Well, we purchased a sectional knowing that it was cheap and not the best quality. Kids will be using it so we didn't want the best of the best.

Lo and behold, we didn't expect the customer service disaster we experienced.

The sofa arrived very quickly - three business days later! - but was missing the instructions, feet and hardware. I tried to call several times - no answer.

Received a response to my email inquiry with instructions and was asked to provide info on what was missing.

It took over a week to receive the missing parts. And guess what? They forgot to include about half of them! And the ones they did include were WRONG. In addition, we realized, in our attempt to put the sofa together, that the brackets to hold it together were not aligned (and didn't match so they'll never fit together) and the middle section was taller than the end sections.

So we called again. We were asked to provide documentation of the issues. We did.

They offered us a whopping $75 to keep the sofa as-is. Missing parts, build issues, and all. We priced buying the missing parts and we were looking at over $100 in parts.

So they upped their offer to $100. Or we get to deal with the hassle of sending back.

Don't buy. The price is tempting. The sofa actually looks good (minus the mismatched pieces) but is sooooo cheap. We'll be buying elsewhere and accepting that we should have known better.

Sigh.

Ps. I tried to post this review on Sofamania's site and shockingly they didn't accept it! So don't believe all the positive reviews. They clearly have a way of blocking negative ones.

When i received my sofa, it was packaged properly and the driver was so kind however i was upset because i already informed the team to deliver the package at the back side of my apartment and i guess i missed your message in which your team responded that driver will leave the package at the main gate or at the leasing/management office. I wish you could have stated that information in the description section only. However, i am completely impressed with the quality of the fabric, wooden material and hard metal used to make this sofa. So comfortable and everyone liked it!

I would like to say that my experience with this sofa is amazing. I am using it from last 4 months and too my happiness it is as new and as comfortable when i 1st received it. I am also happy as now you are mentioning in the description that some parts are kept at the bottom of the cushion seat where there is compartment because when i received my item, i was upset and did ask them to state clearly everything about the item. I really am happy with the deals at your store. I purchased this L-shaped sectional recently and it is such an huge comfort that i can not explain it in words. This sofa is perfect for my living room and when needed becomes a beautiful lounge spot for friends and family. It has 3 cozy detachable plush back rest pillows and upholstery in the velvet fabric makes it very soft and smooth to touch and feel. Assembly was easy and necessary parts were included in the compartment/zipper to assemble the sofa. Also it can hold good weight. Thank you for such a lovely sofa...

I am so much amazed with the sofa that i purchased recently from your company. The fabric of the sofa is good and the seat cushions are so comfortable due to high density foam used for designing. My kids also feel relaxed and comfortable on this sofa and lay for long hours. The color also looks good though it was little lighter than shown in the picture. Still i liked it because of it's classy and fresh look with comfort utmost. Thank you!

When i purchased my 1st small space sofa from your company, i was very nervous as well as sceptical at the same time however everything turned out to be positive. I really like the sofa as it was delivered quickly and that too without any hassle. Also it was easy to assemble the sofa. It was worth for the price which i paid. Since then i purchased numerous products from your store and also recommended to others. This round tufted ottoman looks very classy in my living room. It is very easy to move when needed because of the casters/wheels feature added on it. It is very easy to assemble and very soft velvet fabric used to design such a beautiful ottoman. It matches with the other furniture of my room. I am happy to receive it as i can move it to open space in the morning when i read magazines, newspapers, etc. while having tea or coffee. It is worth for the price with luxurious look.

Thank you so much for this amazing sofa. This is providing such a comfort in my living room when one sits on it. It also matches my living room decor and cushions provide extra support. I also like the diamond shape structure of this sofa which is so unique and classy. It also contains compartment/velcro tab at the bottom of the cushion which contains instructions, hardware, legs, etc. This i come to know when i called the team and informed them i am missing my half of the sofa which made me upset. Later, they made me realize that i missed to search under the compartment/storage area. It is a highly recommended product and team is very helpful.

I am happy with my recent purchase of sofa from your company. At the beginning, i was wondering if this transaction will work out or not however i am satisfied with my sofa. Quality of the sofa is good and the instructions were quite clear. Still i faced a minute issue i was not able to assemble it by myself so i took my friend's help and then we rested on it for long and spoke for hours. Though it was funny however after a long time we were together. It created good memory.

I bought this chaise lounge for my 2 kids. I checked the description before ordering it and did spoke to the team rep. About the details of the item just to be sure that there is no material used while manufacturing which is allergetic in nature. I received the chaise lounge within the time frame and very minimal assembly was required. My kids were happy to have it in purple color as they like it the most. They sit for long hours and do sort of activities together on it.

I purchased this recliner chaise lounge recently from your company. The velvet of the item is so soft and ultimate comfort provider. However, i wish to share a issue with you that i faced. The price of this item reduced to some amount the next day of my purchase. I called the team immediately and asked them to cancel my order. They informed me that tracking has been generated for my order however they need to check whether it has been shipped or not. I asked them to confirm it right now over the phone that my order is cancelled as i was getting impatient. They handled everything positively and politely and i like the way they co-ordinated with their shipping team and resolved it for me. Thank you for their efforts and understanding!

I really like the style, color and design of the furniture collection at your store. I ordered one of the sofa as i really like the color of it and the description matches with my requirement. I also called team to know the description of the box as it would be very difficult to bring in through the stairs. Everything was fine when i received my sofa except one thing that truck driver and delivery boy left the item at the leasing/management office as i was not there to collect the delivery and i with the help of my neighbors have to bring it upstairs. Sofa is very nice, Very comfortable and amazing design i would say.
