Two days after booking the ticket, I get a call to pay extra $300 for the tickets to get confirmed, else I don't get the ticket I've chosen
They booked me onto a flight and within 2 minutes of paying I received an e-mail saying there was no seats on the flight and I had to call to choose new ones. The only offers they had for me was £50 for a refund or a seat two days later for £200 more. They are simply scamming you out of more money by booking you onto flights with no seats and subsequently offer you ludicrously expensive alternatives. Do not book with them.

I booked with a SmartFares agent a flight from TOKYO to PARIS for 4 persons.
I received a confirmation mail with the tickets number and was taken the money for it (around 2.500 dollars).
I decided to check on the airline website with the tickets number but it was not the same date. The travel agent made a mistake with the dates. Even if the dates on the confirmation mail from smartfares were the good ones; the one given to the airline were false (around 2 weeks earlier).
The travel agent recognize his mistake. BUT, they don't want to refund me. The refund from the airline is around 60 % of the price and smartfares doesn't care at all if they did the mistake.
So don't trust them at all. Not refunding a client for a mistake from them is telling what about they care.
After the flight was booked and purchased through this company, they called to say the fare went up and I owed another $150 if I wanted a seat.
I ordered flight tickets on your website and after ordering I received an email that there was a problem and I needed to contact the customer service center.
