I was booking a flight for me and my 11 year old daughter. The drop list won't allow me to choose 2013. I tried numerous times as a child, youth or adult. I won't allow me when I called in the operator women was rude, I tried again I got a gentleman and was going to book the flight for me for 700 and he was rude about it. I told him no thank you

Regarding your booking, please be informed that domestic fares are consistent for all passengers adult, child, and youth. For international flights, Airline offers options to select between adult, child, youth, and infant categories, which may reflect different prices. For domestic flights, the fare remains consistent across these categories, with the exception of infants, for whom the fare is zero.

Further, We will escalate your feedback to the relevant department and ensure that such service issues are addressed to prevent recurrence.

Poor customer service

I booked and never got a confirmation then was told my flight was no longer available. Then was told no refund would be issued. After a VERY long conversation they promised me a refund, but I'm still waiting. It's been 4 days.
