You advertised a false price, took my card and personal details, then tried to make me pay more by demanding I telephone you because (fortunately) my credit card had not worked. You're con artists. Everyone must avoid this company, they are scammers, fraudsters.

Got confirmed tickets quickly which was great, but the platform itself tried to do a lot of hard selling which did not help the experience...

When I booked my ticket they received the ticket amount, then send me email they have a problem with my bank, but I have received deposit receipt from my bank, when I contacted with smart fares they told me I must pay 100$ because the ticket price are go high after I booked, or have a penalty 50$
When I booked my flight I got an email said they can't confirm my ticket and please call customer service, then they said this ticket is not available by this time if you need to book shall I pay 100$ per ticket to confirm, when I confirm that I found my ticket is wrong and I must to pay penalty or take additional ticket to complete my trip

Be diligent on reviewing baggage allowance. Despite being advertised as standard economy class ticket vs economy light ticket, it turned out there was no luggage allowance attributed to the standard ticket.

I received the booking did not have the airline confirmation code i called them responded faster and very helpful
When my account was debited it was more than what was on the website and have requested an invoice to see breakdown but not received it and need and still not received an e-ticket

Someone called me to arrange seats, phone went dead half way through call and hasn't called back?
Immediately after purchasing airfare ticket received an email stating they were not able to confirm pricing and need to call them ASAP. The email did not have signature or any other relevant info besides the phone number to call. Received a call within minutes from them where they tried to charge my card for additional $$ due to price increase. When looked online, same ticket was available at same price, still. Told my representative to refund me but suddenly he was able to match my original price. Next day I received another call from them trying and forcing to upsell me on flight protection which I declined. Haven't received any reservation confirmation email so I had to call again to check the status. This time I was told my ticket did not include bags (that I added and paid for. Also made a video of me selecting and adding bags that increased my total cost). At that point I requested to cancel my ticket and refund me. They confirmed and the ticket will be canceled and will refund me. Now, two weeks later (after two more calls) I haven't seen my refund or any emails from this fraud company. Both two times they confirmed the ticket is canceled and they issued refund but I haven't seen it on my end. Decided to call my credit card support at the end. Do not waste time trying to buy from them. Save yourself a headache and pay an extra few $$ with reputable companies.

The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight. When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
