone about Sonic or if anyone wants to know where to go to eat...I will definitely let them know NOT to go to Sonic. This could have been rectified...but you chose to ghost me instead.
I finished my drink….wanted to eat some ice and behold there was a freakin bug in my cup! The drink I had was an ocean water…there was more than ice floating in that ocean! So disgusting! This Sonic was in Gonzales, Louisiana on Airline highway.
Food took way too long me and my friend have been waiting for over 30 minutes then they started to give the people behind us their food.
Stale hotdog buns - again! I thought it was a fluke, but apparently, they don't mind serving rock-hard, stale buns, which completely ruined the dog.

I want to know how anyone would eat at this place, If you have seen the Health Report you never would.LAZY and CLUELESS Mgmt and Staff.I could do a better Job by myself than what I have seen and read about.Well feel free to get food poisoning. I sincerely doubt the Neighborhood Dog would eat this food.Hey Sonic I have started a Nation wide ban of the Business you sell TERRIBLE Food to People, And I have very long arms In the Food Industry.
The food isn't made as advertised. Bad quality and quantity. I'm tired spending lot of money then having to complain. I can't keep complaining. We expect quality food and service. No one has to go back and speak with anyone. We all deserve the best. I'm disappointed. I'm never going back.
Visited this store on 5/2/24.11-15am. No one in line. This is a brand new store and I was very disappointed in what I received. Pretty much cold and must have been sitting around for a while. Won't be back anytime soon.
Arrie (grandson) writes: The service was Terrible. My food was so bad when I opened it, I almost threw it out the WINDOW. I had ordered a hotdog. They forgot the chili to the hotdog which was cold. The milkshake was OK, but I had mashed up cherries; why did they do this?
Me (Grandpa): we had to wait at least 20 minutes. Is this fast food? (Sonic means super fast). My fried chicken sandwich was so salty I could only eat about 1/3 of it and put the rest in the garbage. The chicken pieces were covered in some indescribable goo on a soggy roll. We swore that we would never go to a Sonic again.
Sonic drive in: Amarillo,Tx, Amarillo Blvd store # 3565: screw up your order more times than not. No lettuce, sorry; chili burger should have chili; seems they are unable to get out of their rut. Seems that Sonic has decided to follow the trend and screw the customers, lord knows they're not important. Soon they may find themselves going down that same road as many of their predecessors and close their doors. No big loss, with the quality of their food. Damn, even their shakes are second rate now. Was a time you couldn't do any better.
This is now my 3rd time coming here that I ended up leaving. First time, I left after waiting 20 min for a large sweet tea ordered on the app, that I never received, 2nd time I left after waiting 20 min with half of my food cold because they brought out half of my order and I had to wait for the part they forgot 15 min later. Today, after 30 min of waiting on my mobile order, pushing the button multiple times with no response, calling customer service for a mobile app refund while waiting 10 min for someone to come on the speaker, l'd had enough. Never again, my lesson has been learned. The manager, young kid, finally came out, said he would personally make my order, but it would be another 15 min. No thanks, as I sat there watching customers walk up to the door taking food back. 45 min of my time wasted.
Went to Sonic and seen the advertisement for Cherry limeade, looked really good.
So after ordering my granddaughter her food,
I decided to add a Cherry Limeade.
What I got was definitely not what was advertised,
No Cherry no limes. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Sonic makes to worst chili dog. Hot dog falls thru the bum. You would think they could figure out you don't have to open up the bum all the way. Never again.
Fries were cold and stale, at least a couple of hours sitting with no heat lamp, paid extra for a cherry coke with extra cherry flavor and add real fruit, barely tasted cherry and no fresh fruit at all. I haven't eaten my burger yet bc everything else was bad. Waiting to get home to hopefully recook fries to make them edible.
Answer: Imo, it has to be a front for something to still be in operation. Hopefully it's a front for something not as nefarious as serving people undesirable, inedible "food".
