I ordered my Christmas cards early this year in order to take advantage of a promo code. I ordered two styles for my Christian and non Christian friends. After I placed the order I left town for a place with poor service. When scrolling through me emails I saw an email from Snapfish saying my order was only 90% complete. I called to see if both orders had gone through. Because I poor service I was having difficulty pulling up the email with my order number. The customer service rep hung up on me I made the mistake of reordering. Because I was not able to figure out my initial order did go through and they were trying to get me to order more cards until after the one hour window, the company refused to cancel the second order. I have ordered many times from them in the past but never will again.

Face Masks are horrible!
October 24, 2020

Stay away from their face masks. Based on description large seemed too large. Was going to order small but was told it's for children, so got the large anyway. It covers from above my eyebrows to way below my chin and I am almost 300 lbs! Material is cheap polyester from China - like swimsuit material. It's like breathing through a plastic bag. It literally gets sucked into your mouth when you breathe. And forget about breathing through your nose. The smell will kill you! Didn't try the filters because I have asthma and know it makes it even harder to breathe, but it's job might be too filter out the oily, chemical smell of the fabric. You can use the silicone rods to shorten the horrible already stretched out elastic ear straps, but can't change the fact that the mask will cover your entire face glasses and all. What a huge waste of money this was. Oh, and the photo was blurry too.

Shipping is outrageous
October 22, 2020

I love snap fish and never had issues but they need to lower their shipping prices. They offer killer deals then u get to the shipping and it isn't much of a deal after... Their 50x60 blankets say 89.99 and their is no way id ever pay that much for those thin $#*! blankets. They offer 100 free prints a month but add shipping at 9.99 and u r paying 10 cents a piece and waiting 2 weeks to get them verse going to Wal-Mart paying 9 cents each and getting them in an hour...

Never again! For years I have ordered photobooks through Snapfish. Over several months I created three new photo albums for my son as a special gift. I spent over thirty hours choosing photos, uploading them, rearranging them onto the page, resizing and cropping them and finally placed my order. I literally poured my heart into these albums! A week after I placed my order, Snapfish voided it. They said that one of my photos was corrupted by their system, and in order to have my books processed, I would need to re-upload and replace every single photo in each of the three books. Being as there are approximately 1500 photos between the three projects, I'm looking at 15-20 hours of additional work at least. Maybe 30. Goodbye forever, Snapfish. I expected a whole lot more from you!

Very Dissapointed
October 13, 2020

I never write reviews. However, I am so upset right now with the customer service from this company. I am currently making a photo album of pictures of my little girl who passed away one year ago. I have vacillated between all of the photo apps for months, and I finally chose Snapfish because it got some great reviews online. I was so so so disappointed when I received the 200 pics that I ordered. They were very dark, and many of them had been cropped ( I did not crop them). I double-checked the photos I had uploaded to make sure that I didn't upload low quality pics, and they were all very clear and good quality. After a few chats with different agents at Snapfish, I was able to get an e-mail to send some examples of the unusable photos. I explained to them several times that these photos were very meaningful to me as they were of my little girl that had passed away. This was on Oct 8. I just now (Oct 13) received another email from them asking me to send them more photos as proof. I was about to, but then I realized how horrible these people must be to make me keep sending them their crappy pics of my dead daughter in order for them to keep their stupid 12 dollars that I paid. I just wanted copies of the pics that I uploaded, and instead I got a ton of too dark and unusable pics. I don't expect special treatment because of my daughter dying, but I do expect a quality product. Please don't use this company. They don't care about their customers.

I have used this company for years and every order has been perfect. All the photos from my iPhone plus the photos from every order I ever made are there. You can edit and crop and order with either a matte or shiny finish. They always have specials and I have framed and sold many of my photos. I had blankets made and other speciality items and they were perfect.

Horrible!
September 12, 2020

I ordered muttiple photo books. I worked hours on my family's memories. I had years worth of photos on this site. 16 years worth! They canceled my photo book orders 3 times, each time saying I needed to fix certain photos because they were "corrupted" I would fix them by re uploading them and doing hte books over. Each time they continued to cancel it. There was no I'm sorry, There was BE PATIENT, and redo your whole book. They ARE THE WORST! After 16 years I am done.

We created an incredibly cute book of pictures of our trip to Greenland, with accompanying text. We bought a stuffed Greenlandic sledge dog puppy, took pictures with it everywhere, and then created the book. This was to give our older kid, who loves dogs, for Christmas.

Their software, which displays identically across multiple browsers, has a red dotted guide rectangle that you should keep your pictures and text within. The rectangle is recessed from the edges of the page by a nice margin. We expected that the printed book would maintain this white space surrounding our pictures and text. When we got to "final review" on their web site, suddenly the area within the red dotted rectangle had expanded out to the edges of the page. Well, we weren't about to redo everything, so we said okay.

When we received our two copies, Snapfish had clipped about 1/4" even further at the outer edges of each page. That is, they were not even printing all the area within their red dotted rectangle. This was particularly offensive when it clipped text that should have been printed. Fortunately, our kid was 23, not 6, or we would have had to write that Christmas present off completely.

We contacted Customer Service, which was probably outsourced, and chatted with a guy who insisted that if the final review showed the text, then our books did too. We sent pictures and he finally admitted that they had not printed the same thing that their web site had shown us, and credited us for the two books.

When we did get around to redoing the books several months later, I got much the same runaround from two more Customer Service people when I tried to ask them if they had had buggy software around Christmas, and if we needed to add EXTRA space around the edges ourselves, or if they would print the books correctly now. They both insisted that the final review was the same as what was printed, then recanted when they saw the pictures, and suggested that we leave some extra margin. I never did get appropriate contact info to be able to file a bug report with their software people.

So I spent several hours redoing many of the pages, feeling like this stupid company with buggy software had wasted my time, and why the heck couldn't they have provided correct guidelines in the first place? The final books, when reprinted, did include all of our text (some of it rewritten to fit), as I was pretty paranoid about the margins at the left and right edges.

(And speaking of buggy software, the photo I attached is right side up with multiple viewers, but this review site is showing it upside down to me, so if it looks that way to you, sorry.)

Discounts are a farce!
August 15, 2020

I am thoroughly annoyed that I spent valuable time making tiles that I have ordered from this site in the past. When I went to place my order, I discovered that while the tiles were on "sale" but the shipping charge was outrageous. As I previously mentioned, I've ordered the 8 x8 tiles from snapfish before so I do know that they are very light weight therefore shipping should not be so outrageous. See image below of my order. I supposedly saved $59.94 from the advertised sale, but shipping was jacked up to $47.94. Total joke. Can't justify this purchase. Will need to explore other options.

Awful - Rip Off
July 25, 2020

This company ruined my product which was reported to them and they refused to remedy the situation which is their fault. The customer 'support' dept. is useless especially that Sammy with his rotten attitude and dismissive chatters. Should have seen this earlier due to the other results to consider what runs this business. Will go to their competition from now on. The 1 star rating is too High!

After waiting 3 weeks, my 3 photo books arrived. I have used Snapfish in the past, but never seen such poor quality. Online the pictures looked fine when I put them together and the quality looks fine on my iPhone from which they were taken. However, the finished product is SO LIGHT I cannot use them, and am too embarrassed to send them to my family. I will call Snapfish and ask for a refund. I also ordered individual prints and had to throw them away because they are also so light and poor quality.

Snapfish has lost over a decades worth of my photos and videos saying they're now corrupted and that I should find the original photos. I uploaded the photos to the app thinking they would be safe there. Don't ever use this horrible POS app. :'(

Misleading web site and now I have waited over a month for one of two photo's as they somehow lost the 2nd part of one order?
How can a web site like this still be allowed to conduct business?

Hard to use

Snapfish is not very user-friendly. I went through all the steps and nothing saved. You click on all the photos you want to add and then it just leaves you hanging with no selection offered to save' or continue.' I gave up!

I had over $90 worth of prints made including shipping. My wife uses these for cards. The jpeg files I uploaded were from pictures taken by my wife and the overwhelming majority were files we have had printed at least 3 or 4 times before. The snapfish prints were terrible. The color was all washed out. I scanned the images of both our prior prints and the snapfish prints to compare and uploaded to Snapfish during a customer support chat session. The difference was so obvious. It was a waste of time. The technician, Dinesh, would not bother to read what I was telling him. He kept telling me the print will not match the onscreen image. I tried repeatedly to tell him I was comparing prints to prints - not a print to an onscreen digital image. He finally just closed the chat on me and despite me giving my phone number and asking someone to call, he said he would elevate the complaint and they would email me. Snapfish does not give any method of contact for customer service other than a chat. A couple of days later I received a simple email telling me the same thing Dinesh said - the print will not match the onscreen image. I emailed back and told them again that I was comparing previous prints of the same jpeg file printed by Snapfish - not comparing the onscreen digital image. I again asked for a phone call for clarity sake and resolution, but they do not care. Their customer service is as bad as their prints. DO NOT waste your money. No matter how cheap their prints are, it is still a waste when their quality is so very poor.

I ordered 36 photo books, promptly packed them in care packages and gave them out as gifts. I had one left and I realized the several of the pages had been printed crookedly. When I contacted customer service they said they would do nothing about it. I don't like a company that doesn't guarantee their work and doesn't put customer satisfaction as number one. Be very careful if you use Snapfish or you may get poor guality product and no concern from the company to fix it!
