I ordered from Sofamania and was waiting anxiously for my couch to arrive. I was highly disappointed when i was communicated that the stock for the couch I ordered is damaged and thay can't honor my order anymore. However they offered an alternative with an $50 upgrade for the inconvience, now this is what I call customer service! The alternative I received is is far better. They were able to deliver the item within the originally promiced delivery date. I like the fact that they act fast to handle the situation made my experience with them a great one.

This couch was promising, affordable and stylish looking. I feel like I was fooled by Sofamania. Not only were parts broken but the frame of the couch feels like it was literally made out of wooden pallets. You sit on the couch and it feels like those wooden pallets werent cushioned and just covered with fabric. On top of that, the color I ordered was beige and the material is obviously TAN. I'm beyond annoyed. I read reviews and everything just seemed so great. I talked to may of my clients about this company. About how great of a deal I got and how it was super stylist looking (online). I'm so disappointed and even embarrassed that I need to tell my clients it was so poorly made. I better be able to return this item for a full refund.

I was looking for a futon that looked good and is comfortable. I decided upon one in black on Sofamania.com and could't be happier. Delivery was within time frame and Item set up was very easy and it looks great. The length is a bit short, but i am okay with that. I have had a great experience with the customer service team as they were able to reslve my queries in time and professionaly. Overall, I love the product and services! Would recommend Sofamania!

I am a regular customer of Sofamania and have purchased a living room set, a sectional, a table and few chairs from them for my home. They are able to build strong relationship with me as a customer and I believe that are doing it with their other customers as well, I have read some reviews about them where they are potrayed as scammer company and I totaly disagree, I have had issue with one of my order and they were not able to ship it on time, I reached out to them and they were able to get back with a resolution. Somehow the stock they left with was faulty and they stopped shipping those chairs to customers, thay offered me alternative, were ready to refund with a 10% off on next order and asked me if I was willing to wait (offered me 10% refund for inconvinience) for the item to be replanished. They had my trust and I chose to wait. I received those chairs in another 2 weeks. I have put them in patio and I am a happy camper! Kudos Sofamania!

I received my item on time. I was overwhelmed to see the quality of the product however there was a issue with the item. I never received a pillow with my item. When i called the Customer service team i asked them how soon they can send the missing pillow, they informed me there is a compartment located underneath the sofa, too my surprise being on phone i checked the compartment and pillow was there. Thank you so much for every assistance. You guys are very helpul and impressive.

Very happy with the service from furniture choice. I have two 3 seaters in the divano grey plush fabric, took a chance as there were no reviews on it but I am more than happy with it. At first I ordered a 2 & 3 and after a couple of days I decided i would rather two 3 seaters, they were very good to exchange the 2 to a 3. Delivery was a matter of days and delivery men were very nice & polite. Would definitely recommend Sofamania.

I ordered a two seater cream leather sofa. It was out of stock but I was given a date if it being back in stock after which I would receive an update re delivery. Sure enough, I subsequently got an update that it was in stock and a call to arrange a delivery date and time. On the day, I got a text to give me a delivery slot. Van arrived within that slot. Sofa came in two boxes and it came in through a normal front door. The seat/arms in one box and back in another. Sofa looks great and is really comfortable. The seat cushions are firm and the back gives support in all the right places. I have never bought a sofa on line before and relied on the dimensions which were accurate. We are very happy with the goods and the customer care before and during delivery. I feel confident based on that, that if we have a problem later it will be dealt with promptly (not that I am anticipating one!) Overall, five stars.

1st time buyer of 2 x three seater sofa. Tried the email service as I had a couple of questions while on the move. That was perfect too. Got email saying when and wider window time schedule for delivery day. Delivery day got a call from driver with a narrower delivery window and then another call saying he was almost there. All in all we had our sofas ordered and delivered pretty much within a week AND The sofas look and feel amazing. Can't fault Sofamania one little bit and I can tell you I'm very hard to please.

How can i express my emotions for the experience that i had with team sofamania. I am so happy due to which tears are coming out of my eyes. I ordered one couch for my boyfriend and it was supposed to be deliver in 2-4 weeks. I was hopeless as i needed this item urgently before my boyfriend leaves the state. I am really touched with the amazing delivery service as i got this item on time only within 3 weeks which was more than my expectation. You made my day the happiest day of my life because it was very important gift to my boyfriend. I love you so much and keep on delivering the happiness through your amazing service.
