All products are listed incorrectly. Whatever they show in the picture is totally different from what you receive.

I got two sets of same set. They were utter useless product. There was no company packaging and it was wrapped with some plastic and Snapdeal outer cover. It was used by someone and torn and dirty. I requested for return and refund. Literally I had to take these products to delivery person for returning. They were not at all interested to get back the things. Finally I got refunded for one product other set they haven't refunded yet. Many times I called there toll-free number once someone attended and they informed me they would refund it. Now it is almost more than one month no positive response at all. My humble request to public that don't trust this e- commerce site. Finally I lost my money

Newly, I bought two pairs of formal shoes by ordering from Snapdeal which was on online payment. It also has a return policy on the items I bought. Called the customer care, i was very unsatisfied by their customer care representative who was dealing with me on the same. When I requested him to speak with a senior representative he denied by saying no senior is there. The representative had no manners to talk with any customers who are again and again requesting about the return. Anyhow I got my money from Snapdeal and also the refund policy is very poor...

I will not recommend this site not bcoz they lack in any aspect of delivering the product in time or regarding quality of product the reason for my not recommending to this site is simply based on the price they give the product they provide in costly rate as in today's time of high competition you should consider everything there delivery time is may be one of the best but some times they also take delivery charges all in all because of few reasons they lag behind

Last time I went oder for Snapdeal my hand watch but I don't receive my watch inbox. And next day I complained the Snapdeal customer care executive. But I don't receive any response by Snapdeal my oder no is Ummodz09 smart watches silver the delivery boys come at my home and we got the blankbox nothing inside the box. After I Sayed the delivery boy. He say I don't know. My name is RAJUbul suborder no was *******3487. So I want to say never paid online everybody never or not... because the Snapdeal is fraud website... my mobile no is *******100 if it can will any documents u can call my number I m so sad

Snap deal saling fake products. Before I place the order I saw this sticker. I want wallpaper sticker. But they give me very poor of quality sticker. Sticker print not visible. Very poor quality. Very bad experience for me. I never ordered again.

I select white colour they send black color. Poor quality.

My self Rakesh and I am the customer of snap Deal. I have not seen the useless service from Snapdeal till date.
While you wait for your delivery product. When you are not able to receive your product. Knowing the reason of why you did not get shocked. Snapdeal's delivery boy said that the customer refused to take his product. While the delivery boy did not reach the location. Takes permission from the customer to come only But it does not come.
Then customer care reschedule your product. You to wait for your product Once again, And the same thing happens to you again.
Snapdeal's customer care talks about Reschdule it again.
So you tell me someone is Cutiya bigger than me
Bull $#*! Service. Snapdeal is playing only for people's time. That means data not from customer delivery. I abandon Snapdeal from today.And I will give the same advice to people on social media.
