I got the 2 for 5 dollar double cheese burgers. The size and taste of the burger suck. On the advertising the burger is outside the bun. Actually it doesn't come close. And the taste is subpar. Never go back there again.
Went to Sonic in Streetboro OH for the first time last night. 4 of us ordered different varieties of Oreo milkshakes. We didn't know who's was who's and the girl came back out and she didn't know either. We asked her if she could make them again because we had someone with a peanut allergy and one of us got Reese with the Oreo. She said ok then went back into the store yelling are you f ing kidding me and slammed cups everywhere. I ended up going in to tell them we just wanted a refund and she told me I needed to get out or she was calling the cops. I told her we just wanted our money back. I walked out and we waited for them to come out with our money. They called the cops anyway but they were very nice and got our refund so we could leave. I will never return to a sonic again after this being my first experience. I guess it doesn't look as good as their commercials make them seem.
NO means no... no ice means no ice... not low ice... not ez ice... SONIC you lost a LIFETIME customer today. I will never go to SONIC again.
I specifically said no ice. The person on the speaker said "low ice" I said "NO ICE" the speaker said EZ ice. I repeated "NO ICE" I got a half cup full of ice... Since I cannot order my food the way I like at sonic...
I will go somewhere that gives me what I want and not what you want to give me!
I was at the Sonic in Hampton Virginia on 23 Aug 2022 at6.05 p.m. I sat at one of stalls for 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. Three other cars came and went in the time I was there. So I went through the drive-thru. Tried to explain the problem to the person at the window and she shut the window on me. I have to say that I will not be going back to that store again. You have lost a customer, and I used to like to eat there.
The Sonic on FM 968 in Longview has terrible customer service. They do not care about the customers at all.
We waited 30 minutes in the dine in to order while the workers were helping the drive through, this was our first and last time we go there. You really need to get help for the dining area in Rialto California worse service we have ever had!
According to a Sonic manager this is how a grill cheese SHOULD LOOK LIKE next time open your sandwich THAT IS SO GROSS AND NASTY!
Cheeseburger was cold and bun was not fresh. Medium size fries had good taste and warm but I didn't get a full order. It was about 3/4 full. Shake was melted.
Employees are rude, slow, dont care, was treated horribe.

I drove to Sonic in Krebs Oklahoma at 2:10 p.m. and wanted to place an order for just one "Rute 44 Cherry Slush" when there "Happy Hour" for drinks was 2:00p.m. To 4:00p.m. So after I ordered my "Ruth 44 Cherry Slush" the lady taking the order told me it was going to take them up to "Thirty Minutes" just to get one "Rute 44 Cherry Slush" because they where supposedly swamped. Then when I looked up the "Sonic Headquarters" it says it is in "Oklahoma City" but the phone number is *******642 and it transfers you to the "Philippines, Hong Kong," or other places instead of answering there phone calls promptly for "Complaints" I wish "Sonic Headquarters and all of there businesses around go "Bankrupt" so they will be taught a lesson called "Customers Come First and Foremost" because without us customers they would be "Bankrupt" but I guess they thank they are all above us "Customers" so we should show them who really holds them together and do are business with there competitors and watch "Sonic" sink and file for "Bankruptcy" and have to close down. Since it takes 30 minutes for one drink to be served. And the Headquarters for Sonic in Oklahoma, City will not take phone calls.
If i could leave zero stars i would. Three drinks ordered. Waited 40 minutes for these. Order when it eventually arrived was incorrect. Also over billed. I called the call centre and they offered me a coupon. When i received the email with the coupon, it was a discount on second item purchases. So in order to get the refund, i need to buy another item at full price and then the second item would be discounted. This is madness. I called back and explained i would never use sonic again and that i want my money back. They then offered me a 10 dollar gift card to use at Sonic. Why would i take this? I dont want to go back there. SONIC GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!
When I ordered a cherry limeade the employee took forever to bring it to my car. When I finished my the cherry limeade I realized that there was no cherry. Why call it a CHERRY limeade if there is no cherry? I surly do hope that in the future the customers will be more pleased than I am.
Placed and order via the app for the store on Saratoga in Corpus Christi, TX. Received my receipt via email. Arrived at the store and the app would not allow me to check in. Pushed the button and gave them my name, order number and ticket number. A female manager came out and said they had no order for me. I showed her the receipt and she again said they had no order for me and she could not give me my food. Told me I could pay again and call the app and get my money back. She was VERY rude and insulting.
I ordered a cheeseburger on half price night and was very disappointed. The burger was not hot, like it had been setting for awhile, it didn't have the unique taste as they use to, soggy lettuce, not good at all.
Shawny has consistently been rude and has even spilled a drink on me with no apology. We dread going through the drive through when we see her at the window.

*lastly two other vehicles where behind me the drive thru attendant literally came out side door and gave the car behind me food BUT yet I am the first car in the drive thru.
*they got their order before I did and it was disgusting and such terrible service to receive.
Why in the world would the cashier at the drive thru come outside the side door with food for customers and had me waiting. This type of service is uncalled for and furthermore so UNPROFESSIONAL!

Me and my husband sat in the drivethru behind 3 other cars. No one came over the speaker to take our order, so we pulled up to the window. We gave the employee our order. 1 iced vanilla coffee and 1mocha iced coffee. We pay the 4$ and odd change. She hands us the coffee and we drive away. No reciept and the most awful coffee ever. The mocha had no sugar or flavoring and the vanilla was just plain coffee that had a most artificial taste ever. My husband wouldn't go back so I'm letting you know. These people need someone to whip them into shape and make them do a better job. We had to pour it out
As a nurse in the field I have very little time to ever stop and eat. Sonic on Pat Booker in Universal City was in direct path of one of my patients so decided to take a second to try and get something fast. From the get-go the lady working there was rude. She got snappy when I asked for onions then just gave me my total. I pull forward behind three other cars. They were all stopped where they bring the food out so when it was my turn that's why I stopped. This lady opens a door and tells me to move up to the sign at the end. So I do. She didn't tell anybody else so everyone behind me was still way back by the door. She came out and helped three other people and never came to my window. The sweet girl that came to my window had what I thought was my drink but didn't have the rest of my order as she didn't have my ticket. I continue to watch the people behind me to get their food get their drinks and drive off. I was never helped. I am starving! And now I cannot stop for food. I drove off with nothing. This is a really poor example of how you treat customers. I'm still hungry and won't be able to eat until tonight. I didn't eat breakfast. People don't go to sonic unless they need food and they should be treated respectfully and considerately. If you don't like your job, quit! Needless to say I will not be returning.
What's up with our local Sonic …. Anytime after 6pm service sucks No one answers window or when you park. I went yesterday and after 20 minutes of waiting I was told ice cream machine doesn't work. So I ordered popcorn chicken and same. They are out I asked for a coney dog and workers were being nasty as fucc taking order. This was at 7:50pm July 18,2022 smh I could here them laughing so freaking hard while making order I left and did advise girl … they can shove it up there azz since they want to be nasty about making your food! Sonic you succ this applies to Hereford Sonic! Service sucks! Management you need better works!

Answer: Imo, it has to be a front for something to still be in operation. Hopefully it's a front for something not as nefarious as serving people undesirable, inedible "food".
