You don't want to know what I really feel about this sorry excuse for an explanation/ apology!

My order was made on Dec15,2020, but the shoes never arrive.
Trying to content them via email, text massage, phone call, the never reply...
Does anyone know how to get back the lost money?
Or report and Inform this company?
I can't believe they are still releasing and posting new stuff...
And how could their staff reply to the 5-star review and ignore the rest of the reviews... ridiculous

I've contacted them on multiple occasions and I paid through Klarna and when I asked them for the refund they say "the store hasn't issued a refund" they haven't done a lot of things all they've done so far is take my money and went ghost. Order #******* This is ridiculous very poor customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT REFUND IT!

My son paid for 2 pairs of Nike Jordan 1's over 3 months ago, no reply to any messages just blanked.
Wouldn't touch these clowns with a barge pole,

I ordered my shoes 3 months ago and lost 200 dollars... I have emailed, texted, and called multiple times and have received ZERO response. They suck, and will just take your money

Please, please, pleas do your research before you pay a high price for shoes you think they have! Yes, the price IS TOO good to be true. Because it is a scam!

Sneak foot has never shipped my items that have been paid for. A week over so called shipping date and nothing has shipped meanwhile they have been paid in full. No return response from any of their so called customer service numbers or texts. Company is straight fraud. This company doesn't respond. At least when your robbed on street, robber tells you what's happening. This company doesn't even tell you that. Take your buisness elsewhere

SneakFoot is great. I am satisfied with my order and would recommend them again! My order took two weeks to arrive and is 100% authentic. The prices are very good when running a sale too

SneakFoot is the best sneaker shop to deal with when compared with other Instagram stores. The Jordan's I ordered from a promo on Instagram are 100% authentic and deadstock as described and delivery took 2.5 weeks. Definitely will be buying again in the future! David goes above and beyond for his customers too

They stole 240$ of my families Christmas money. My wife wanted the bad bunny crocs and its been over 3 months with no response. They robbed us on the internet. Absolute cowards

I would put 0 stars if i could. It is March 15th right now. I placed an order January 9th, and i haven't even received any shipping info, let alone the shoes i payed for. They are nothing but a scam. I've reached out to their email several times, their IG DM, FB Messenger and even their text-support line. No response: and when you try to call their voicemail box is full. A true scam, i am positive i will get no refund / won't get my shoes

I sent SNEAKFOOT an email every couple weeks from January 3 (my order date)on basically asking WTF? On April 19th I got a response that said " currently offering full refunds to the small portion of orders that have exceeded 25 business days." Claiming they had 480 outstanding orders. I won't bore you with the details it went back-and-forth until June 21st when I said again "just cancel the $#*!ing order and give me my money. Then POOF June 23rd I received an email from SNEAKFOOT saying " my order is on the way! Track shipment to see delivery status" and I actually fell for it. FINALLY.
On June 25th URGENT NOTICE email from SNEAKFOOT, "We are currently in the process of refunding all outstanding orders. It may take up to 6 business days" Lol. 6 business days? Yeah ok. Ever deal with a drug addict? It had that kind of vibe where the story changes, lie upon lie. You can't get a straight answer because they are full of $#*!. Frustrating as hell. Yeah. On July 5th I sent a Whats Up? Email. Response from SNEAKFOOT " Hi there, we actually already refunded this order." Hahahahahahaha. We communicated a couple more times and on July 26th I was told to please contact merchant support at a company named KLARNA directly. A dude named MAHESH, merchant support at KLARNA out of Columbus. I GOT NO RESPONSE FROM MAHESH OR ANYONE AT KLARNA FOR THAT MATTER. That was July 26. Today is August 23. *crickets. So NO! I would not recommend these fools. It's been a miserable $#*! show and I'm out $300 +. Plus my kid never got her sneakers. LOSERS

Experienced terrible customer service. And actually, it was ZERO customer service. I had an order that was completely paid for and attempted to get an update on shipping 4 weeks after ordering but they were unreachable by phone, text, email, DM. No guest engagement regarding issues. Was completely ignored and then it became a secondary hassle to get a refund. Feel like they just try to take people's $$$$

UPDATE. IT IS NOW MARCH 1ST AND STILL ZERO WORD FROM THEM. KLARNA STILL HASNT EVEN BEEN ABLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM! STAY AWAY! DONTE THAT MONEY TO CHARITY BEFORE GIVING THIS COMPANY A RED CENT! TYLER M. I WILL DO WHAT YOU JUST SAID, BECAUSE THIS IS REDICULOUS! (And yes the caps are well worth it to give warning to such a con of a company!)

I ordered from Sneakfoot with a lot of skepticism because I am new to the sneaker resale game and most of the other sites have low satisfaction ratings as well. The site looked professional, I saw a positive youtube review and some other good reviews online. I ordered on January 16,2021. It is now March 1,2021 and after 3 emails inquiring about a ship date or any other information I have heard NOT ONE WORD. When I ordered I was billed immediately and told I would get an update about shipping status in 14 business days. I just disputed the charge on my credit card. I would not bother with this company. BEWARE.

I ordered shoes 2 months ago. No response no information about my order. They never had the shoes to begin with. They took my money instantly. I don't think they even know what I ordered

I ordered shoes and they never got shipped, tried to reach out to the store via email and phone number and no one responded at all. 2 months later, still no shoes.

Don't buy from them! I placed my order in May 2020, now it's February 2021 and I still don't know what's going on with my order!
