Loved the selection and the details of items, often in store items don't give you all the information, so I like to look them up here.

So far it's been good; a little difficult to insure that the product I was looking on the website matched the order when confirming.

I would have liked to have had the opportunity to indicate order is a gift and include a gift message.

Exchange process was a little long, if it wasn't the off season I'd be chomping at the bit.

Over all good experience. I ordered a helmet that was a size too big. The return policy is nice and easy, although I had to ask about my return before the money was actually returned. But if that's the biggest problem then I'd say there is nothing to worry about.
