Very helpful customer service that helped me since I paid extra for picking a seat which I didn't even choose.
I actually got worried as it was a quick booking transaction & hassle free. I got a bit skeptical (as I read the reviews AFTER booking) so I called the customer service to confirm. He was friendly and offered lots of reassurance. After an hour or two I received the confirmation as is. Checked it on the airline website - all good. I was first told to pay an extra fee for the ticket, after the payment was already withdrawn from my account, but it was resolved with help from the service desk.
There was a difference between what was said to be charged: 140 euros to what was actually charged: 157 dollars. There was an additional 3 dollars that was taken without my approval and there was a difference between the exchange rates: it was supposed to be 151 dollars all together.

Non seulement je n'y ai pas eu droit, mais ils m'ont demandé encore plus!...et en argent US de sur croit! - pas fiable.
Même si c'était la responsabilité de Smart Fares de me donner les sièges, c'est la cie Air France qui a eu la gentillesse de me les donner pour mon premier segment de voyage. Il en reste 2 à choisir ( allé-retour) et ils devraient être payés!

It´s the second time that I try to book a flight ticket and then when booking is confirmed, automatically appears a message that I need to book another flight that is 10% to 15% more expensive.
A price was shown and I booked went right to the end and nothing happened. No response at all absolutely outrages
I called your call centre, and asked them what was the price for the ticket I enquired about and he told me that it is around $970 and that was the cheapest ticket, I said to him I can get tickets online for around $570 and he said no that is not true and those tickets don't exist, I asked him twice and he said no, I did tell him that I was recording the phone call and that I would use this if I could get the the tickets online for the price I said and I did, why are your call centre trying to rip people off and lie, very disappointed with your service, then when I did buy online you charged me $12 USD for a booking fee which was not stated on the ticket, I did call you and you said that you would call me back about this and you still haven't called, I want a refund on the $12 USD, as this was misleading as well. You have my phone number on file, call me to sort this out please.

The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight. When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
