Love ordering my drinks from sonic but completely tired of ordering extra fruit in my drinks then come to find out there's none in it at all if it happened once maybe twice ok mistakes happen but almost every single time my drinks end up not having it in there at all so I'm paying $. 30 to have the fruit in there then $. 30 to have extra so that $. 60 I'm paying for nothing completely ridiculous that I get charged for something I don't get

Literally sat at the drive Thru window for a good 30 minutes… I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers extra pickles a large order of jalapeño poppers a pretzel and a large order of chilli cheese tots. When they gave me my food they missed the chilli cheese tots then gave them to me COLD then there wasn't cheese with the pretzel which it comes with so I asked for a cheese sauce and the girl says "uhm I don't think we have anymore" instead of LOOKING or anything. Proceeded with a refund and the manager even gave me attitude. (Sonic in pasco rd 68) absolutely miserable.

I use to go to sonic all the time, then the prices went up and the food was not as good, then I decided to give them another try, never again will I go back to get any food items from sonic again, not to mention it is way way over priced for what you get, which I realize everything has gone up, but this cheeseburger was just a waste of $8.00, or however much it was. My bottom bun was just so soggy from everything being thrown on it with all the mayo and lettuce was brown.

Nd. It was our very first experience. It was terrible! Everything was cold and soggy! I have not one positive word to share about our experience. McDonald's has my vote! I don't care for McDonald's food but today it would have best Sonic's!

Sonic on Glendale Ave by Luke, the food was terrible. I had a chicken sandwich that tasted old and over cooked. The carhop needs to learn to make change. Won't be going back.

The sonic on 25th street at least once a week the system is down can't take orders. You pull up and order a drink and they tell you 15 to 20 minute wait... why? The manager is creepy looking no offense but he looks at your breast area. Most of the help look like they have very poor hygiene and have had no contact with a brush or comb and in general looks like they fell out of a rag bag. I have reported them numerous times and nothing changes so i guess this is good with the owner... imagine that!

I normally really like sonic, but today, something really weird happened. After a long day of traveling, i ordered a medium chili cheese tots. I took them home and set them up on my dresser while i did something. When i opened them, i noticed half of my tots were gone, but there were still the cheese and chili stains like they had been there, so i genuinely think a sonic worker ate them. Has this happened to anyone else?

Sonic burgers and fries used to be very, very good. Now they are not. The burgers are dry and taste bad. The lettuce and tomatoes are wilted and taste bad. The mayo (now the default condiment) is bad.

What happened to Sonic's old way of making burgers? My friends, my family and I have decided to stop going to Sonic until these problems are addressed.

Don't bother sending me free coupons because they won't be used.

Among the many placws to eat on dougles boulevard in Midwest city the sonic in Midwest city has to be the worst. The inside is smoking and pouring out the building probably from the grills or fryers. The outside is filthy as well. I have been behind drivers in line who just drive off without their food from waiting. And when I have gotten food it is either looking gross or the fries are not cooked right. I have had to tap on the window to even get someone's attention, and they don't even seem to care. Even over the speaker they have an attitude being next to so many other restaurants you have other choices do not eat at sonic

The grease for the fries is nasty needs changing the fries were cold my chicken sandwich looked 2 days old. My daughter's hamburger bun was soggy and my wife's coney was broken in half. The tea taste like dish water they were out of onion rings... they suck!

I watch Sonic ads on TV regarding 1/2 price cheeseburgers only if you order thru their app. How is that fair for all customer's. I have not and will not order food thru apps. If I cannot get the same savings by ordering directly at my local sonic. I will not go there at all anymore. I can go to McDonald's, subway, A&W or other fast food restaurants to feel like a more valued customer and order directly. So disappointed.

The customer service sucks I went and ordered today they didn't get my order right I sent it back it took him an hour to make a hamburger and and do it like it was supposed to have been done in the first place and then it took them another hour to bring me my change the service sucks the attitude suck everything sucks at Sonic y'all need to train your employees better or just don't even open up

I like the people who work there. The food is deappaticing. But those sonic blast are bangging. The workers are very kind. Way to go guys but work on your food though
