Ordered from them on 1/7/21. They took my funds almost immediately. However, they never even shipped the items. It has been 48 days, 48 days! I emailed their "support team" (lol) at least four times over the last month and I have never once gotten a response back.
Do not go through the hassle I am now in, trying to get my money back for something they never aren't even saying was shipped. Order status is still the exact same as it was on 1/7, the day I bought it. Scammers fr, better off spending a little more $ on literally any other site/ seller. Don't give these guys your money

Order #9158. I ordered my shoes on Dec 30th 2020. I've sent 4 emails and no response yet. I haven't heard ANYTHING since Dec 30th 2020 the day my order was placed... I will follow up with legal and see what can be done about this scam.

SCAM. You pay for your order but they never ship it. They don't answer your emails nor your DMs. TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

I have been waiting for my package for over a month now. Ordered it December 31st and now it's the 11th of February. I have received no updated about any shipment process! Hopefully I can get my shoes still.

I am still waiting for an order I placed on 1/29 (#*******). I was so hyped to see they had Bloodlines in my size that I jumped the gun and ordered without reviewing. I have sent two emails and of course, NO RESPONSE. ALL I WANT IS AN HONEST RESPONSE! I ordered them to "treat" myself after a really crappy year and am disappointed by my experience thus far.

Had to make a return but it was super smooth and they approved my request in a few days and refunded me. Happy customer and will return in the future

This is a complete scam! I order my shoes on December 14 as a Christmas present for my brother. It is now February 10th and i still have not gotten them. Everytime i emailed them, i would not get a response. I even message them on Instagram and the phone number they left. And when i tried to make a claim they said i could not because it was past the 30 day mark. Please do not waste your time nor money on this place it is a complete scam. Who ever said they deserve 5 stars was probably paid or one of the workers who take people money.

They are not genuine and they scam people to get the money then they never reply and send products
I had a customer coming to me to refund her amount. I will make sure to refund every penny for her. Guys if you were svammed by them pleqse visit your bank or credit card issuer to have a refund through them m. It works!

This is a scam! They will take your money from your account and never send the shoes! It looks legit but it is so fake. You can't call anyone, if you try it goes to a full mailbox. They won't answer dms, emails or texts. They give fake discounts and way cheaper prices on purpose because the shoes don't even exist. I had to report to BBB and my bank and am still filling out forms to get my $300 back and get them reported and shut down!

Sneakfoot is 100% a scam. Do not waste your time or money. I've been out of $900 for over 5 months now. The last time I received a reply to an email about my order was over 3 months ago when one of the dishonest employees told me my order would ship this week. 3 months later I'm still waiting. They'll try to trick you and create a shipping label. However, my shipping label was created December 3rd and USPS is still awaiting item a couple months later. STAY AWAY FROM SNEAKFOOT!

Garbage company. I wrote one on trust pilot too but Came to write a review here as well to see how it does but It's been 31 BUSINESS days since I ordered my shoes. Pair of Jordan 1 obsidians and they haven't even been shipped out yet. I've called I've texted I've sent so many emails and they still haven't responded to one. Yet they send emails talking about their promotions and keep posting on their stupid Instagram stories. Going to call my bank settle a dispute. Order 8354 incase you guys decide to give it a look since I know they read these sometimes. Company has good potential but they suck at customer service. Do better

Do not buy, they have a "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau for a reason (it's not a true business and it's horrible). It's been months since ordering and no package. SCAMS from complete cynical people.

Just go to their business pages or search them up on Twitter, YouTube and Facebook. Your shoes will never arrive and you'll never get a refund. If you send an email, you will get no response back. They ignore those they have already scammed. You all will have a nice seating place in he**.

I ordered the bad bunny x croc collab pair on 12/3/2020 in the amount of $212.00. (I know right right-hella dumb). I haven't received any updates what so ever despite my several emails, texts and calls. This company is a scam and if I do not receive my money back in full I will contact 7 on your MF side in 5 days considering this site says the company FINALLY responds in that time frame. I understand the delays with Covid restrictions what I can't comprehend is the lack of customer service and most of all lack of any form of communication on their part. DO NOT SHOP SNEAKFOOT UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO BURN.

Do not order from them. I had an order from 4 months ago and still have not received it. I have contacted them over 20 times and they never respond. I'm not the only one with this issue! THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Ordered Nov 28 only got a confirmation email then waited week with no other updates email and texted them multiple to be ignored and no reply. I was able to dispute the order with my bank. Don't order from them!
