They billed my card twice for the same service in the same day. Then after I canceled they nulled my debit card again this time for almost $30 dollars! Put my money back on my card and lose my name!

I became suspicious the girlfriend I met online might not be telling me the truth and there were beginning to be several red flags, so I hired an investigator with Social Catfish. Bri Fernandes did an excellent job taking the information I provided to do an in-depth investigation. The results only confirmed what I suspected, but will be useful as evidence in filing reports with various agencies including the FBI.

The report was detailed on how she collected the information that either confirmed or denied suspected activity. I will also say, that Bri had access to software through her job that allowed her to do a deeper dive into my "girlfriend" than a typical citizen could obtain. I am no amateur when it comes to tech and investigations, but there was only so far I could go on my own. I highly recommend social catfish investigations if you suspect being catfished or scammed. At a minimum, it will give you the information you may not want to hear, but need to. At a maximum, the person(s) responsible might be brought to justice by pursuing legal action so this does not happen to anyone else.

Could not find myself and I am on a dating site and my image was not even close to what came up. I may have lost some decent matches due to this horrible site.

I uploaded a picture before sign in up. The site shown 39 results from that image. I was directed to pay for 3 trial so I did. When I signed in to see my results, for my surprise " 0 matches" found. Then I was encouraged to pay $15.99 for another feature that "will get the results" from my search. Then they have 3 bars for low, medium and high risk. However, a new page showed me that my search is a "low risk" stating that the image I uploaded was found on "adult content website". So, another pop up window showed up to keep on adding or opening "features". Don't wast your time and money. You will find better results in other websites, certainly this one is not one of them.

I was looking for information on a girl I met. Did a reverse image search. Cocial Catfish didn't find anything on her. I used her Facebook profile foto, twitter profile photo and LinkedIn profile photo and it didn;t even return those. Each seach returned about 1500 other similar photos but in my opinion, this does not work. I then did a search on myself. Nothing. Same, used my Facebook profile photo. Nothing. Not hits. Returned about 1500 other photos, nothing even similar to how I look. Im not Social Catfish is actually legit.

First I tried Pimeyes and the results are much better. This site finds nothing. Feels like I m scammed!

It will initially say you have many matches for online content- then when you pay it magically becomes zero matches. I even used someone who is in modeling and advertisement and the socialcatfish site couldn't even locate the exact same modeling photo that was on the first page of google images The site is a waste of money and they refuse to give refunds despite not redering services

I was trying to find out if I was being scammed on Instagram and went through so many different sites with no success. Than I came across Social Catfish and got instant results. So easy and fast and I want to thank CHESCA for being so helpful and nice. Thank you very much. Kelly C

They've gone to crap. Twice I tried signing up and both times took my money and won't let me log on.
Contacted there customer service and they were not helpful. I've had this before but now they just want your money and that's it. Find another app.

This is a fantastic service. I used the reverse image search tool with zero expectations, with a random photo of myself that had never been uploaded to the internet, and little did i know it also had thefacial recognition matching and it found a profile I had on another website that I really forgot existed. I really don't like the idea of people scraping my data, and this tool was instrumental in finding out the very last place where my face had been posted online.

Definitely not what they use on the show! I tried verifying 3 photos and each time got hundreds of pics that looked nothing like the original photo I posted, and looked nothing like the person. Waste of money in my opinion.

I am looking for specific pictures taken of me at walmart dollar tree and in my bathroom. I asked about assistance and i am told for a fee i can do a reverse lookup only if the pictures were posted on their website. If these postings are private which they are then i would have to pay another fee for them to locate then what? I want the pictures removed extracted. These men several maintenance guys an EMS worker in Port Huron and a car salesman in Grand Blanc to stop posting! I need the site that's the purpose of the search. No real assistance just lip service. This is no more than a google search except you are paying for jacked up service! And clearly taking advantage desperate people shame on you!

I had some questions regarding a couple of searches I was performing. I started a chat session with a representative. They went out of their way to help me with issue. I was impressed.

They automatically billed my credit card about 9 hours before the 3 day trial period was up. I called the toll free number to cancel prior to the auto renewal rate of $26.99. It took multiple contacts by phone, email and contacting PayPal to finally get my refund. The person I was checking, and rechecking was a scammer all along. It didn't show records from social media forms like their sample indicated. They emailed multiple times a day and I had a rard time getting the emails stopped. They were a PITA to deal with and I would save your time and money! Bi had screenshots but I'd deleted them after they SAID they were refunding all but the initial $5.99. (which was a total lie and why I'm filing this negative recommendation).
DON'T DO IT!
