Gloves are real nice, great place to order from. Shipping was quick and they have a very nice selection of quality products to choose from. I really like the filters for outdoor gear so you can easily get past things like being waterproof or not since on many sites that is difficult to find.

I email twice to ask very specific questions about a ski jacket purchase and both people were able to answer in excellent detail, very knowledgeable, thanks

It's always great, there is a huge selection, except some sale items are out of stock.

I do like the quality items but I wish there was more selection when it comes to colors and or style.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Very suspicious. They required about 5 emails back and forth (with photos of the item to return) before authorizing a return. They said I had to pay return shipping and they were not at all clear about how or when I would be refunded. I'm very suspicious of this company.

The web site is fickle. Hard to use, plus you advertise a discount but I did not receive it on my order but had the email and address of my daughters

Great quality for the price (not like North Face, Patagoina etc. etc.) - just check the waterproof and breathability technical scores against similarly priced items from these more well-known brands. Really cool designs too. Fast shipping and free returns! What is there not to love?
