I made an order 12-10-2020. I don't have a shipping confirmation. Can't leave a voicemail because it's full mailbox for over a month. I have tried emailing several times and get no response. Was hoping to at least get my money returned.
This site is a complete scam. I placed an order 12/4 and was promised prior to placing the order that the shoes would be here by Christmas. Btw-the only response I've received so far was prior to my order... I have called and emailed 20+ times and have yet to get a response or an update on the order. Don't waste your time or money with this company. TERRIBLE
Horrible company to deal with and what a bad experience, customer service is non existent. I placed my order (#7124) since Dec 7 and its been over a month and have not heard a word on my order. I understand that with the pandemic there will be delays and issues but this company completely ghosts you. There is no response and no update of what's going on. I honestly don't mind delays as long as I am aware of what is going on. But when a company just deliberately ignores you and won't even respond to an email, won't answer phone calls, phone mail box is full and can't leave a message, this is just a shady company.
Again if they could just inform me about my order and give me updates every once in a while I wouldn't care as much but with this, I just feel they stole my money. I'll let my credit card company deal with them because I am done being ignored.
I was finally able to get a hold of Sneak Foot LTD when I called them out on a comment on Klarna's IG profile... since they use Klarna for installment payments. This was after multiple attempts to reach them through their customer service instructions (including email, text, and phone calls) and reaching out to them on IG DM and commenting on their own profile, I received no contact until I mentioned them on Klarna's profile. Once I did, I was told they are still looking into my orders as on their end they see that they were sent but unknown origin. The only reason I'm raising their rate to a 3-star is because of how quickly they processed my refund and how quickly I received an email for it. They did state that they have them on hold, which means that if they get notification that I did receive them they will once again charge my card. In the event that this happens I will once again update my review and as an aside for anyone looking to purchase from them or reaching out to them on an existing order, keep screenshots and proof of all your attempts and correspondence.
I've called, texted the support line and emailed and have yet to receive ANY calls or updates. This is the first time I've ordered from overseas with this many issues and with such a severe lack of communication. David L or whoever is in charge you need to get back to us ASAP and by us I mean all the others that have ordered and have yet to receive word on anything. I placed these orders on November 30th, I waited the appropriate windows to contact... if I do not hear back by January 2021 I will get my bank involved as well as all other websites and social media and have them flag your company as a scam. I understand we are in the middle of the pandemic and I am trying to be understanding and have been EXTREMELY patient but you are still a business and should act and operate appropriately... give some UPDATES. And if the shoes are fakes I will go out of my way to show people what a scam your company is... IF I EVER RECEIVE THEM
This company is awful. I placed an order ((#6752) on December 2nd as a gift for Christmas and I have not received my shoes or heard anything from them, but they've taken my payment! I emailed multiple times about the status of the order and called their customer service number (the mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a message). I have yet to hear anything from them. What a scam. Save your money and don't buy from Sneak foot!
I placed my order on November 30 with the intention of it being a Christmas gift. After waiting 14 business days I have not received any updates and contacted Sneak Foot numerous times but still have received no response. They sent out a mass email stating all orders placed before Dec 15 are ENSURED delivery before Christmas but that does not seem to be the case here. I just want to know the status of my order as I am starting to believe it will never show up. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this company and service as a whole.
I ordered shoes November 7,2020. I still haven't received it. Usps tracking showed the label was created but item not delivered. Mr Adam created a ticket for me more than ten days and no reply. I've been emailing them daily & trying to contact sneak foot to see what happened to my order but they will not respond even with the automated response. Tried to contact them through facebook or instagram too, no reply. Calling their phone number shows message system full. What to do? This is my first order with sneak foot 5634, are they reliable? Daily emailing and no reply! Today 7/1/2021

Ordered on December 12. The company sent out a mass email that all orders placed by the 15th would arrive by Christmas. I emailed, called, texted, dm'd various times with no response. I just wanted assurance and an ETA on the arrival so I could know whether to purchase something else as a gift. I had no response until Tuesday night after a posted a review. The response states that my product would arrive by Christmas with no additional details. I have emailed back several times and still no response. It is now the 19th and I have yet to receive any update or shipping information on my order. At this rate I don't see how it will arrive by Christmas, which is unfair because its what they advertised.
I've been shopping here since the beginning. Sneak foot has always pulled through and is committed to making their customers happy.
There aren't many places I feel compelled to leave a review on, but sneak foot is a very impressive business with amazing customer service.
They are the realest. My Kentucky dunks from stadium goods looked really off compared to the two pairs from Sneak foot.
After closer observation the Sneak foot ones were much better quality and I sent several photos to sneak foots authentication expert Chandler and he verified that the pair from stadium was fake, I didn't tell them they were from stadium goods to prevent bias and they were honest with me. Very good company.
This is an awesome business! Really! I had some serious doubts but thankfully the pair of sneakers did come in. You do have to be a bit patient.
SneakFoot provided excellent customer support and delivered my sneakers professionally and quickly. Can't wait to shop here again.

Answer: I have been waiting for about 4 1/2 months and nothing. No package, nor any email responses. Make sure to do a dispute with your card company because this company has shown fraud activity. I do not recommend them to any living person. Many others have been scammed out of their money but make sure to get yours money back!
