I ordered a soccer shoe on 7/2/18, and said it will arrive on 7/9/18. Just checked and the order now have switched to 7/13/18. I don't know why it keeps doing this. This has happened before. Before placing the order, it says a date which it will arrived, then once the order is placed, it's always 1-2 weeks afterwards. The saddest part is that there are no other sites to compete against it so they are free to lie about it whenever they want.
I bought a jersey paid for two day shipping when the item didnt arrive I called FedEx they said soccer.com called and requested the item be returned... WTF couldnt get a reason from Soccer.com, dont use this company! Getting a refund is impossible I had to have my credit card company involved.
I dont know how else to warm you! Ive been thru HELL with this company. They are LIARS! Shipping says one thing and you wont get youre item for 2 months, still waiting. I call and they promise to reinburse me 10% (what a joke) for the inconvenience and still NEVER got it! Call them again and they cant find my order. I ordered my husbands Soccer Jersey a month before the World Cup... looks like Ill hell be getting it when the World Cup is over. Im so sad his gift didnt work out. Just stay ways regardless if u get 20% off, which I didnt use but keep getting emails for... ugh! Not worth the stress. And he time on the phone. They dont care or will do anything to help you!
Horrible company! I payed for 2 day shipping after a week I called bc I didn't received nothing and I have to cancel the order. Stay away...
After reading all the bad reviews, I was not expecting fast delivery by any means. But, sure enough, I received the package in a pretty fast time. Maybe I just got lucky?
Took too long without any feedback on my delivery status. I got my order, but I didn't like wondering if I would or not. Meh.

My son and his friend have been waiting for months for their game jerseys for their club team. They have been on backorder since at least late February and soccer.com keeps pushing out the date. In addition, the items that are in stock when ordered take FOREVER to get. It took 3 weeks for my first shipment to come in. I only order from them as necessary because all the club uniforms come from them. Horrible service.
They send my package to the wrong address due to a mix up with the street number. First of all, if the mailing and similar billing address were similar, my credit card should have not been validated, that tells me they don't even protect their customers by verifying that.
Then, the wrong address that Fedex physically delivered the package to, DOES NOT exist. I went down the street and look for it myself, the block doesn't even go that high.
They kept on insisting they delivered it and there was nothing they would do. Terrible and uneducated customer service. Better web sites online

At last they send me a update email.
Only to find out its a email asking to charge my credit card because they made a mistake calculating my shipping fees. They want to charge an extra 27.00 on shipping because their site made the mistake.
I told them to own it to their mistake and cover it. But they said no.
WOW.
Trash company that doesn't care about its customers.
So they cancelled the order afterall.
I have used soccer.com since 2006 and never had any issues. They have always been amazing when I need to return/exchange something. It is always the first place I go to buy any soccer gear that I need.
I orders my son's present at least 3 weeks before Christmas but it never made. Now here it is 01/11/18 and still don't have it. I called them on 12/27/17 to see what was going on but they couldn't find my order (that was paid for with paypal) and told me to call back on another day. I filed a dispute with PayPal because i couldn't find my electronic receipt. I was hoping they would help but they ruled against me. They said the package was delivered which it most certainly was NOT. I will never purchase anything from them again. If I wanted to give away my hard earned money I would find someone in need to donate it to not some company that rips people off.
I was also scared that I wont get my order in time or at all, but it came in today! My order came in very early than usual and would recommend again!
3 years in a row now they have screwed up Christmas gifts. Things I have had ordered on Black Friday or earlier were guarenteed Christmas delivery. Are now not showing up. Their apology is a 5% off next order. Good bye soccer.com
Despite all the bad reviews, I received my order on time. It was the exact date it gave me before I purchased my item and it came back perfectly! I was a little nervous due to the companys history but they did not dissapoint. Im happy with my jersey that I ordered and I applaud soccer.com for getting me my item by Christmas!
I am writing to edit my response, so i apologize i couldnt figure out how to just edit my first review.
This company went way out of their way to make my experience fantastic. Multiple levels within the company not only reviewed my feedback but personally reached out. I have used them since and have continued to experience wonderful service. I think they should be applauded for listening and reacting.
My son's school ordered special order gear through this site. Most parents received the navy blue instead of royal blue. This was a special order and navy was not even an option we could have chosen. The call center told all of us that we must have selected the wrong color. It took forever to get the "wrong" item and no apologies or offer of discounts were forthcoming. My son received the right color jersey 3 days after the end of the season. I had to pay twice for their mistake. I wouldn't pay 5 bucks for a $300 dollar pair of soccer shoes from this awful site. Between the cluttered homepage and the awful service... never again.
This is the worst site with even worst customer service. I ordered my son's club orders their kits through this site and I ordered as soon as they were available. 2 months later, 8 customer service emails later and my son still doesn't have his uniform.
Customer service is a joke they are the worst if ever dealed with my son has missed 3 games because they didnt send his jersey and they supposivly let the wear house know and to send it sence it is in stock ASAP but its been 3 weeks and still cant tell me when its going to get here
Current status of my saga.
1. I ordered an item using a birthday gift card in June. It was a Pulisic jersey I wanted to wear for U.S. national team games.
2.3 months later it never arrived so I emailed support
3. I was informed that even though it was listed in stock then, it wasn't. But nobody was going to tell me the order was canceled. REALLY?
4. I was informed I'd get a refund.
5. Woops had to ask again since it was a gift card.
6. The gift card I've received is for $0.00 not $100
7. I just went through checkout process and am informed that it is invalid and has 0 balance.
8. I sent back to customerservice and asked them to make it right and just send me what I want (supplied what I want and shipping address).
9. Replied they couldn't and sorry woops for the $0 gift card. New code for the gift card.
10. I put in the order again, and it says gift card cannot be applied because it has a 0 balance.
Each time I contact them, it's always me proactively (never them checking to make sure it works, or lifting a finger to make sure it WILL work).
At what point does not sending someone what they ordered, yet taking their money, become illegal?
Answer: If it looks like s#it and smells like s#it then gues what?
Answer: I would guess at least 2 months. I've been waiting for over a month here in the US.
