Avoid at all costs!

Warning! Do not buy your soccer uniforms or gear from here! Everything arrives very late (even if you pay extra for rush shipping), they do not offer tracking information so you can know the status of your order, calling customer service will cost you an hour of your time waiting on the phone (and they do not offer clear or helpful solutions- they only say that they do not have access to that information), and they have unexpected delays that push your order back a week even after getting an estimated shipment date (according to customer service "that is only an estimate"). My order is being delayed by two weeks so far and they cannot give me a clear answer. I have already called customer service on three occasions and they do not follow through on their promises. They are shoddy crooks! Avoid at all costs!

Poor service

I ordered 26 uniforms for a varsity soccer team on July 24,2017. I received the shorts and socks fairly quickly. However, they cancelled my jerseys on August 4,2017 due to a logo problem but never notified me. After another week I contacted customer service who told me they were behind and it would be 10 more days. 10 days go by and I contacted them again and was told they were being processed and they would it a rush on them and ship them 2 day shipping. They never came. Contacted them and spoke to Augway who was a bright spot on this ordeal. She explained they had been cancelled and it would be mid September before they would arrive. That would be midway through my season so elected to speak to the parents and call them back before placing the order again. When I called back a different costumer service rep. Said he would get the order going and would call me back. He never did. I called and asked for Augway he who played the order, contacted the supervisor, gave me a discount, and overnighted the jerseys. I had t purchase t-shirts for the boys to wear until the jerseys arrive. A very unsatisfactory experience.

I REGRETTED BIG TIME ORDERING FROM THIS SITE AND GOOD LUCK RETURNING OR GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK.
I PAID FOR TWO DAYS SHIPPING ($22.14) AND WHEN I CALLED TO ASK ABOUT MY MERCHANDISE THE LOUSY IMPOLITE MEDIOCRE CUSTOMER SERVICE HANG UP ON ME BECAUSE I SHOULD NOT BE UPSET NOR CONCERNED ABOUT MY SHIPPING ORDERS THAT THEY PROMISED TO RECEIVE WITHIN TWO DAYS NOW I HAVE TO WAIT FOR TWO WEEKS BECAUSE THEY ARE"CUSTOMIZING THE ORDER" I WAS TOLD.
I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE (EVER) NOR DO I RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYBODY.

I order a pair of cleats on June 17th, the day they were released to be ordered. These shoes had a ship date of July 20th. This is common for some new release cleats to have back order ship date. I called on July 20th to check and was told they are in stock but will be shipping next week. At this point i could have ordered these shoes from England and still gotten them. Soccer.com told me they would be shipping soon. The cleats did not ship a week later. I called and was told the new date was August 25th. August 25th came and no shipment. I call and now the shoes are out of stock. Soccer.com has gone to complete crap.

My son's club orders their kits through this site, I ordered everything as soon as we received the link back in May (to avoid the summer crush on uniform orders). Unfortunately, brand change meant the sizing was totally different. I didn't let my son wear anything until late August when training started and was shocked to see how much smaller Puma runs than Adidas. I called & was very pleasantly surprised to find that they took everything back - even though it was personalized with his number & he'd worn 1 shirt & 1 pair of shorts. Not only that, but they've rushed the replacement order to ensure he has it all before his first games in just less than 2 wks. The customer service rep was awesome, very funny & the company went above & beyond to help us out. They even thanked me for placing the order so early because it helps them keep things from backing up. We'll definitely be ordering from them again, they deserve it for their assistance.

AVOID THIS SITE! They have a horrible return policy and garbage customer service with attitudes... you have to wait about 2-3 weeks to get an exchange and they do not bother to accommodate their customers. I will NEVER shop here again.

Bad Customer Reps

I ordered gear 3 weeks before my season with a team rep. After I completed the order, I never received an email confirmation... like I had on previous orders. I talked to the rep again and they said "sorry, but I have it processing now and I can't rush the shipping bc it has already processed". I'm waiting another week for it to arrive and nothing has shown up yet, so I called back today. It still hadn't been processed and now some of my items are unavailable and backordered. We had uniform items in the order, balls and all kinds of stuff. This is a huge problem for us and all I got for that was "sorry", no discount or remedy.

Really really bad. I have made 5 calls to soccer.com over the past two days to check on my orders that are late arriving. Everytime I call I talk with someone different and it's like starting from square one. Seems like the CS reps simply lie or tell 1/2 truths to get me off the phone. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Additionally $72 for a youth jersey. Come on. Maybe the club gets a cut of that. Either way its a real rip off. If the uniform was delivered complete and on time I wouldn't complain about the price. I would just accept it as the cost of playing club soccer. However, with all the problems it would have been much easier and less expensive ordering a uniform from China. Get your act together Soccer.com

I ordered my son's soccer uniforms through soccer.com. They did not send the main uniform. When I called to inquire about it, she admitted they made a mistake and promised to rush it in 2 days so we have it for his tournament. I did not receive it and when I called after 4 days, I was told she never made the request and it could be months and they can't guarantee he will have it for the tournament or games. While he was nice and again admitted this was their mistake, he was indifferent to the urgency of the situation. I was told to call them every day and keep checking on my order! I have yet to receive the jersey. I wish Rush would pick a different company next year!

I ordered several items - which were shipped to the wrong address and automatically returned by the Post Office. Soccer.com docked the refund amount, and then charged me more for the same items when I had to reorder. I have spent hours on the phone with customer service and their phone line keeps cutting out, which means I have to restart the process. Order from someone else if you can.

Ordered a t shirt. They took money from my PayPal acct. Checked my soccer.com account a few days later to check on shipping. Nothing, called they said I never placed an order. Even though screen shots and a bank statement to show where they charged me $35.00. Was told to contact paypal myself to get it taken credited back. THEY DONT CARE

I tried to purchase a jersey for my brother's birthday from this site. Made the order the 3rd, heard nothing on the 17th, called and was told an order would go to the warehouse ASAP. Called again 3 days later and had to be on the phone 45 minutes to be told my order was canceled. I had recieved nothing from the company to that point. I wanted to get my brother an authentic jersey, ordered over 2 weeks before his birthday and now I'm left with nothing but hours wasted and looking like a dummy at the party. Probably less sketchy to go get a soccer jersey through China than deal with this company. I cannot express how little I was thought of as a cutomer throughout this experience. To even get an email to tell me that my $100 order was offically canceled was like pulling teeth.

Poor Service!

Ordered a jersey for my daughter's birthday, was supposed to arrive on 7/1/17 and Fedex driver posted could not deliver due to wrong address (I have lived in same location for 20 years).

Called customer service they said had to wait 2 weeks for receiving the jersey back then will ship again(?) Daughter wanted jersey badly so decided to wait (I was ready to cancel order and go to Amazon.com)

Two weeks later called and talked to supervisor they said still have not received jersey back, and in order to ship new one will take several days due to they have to stamp the logo into the shirt (whaaaat?),

Bottom line cancelled and ordered through Amazon, of course reimbursement from my payment has not been received and doubt it would ever come, fortunately it was only $22.00...

Do yourself a favor and do not order from this company, it seems they are more of a scam than a legit place for business...

Its thursday morning 8:50 am. when i call the voice mail says they are closed.

The website says they are a 24/7 customer service center

Trying to find out about my order for my child's team jersey... order status says it shipped on 6/22 and was deliver 6/24 and also says it will be ready to ship on 7/7...

Wow!

Fingers crossed? We start our season in 2 weeks...

Hope they start answering the phone by then :)

The nightmare was
0. The team uniform was not available in the website eventhough they had sent the email confirming that were ready to sell them
1. Difficult to create the account via web. The web is not prepared for international customers additional to canadian
2. Unable to place the order by phone because they did not have the same information that they have on the web
3. Back again on the web once the account was finally created. Error message while processing payment. Mails and phone calls which do not resolve anything. Their system did not resolve to generate an order number but it did charge the credit card several times. Our credit cards were blocked thanks to their site. (Besides I received an unknown charge in one of the credit cards used to process the payment on their site so blocked that card also)
4. Back to the phone to try to process payment there and again and now credit card charge rejected due to security issues.
5 Try to pay by moneygram in mexico they accept sending transfers to individuals not companies
6 Back again to the web adding paypal account and it did went through finally it gave the order number. Nightmare seemed over hahaha

7. I received an email to contact customer service (the phone number does not comes in the mail body). Because they did an error calculating the shipping fee and I should pay $16 usd more. THEIR error not mine. There is not place on the web site that says that the fees are estimate and you will asked to pay for it latter and delay the shipment.

8. Back again in the phone with the customer service representative who did not solve anything. I told him that the bank has rejected the charges to the credit card from your company and have cancelled my credit card due to security in the previous attempts to pay with the credit card. I ask him to try to get an autorization to process the order. Finally gave the card number again. He says that it will be until tuesday that they will process the charge and go on with the order if aproved.

If I could give this company a ZERO I would. Entire team jerseys in gold color delayed 6.5 months without warning! Also on another occasion ordered soccer jersey for my 50lb child and got wrong items twice! Received adult XL jersey in blue and then shorts came to me with #5 instead of #56 written on them. Only took 2 months to get this order corrected! Customer service manager told me she is not familiar with statistics when I asked how much longer will it take until I receive the correct order. Obviously poorly educated and u don't even need a high school diploma to work at this place!

I bought two jerseys on sale and two balls. The subtotal was $91. Shipping was $24. Then when FEDEX came to deliver the package, I was charged another $48 at the door before they would let me take possession. In case you're keeping track, on a $90 purchase, I spend another $72 on top of that. Customer service is farcical.

Soccer.com is absolute BS. I ordered a pair of cleats that were supposed to come at the max 7 BUSINESS DAYS. After the 7 days, we tracked them down using the email soccer.com sent and it said that the cleats would come in a 4 days, THEN, we finally called soccer.com, and they said that the number of days it's supposed to come in doesn't include HANDLING! It takes then 4 d##m business days to put a pair of shoes in a CARDBOARD BOX! HOrrible Customer service, and are lying to loyal costumers. JUST SAD.
