This is good platform bed. It was easily assembled by my husband & provides great support, sturdiness & strength... It contains all the parts for assembly... Instructions were easy & clear to follow... It looks expensive though but very much affordable... Holes were drilled at the right place & wooden slats are of good quality... Would recommend your company!
Great sofa for 4 people sitting... Everything was perfect except the missing legs & hardware for assembly... Though the team was quick to resolve the issue by sending the replacement however it was very inconvenient for me... Later, i acknowledged that missing parts were in velcro when i spoke to the team members... Quality is good, comfort is nice & i must say an amazing color for my living room...
This sofa is spacious enough for 3 to 4 people sitting & my kids love playing on it... I thought that it would be pure leather however it is not still it provides leatherette feeling... Tufted design provides modern & sophisticated look to it... Good comfort!
Wow! I really like this sectional & color is so beautiful... Modern look with extra comfort... Perfect for my big apartment which is spacious & seating capacity is good. The velvet is so plush & soft to feel... Delivery was well on time & i feel such a relief after having this sofa at home... Got lots of compliments!

Recieved my bed on 2/28. I was excited to put it together and finally sleep on a bed after a week of sleeping on a air mattress, but guess what? No harware. I called them on 2/28 and also emailed them. Email was acknowledged same day, and they said hardware would be shipped out next business day. I emailed them on 3/2 asking if hardware would ship. They responded with FedEx tracking# and to give 48-72 hours for tracking # to be active. I check tracking # two days latter, still not showing as shipped. I emailed them again on 3/4, they said to give it another 24 hours. I checked tracking # again on 3/6, still tracking # still not showing shipped. I emailed them again, they responded back with apology and 10% discount on order and that the same tracking # would be used. It Sunday 3/8 tracking # still not showing shipped, in my 2nd week since having recieved my bed, and still no hardware to put together. What's the use of buying a product, I can't use it!? Terribe service experience!
It can hold good weight & 3 people can easily fit into it. Reversible chaise is an additional feature for this sectional... Perfect setup for when guests come at home... Look wise also it is wonderful... Stuffed material like poly fiber provides great comfort during sitting... I am happy that it is with ottoman & i received it in affordable price... Though it was not very easy to assemble still i & my husband managed to assemble it & now it makes our room more attractive...
Really love the sofa. Was a slight issue with the delivery as i entered the incorrect address while placing the order. Thanks to your customer service department who were able to take care of this issue on time and they helped me in rerouting the item to my correct address. Your team is outstanding, right from the begining till i received my item.
Purchased this sofa for my main room. Arrived very quickly & in good condition... Minimum assembly was required... Beautiful color which oozes out fresh feeling everytime. Very comfortable & looks amazing at my home. Durability is good... Would recommend you to everyone!
It is such a comfy and beautiful sofa. Came in one box and perfect for my small space room. Was easy to carry upstairs and easy to assemble the item. Though a small issue i figured out was with one of the leg of the sofa. However, the team was very quick to respond and send the replacement of all legs. I really like their product and services.

I ordered an couch in sky blue color as it matches my living room decor and within 24 hours received an e-mail confirmation with the order details. At that point, i realized i entered the incorrect shipping address and would like that to be corrected before order gets shipped. I immediately responsded back to the same e-mail stating that shipping address needs correction. From thereon till end, everything was sorted by the team in an appropriate manner. The team was supportive and having minute knowledge of the process and product.
Looking for a full size sofa since long time & was not able to find in the local market. I went online & i really liked this sofa at Walmart. Matches with my room decor. I ordered it though anixously however happy to have it here. My family members also liked it. Comfort is good, adjustable armrest, seating is firm however as per our expectations. Great back support i must say & quality is wonderful...
Liked this complete set online & also i expected the quality at the same time. Everything was quite good & also i am happy with it. However the fabric of one of the back cushion was torn from the back side & it made me very upset. Thanks to their good customer service that they understood the situation & immediately sent the replacement of the part. Upholstery & wooden material used is very good. Very comfortable & soft to touch & feel. I am hoping that it would last long. Can rest on it for long hours...

Looking at the design and look of the chaise, i felt that it is not at all expensive and ordered it immediately for my small space... However, i was concerned about the quality at the same time and too my surprise; the tufted button, wooden legs and quality of the material is very good... Looks luxurious and expensive... Worth for the money...
This platform bed is one of the easiest furtinure i have ever assembled... Storage capacity beneath is good... The bed looks like it cost a lot more money than it does... The slats give plenty of support... Came in good packaging and all the pre drilled holes are at the right place to put in the slats easily... This is a very nice, well made bed. I expect it to last many years to come... I would definitely purchase from your company again...
This is very beautiful loveseat...Tufted design features classy and sophisticated look and i am happy that i received it in this price....Seating is very comfortable; plush material and color is wonderful and packaging did suprise me a little as it was packed in a way such that no damages occur... I really like this wonderful living room chaise lounge. It is very comfortable and chrome slim legs of the chaise makes it look very attractive. It is perfect for my small space area and sometimes i keep it in the lounge area wherein i sit on it comfortably and read newspaper/magazine. It was very easy to assemble and sometimes my children also watch TV sitting on it. It is such a good experience with your company that i recommend your company to everyone who i know. Thank you!!!
Color looks fresh. Fabric is good and laying on it provides warmth and comfort. Impressed with fast shipping and timely updates. Holes were properly aligned and instructions were very simple & clear which made me assemble the product easily. I hope it lasts long as i really love this piece...

It is a great sectional... Upholstery and material used is good which makes it long lasting sofa. Very well packed and ensures that product should not get damage in transit... It was not that hard to assemble with the help of instructions provided... Some parts were in the velcro tab, underneath the sofa likely to be mentioned in the listing or in instructions... Good part is reversible chaise which can be adjusted as per the need... Though it is firm still the comfort is as per my expectations... In all, a good product and i am satisfied!

Perfect color for hall area in my home... This purple in person also looks wonderful... The velvet fabric is very soft to touch & feel... I wish i should not go anywhere as i feel so comfortable laying on it. My children also use it because it's more comfortable than their bedding... It looks expensive & classy product... I ordered the couch thinking that it will be delivered to me within 7 business days. When i ordered the item, it said will ship within 2-4 business days and it actually got shipped on time, i was intimated with the tracking however i am not able to see any movement or updates so i called the team and simultaneously e-mailed them just to get an accurate information. I got a response immediately from the team stating they have contacted the shipping department and within few seconds another intimation was sent to me stating that shipping department has shipped the item in the night but carrier did not updated the tracking. I am so happy to see the way the team works and co-ordinate with each other.
My husband purchased furniture online 1st time. It was a surprise for all of us. Came in nice packaging & delivered within 7 business days... Very warm to touch & feel... A great match for our living room... I must appreciate my husband's choice... Looks great in person & sitting cushions are detachable... Underneath the cushions there is a velcro attached which included all the hardware kit, instructions & small parts... I must say a very comfortable sofa i have ever seen...

Fabric of the sofa is so soft and the seating is very comfortable with little bit firmness. Received timely updates and delivery was fast... It is such a classy product with lovely color & plush material. I did not expected this quality in this price however i am quite surprised when everything is perfect as per my requirement. I would just say that i had a good experience with it!
