Have been trying to contact them for 4 months. Have not received aligners and I don't think they plan on sending them. Looks like they took my money and ran.
LOOK AT THE GOOGLE REVIEWS! I purchased treatment for 4 individuals. My daughter is the first one to finish. They did not do a proper alignment and need to make adjustments. They need to send me another impression kit and another set of aligners. They promised satisfaction. I have contacted them multiple times both by phone and email. There is 0 response. Best Company says they went out of business in March 2020, but there are reviews here from May 2020. I'm not sure what's going on, but I would be very wary of doing business with them. When I signed up a year ago, they had the best customer service. Now, it's non-existent. It seems, once they have your money, they disappear. If I do not get a response, I will look into class action law suit.
Took forever to get my original order and to get responses back. I also ordered two sets of retainers. One they completely forgot about and have still not received nor has anyone responded to my emails about when I will get it (it's been 7 months now). Pay the extra money and use any other company
I have been paying for my treatment since 9/19 and I have still of received aligners. I have called, emailed, social media messaged, contacted the BBB and Affirm and still no response! Don't believe me? Check social media! They posted that they were finically in trouble months before COViD but do not have a solution to fulfill orders or issue refunds. Pay more to a LEGIT company! I will be out $1300, along with hundreds (maybe thousands) of other consumers.
Honestly. I am waiting for my preview. I've been waiting for almost 2 months. I've asked for my money back, no response. I've called. I've emailed. No response. Even their finance company says that they don't respond. They are full of hardship, I'm sure. Yet not too full of hardship to stop charging. Worst company I've ever worked with. I've emailed over 9 times. They don't care.
DO NOT use this fake company! Look at smile loves facebook page and comments of hundreds of people reporting fraud! Smile love takes your money and does not respond! No phone number to call, no address and no responses to emails! I paid for my wifes aligners 2 years ago and am still battling with them to get aligners made! CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT ON THE WAY!
I would rate them zero stars if I could. We had to go through almost a year of video assisted impressions getting denied Over and over again and finally getting them approved and the results of the treatment plan were awful! They weren't even close to being straight! I was guaranteed a refund and I have text and emails saying the were going to process the refund and they never did! This is prior to covid-19! They aren't answering any emails, text or calls. I am now going to have to take them to court. I have filled a complaint with the Better business bureau and Consumer affairs. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this company!
I Started with this process in Dec 2019. At first they were super helpful and we got the down payment and payment plan all set up got the impression kit and sent it back. And then... NOTHING except for them taking the money out of my account I didnt approve the aligner plan and will not respond to any calls to any emails, to any FB messages. Nothing since February. I was able to speak to ONE person said they would process the refund in 5-7 days and then found out they have been taking the monthly payments for the last 4 months and continue to do so had to cancel my debit card because they said they can't stop the payments from posting but no one will answer and no one will refund money! Biggest SCAM OUT THERE DO NOT GET FOOLED BY THEM! THEY ARE NO GOOD
I started back in January with this company. I paid in full, $1500. I was told I would receive a kit to do my impressions. I did, I sent them back in. They were not satisfactory. They sent me a new kit. Despite me telling them or emailing them multiple times saying the trays were not big enough, no one fixed the issue. So I repeated the process. Never heard from anyone. Sent another few emails. Received a response saying once again my impressions weren't satisfactory. This is after 2 months now. They said they would send a kit, they sent the wrong kit. 2 weeks later I get a different kit. I do it, send it back the 3rd time. No response. It's now into mid April. I don't even know if anyone's received my impressions. No one has emailed any kind of response. I'm aware that we are all dealing with Covid -19 & there may be a delay but to just disappear and not send any notification to clients to let them know is ridiculous. I shouldn't have to harass their customer service to try to get a response. & 3.5 months later, still nothing to show for all the money they took of mine! I feel like I've been scammed! I requested a refund originally & they told me they couldn't since they had already sent me a kit & that they'd have to charge me for the hours of work their people have done... there's nothing documented or to show of any kind of work at all!
I've been waiting for MONTHS for my aligners (the actual devices, which straighten your teeth). This company is in shambles. They're not even responding to my inquires about when (or if) I'll receive my aligners. I've completely lost faith in this company. I spent $1500 in December 2019. Here I am in April 2020 and I'm still waiting. Don't walk, run from this company. It's a complete and total joke. Its customers are the butt of that joke. It's an absolute disgrace.
I'm an existing customer and successfully submitted impressions. But, it's been over two months and I still haven't received aligners, nor has the company given me an update on their progress.
To try and find out the status of my aligners, I tried calling and emailing the company. After a week of trying I've given up. Total lack of customer service. If you have a problem don't expect a solution.
I was trying to see what the cost of aliners would be with my promo code and seting up the 24 month payment option on the web site when all of a sudden I got a " thank you for your order" notification saying I juat paid the full amount which with the promo was $1495!. I emailed them immediately asking for either a refund or for them to switch me to the payment plan because I can not afford to spend $1495 all at once right now. After a week of me emailing them with no response I finally started trying to call costomer service but they kept saying no representatives were available and then would hang up on me. Its been 2 weeks of me trying to reach them and I've got no response. Their not even emailing me about the order that was accidentally placed so for all I know this company just stole $1495. At this point I only want my refund and I no longer wish to purchase my aliners from this company bc of their horrible costomer service. If I dont hear back from them soon I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

Not working out as planned. And although they seem helpful at first, the "refund" of $1500 was not being sent back to me and I haven't heard from anyone in weeks about it. Can't get in touch with anyone, and no number seems to be working. So now I have no alignments, and short $1500. Would never in a million years recommend.
My experience with Smile love was good at first. They work with you to get the best fit for the mold to make the aligners. Once I recieved the aligners I have had many problems. The aligners I recieved do not fit so I go tagged the company that day. For two months I was ignored until I sent an email expressing how frustrated and angry I was. Now I am just getting the run around. They are just trying to wear me out so I give up and they don't have fix the mistake that they made.
I am mad that I waisted my money with this company and hope that others don't make the same mistake
I keep trying to get a refund and still no contact from anyone. I never received the product because the molding kit (that i payed for in advance) does not fit my teeth but yet continue to take out money from my bank account that is called stealing.
I ordered my aligners and have worn them as instructed for a year. During the treatment, my bite changed because of their aligners. Which is normal with retainers, but once the treatment finishes, you expect to have a normal bite so that you can eat food properly. NOPE not with Smilelove! My treatment is finished and I can't close my mouth properly, I can not chew my food fully! I emailed multiple times, they say that they will not issue a refund and that bites can change with their aligners. I did not read anywhere that it mentioned that my bite will change enough that I can't chew food fully! BEWARE! Now I have to spend extra money to fix the problems they created! Go to a real dentists office instead and save yourself money, time, and pain.
I finished the treatment, and during it there was hiccups when the aligners were fitting correctly to much space between teeth and aligners. They would ignore me and after several attemps I would get some kind of response. But always just keep moving forward. Now with the retainers not fitting and my bottom teeth are not the final outcome as promised. I have been trying to reach them for over a month now to find out the next steps. ZERO response back. I have tried numerous different ways to contact them and once I send the pictures I get nothing back. Very frustrating I would not recommend going with this company ever!
I began my journey with Smilelove on 1/27/20 when I placed my order for the aligners. I asked for help during the process of doing my molds and became frustrated with the lack of responses from customer service and ultimately asked for a refund on February 27th. The company insisted that going forward I would receive better service and that if I continued with the second set of impressions that they would be more than happy to get $115 dollars credited back into my account to bring the cost of the aligners down to $1530 if I gave it one last try. I received a mold which was different from the original putty I received which was much softer. The one I received gets boiled in water and sits out for two minutes for an unlimited amount of uses. However, the sides of the tray it is placed on are much too high causing discomfort for the 3 minutes they are to remain in my mouth. I have tried this process at least 30 times and none of the impressions have been good enough for Smilelove. I have blisters in my mouth from the trays digging into my skin and feel as though the process is not good to continue. I emailed them again asking for a full refund but they insist on keeping my $250 deposit even though the website states if customers are not happy with the process they are entitled to a full refund. Keeping my $250 for a product I have not received seems like a complete scam seeing as the molds will never be up to their standards and my mouth is being destroyed in the process of trying to reach these unrealistic expectations. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company!
This company operates on a scam. My treatment plan created gaps in my upper teeth, which obviously I chose not to proceed. Along with dozens others as found on Better Business Bureau, I have asked for a refund, which is totally within their refund plan as I have not even received the aligners. However, Smilelove cuts off ALL communication with you, including email, text, and phone calls. Literally stole $1500 from me and blocked me. And again, this is not just me, there has been dozens of reports like this on BBB. I have contacted my bank account, but this company deserves to be sued.
Answer: On Sep 10 I received confirmation that my sons impressions were accepted. We are supposed to receive the aligners 4-5 weeks (4-6 or 6-8 depending on who answers you.) on Oct 25 I asked for ETA and was told they should be done soon. NOW on Nov 20, (only AFTER I inquired) am told somehow our aligners didnt ship with the "others" and that we will have them in 1-2 MORE WEEKS! WTH? I paid up front in full and someone better be accountable. Im am still unsatisfied today.
Answer: No. They owe money to hundreds of people and have not refunded any of them. File a complaint with the BBB, the Attorney General in Utah, as well as the Attorney General in your state.

Answer: Received the impression kit and got doctors feedback quite quickly. Once I paid full upfront with credit card, three months later and I am still waiting to receive the trays. BUYER BEWARE!
Answer: No! They won't even answer me. From what I see they don't plan to refund us at all. They also show time limits now which with COVID and their lack of contact, have long since passed. Wish we could do a lawsuit.
Answer: Yes it was hard to get the impressions right. One person said their fine another said no. It's a very slow process and it seems like you have to deal with a different employee each time. I asked for a refund and was told I was entitled to one, but then got no response. It's been four months now and I've had to file a complaint with the BBB.
